We were there during Typhoon Jangmi. The resort did a wonderful job of upkeep drumming the storm, and cleaning up after it. Good food. Good drink. Lovely facility.

We stayed a couple of years ago and was impressed that this has become a regular stay on our future visits. Staff was as friendly and receptive as the past and one of the things that stood out. Breakfast buffet was as good as we remembered, but price is now on the upper end and challenges value now. There is not much things to do, or eat nearby, you just about have to drive everywhere, Nago being the closest large city with everything you need. Onna is closer but limited in what it offers. Pricing, fees, and taxes have now crept into hotel charges, but I think this is everywhere. Still a no tipping culture, but hotels now have 15% service charges included. Staff is still what continues to stand out.

The room was clean, the place was nice. The staff, the WHOLE staff, they were so unwilling to accomodate you. Most of them do not speak English, so it's hard to communicate just to get a table at a restaurant, or a cab with Concierge, let alone to ask any questions. I would visit Okinawa again, but I wouldn't stay here. SO not worth the price tag.

I really enjoyed the hotel. There was a nice infinity pool qnd the room was excellent. Service from staff was also excellent. I found the beach was smaller than the photos had suggested and the hotel doesnt offer car rental - we had thought there was car rentals there only you need to be from Japan to rent those cars. I saw a little pile of dust/dirt behind the beds. The location is a bit remote, so you will need a car. Overall it was a good experience.

The ac was not working well in the room. It also was really humid and had a smell of mold. We told the staff but they didnt seem to know what was wrong. Our friends stayed in another room so we had a 1-1 comparison. Do not stay in room 672, few days later i got sick, there was definitely mold in the room (mold has a distinct smell of sweaty spice). There was also mold on the ceiling of the gym next to the air vent.

Overall it was a nice stay. We arrived around 9pm. They had a free transportation between the parking garage and the main entrance. The parking fee was 1000 Japanese yen per night total 3000 yen for the stay. We chose “eco-friendly house keeping”. It saved us 3000 yen. The girl who helped our check-in was very friendly and well knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. We received a bottle of sparkling wine for free which I didn’t know. It was a nice surprise for us. Housekeepings we met in a hallway and the one who cleaned the room were friendly with respect to us. Food was excellent at the breakfast buffet with many choices. I did checked out early in the morning as I was suggested so we can avoid the checking out waiting line. The person who did it went over each charges with me and explained good. The only thing I can say negative about the hotel was the waiting time for the breakfast. We were told that we had to wait for at least 30 minutes. There were many empty tables right outside of the restaurant so I guess they had short staff against many customers. We spoke to the person who was in charge of the place and we were able to get a table.

Fantastic resort with great views

The hotel is amazing. Very clean, well maintained and beautiful. The service was exceptional as everyone was so friendly and easy to chat with. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea and was very quiet. We received a bottle of champagne upon arrival and during our stay we were given free breakfast in the spa access lounge. The continental breakfast was very good with more options than usual. If you don’t have a vehicle you don’t have to leave the hotel as they have a small beach as well as two nice outdoor pools overseeing the sea as well as an indoor pool for times when it might rain. Highly recommended resort. Would stay here again!

The most unique thing about this hotel is it is the only hotel located on an island in Onna village. Therefore you get to enjoy a full ocean view from 360 angle, which is wonderful. The hotel offers a good variety of water sport activities. One of which we attended was \"Boat Snorkeling\"; you took a 10min boat ride to the designated ocean spot for almost an hour of snorkeling, enjoyed seeing a good variety of tropical fishes and sea turtle, super awesome. The activity was in small group, exclusive and private, and thus got to enjoy it even more. The hotel owns its an exclusive beach, you actually get to see a lot of tropical fishes and shellfish at reef rocks, that is out of my expectation. It's definitely an international hotel, staff members come from different countries such as Taiwan, Korea, India and etc. Therefore you do not find difficulty communicating. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to others.

Amazing hotel, in an incredible location. Property was immaculate the whole way through. Room was modern, really spacious, had a lovely balcony, was well laid out and extremely clean. Staff were so polite and helpful. Best buffet breakfast I’ve had in a long time. There was a huge selection and the food divine! Pools were amazing, and loved all the additional facilities, rain shower, spas, swimming costume dryer. Everything is so well designed and maintained. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights in September 2024. The room and facilities are both excellent. The staff from the time you arrive to the time you leave are all lovely, efficient and speak English very well. We ate in many of the restaurants and both the italian and japanese food was delicious and well priced. The breakfast buffet while expensive was well worth the cost with the quality and variety some of the best we have ever had. The only service that we felt the hotel lacked was that this buffet was the only option in the morning, their was nowhere else you could get a cup of coffee and a snack - even though they have an espresso machine in the lobby (it sits there unavailable until 11am). We love a buffet but not every day. You can go outside the hotel for breakfast but it’s limited and fair walk.

The property is beautiful about 90 minutes from NAHA airport. The resort is made to be a great family oriented resort.

The breakfast buffet is a an extra add on - but its a very good buffet - includes western, local and Japanese foods. The must try signature french toast, is really worth the hype, it was delicious, It is also open early at 6:30 pm. The Hotel does have a limited number of aqua sports such as snorkling, fishing,ect.

The spa is also very beautiful and unique (The pink welcome drink is wonderful) The staff at the spa is especially welcoming and kind.

I did however, not like the fact that many things were booked and constant reservations for restaurants were required every night. I believe this is due to the fact, i came during a busy summer season - maybe the dynamic of the hotel changes when the kids go back to school. Overall, it was wonderful, I will be coming back to the hotel another season.

Great resort feel away from business of Naha. We rented a vehicle so access was no problem while Family Mart is just a km and half down the road so no issues there neither. Beautiful in/out door pool and lagoon area for kids and more. Dine in/out no issues with several walkable restaurants in the area.

Above and beyond the staff as you walk in the property. Everywhere in the hotel they are so kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, beautiful ocean view, spacious, clean and modern. The only thing I missed was a good coffe maker in the room other than that it was and excellent place to stay and relax. Breakfast had a very good variety however the coffee very basic so I bought a coffee in the little outside the restaurant shop, it was a good cappuccino 😊
we did lunch of the menu which was excellent and the next day we did buffet lunch which was pretty good. I recommend this hotel for people who want to relax and maybe explore a little more this area. Check out the Kanoa store right outside of the hotel(north), my daughter and I really enjoyed this store😊

Is sad that for the price what you are paying, you don't get a private beach, you don't get a decent coffee machine in the room, at least Nespresso like Manza hotel (neighbor hotel) pool was the best for my kid. The rooms has a funny smell, q bit like turmeric or something that is inside curry. I was expecting a bit more.

This resort was GORGEOUS with spacious and modern rooms, and absolutely stunning views! The staff was so sweet and helpful (shout out to Micki Yoshida for being so lovely during out check in and out process). Be sure to sign up for the breakfast, it was great, and even labelled for allergies. The only downfall of this stay was how far out it was from Naha airport. The airport shuttle wasn't running, so it was very difficult to get to the property without a rental car. A number of the restaurants were closed during our stay as well as we went during the off season, but it was still a wonderful stay that I absolutely would recommend!

This resort was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious with a great view. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was abundant with many options including US and Japanese foods. The Italian restaurant was good; however, the menu options were a bit confusing.
Overall we loved the resort and enjoyed our stay. It is a popular location for Japanese families. The location is isolated so shopping and activities require a short bus or taxi ride.

This hotel is super nice and modern. And very expensive. Our room was very clean, spacious, and had really nice modern furnishings. And the bathtub was huge. We also had a nice balcony with a view of the private beaches and ocean. There are three pools: one indoor and two outdoor. And there are also hot tubs both indoor and outdoor. I really enjoyed all of the pools, especially the outdoor pools. I love a good infinity pool. I just wish they didn’t close the pools so early. We also had dinner at the Italian restaurant, which was tasty. And the breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a huge variety of foods to enjoy, including western breakfast foods and Okinawan specialties. We also took advantage of the bike rentals and biked to Cape Manzamo. That was really fun. The private beach, though, was disappointing. It was very small and didn’t look out into the ocean, like at the other hotels I stayed at in Okinawa. Our friends stayed at the beach house, and they booked a two bedroom suite, which was very nice. Overall, this hotel is very beautiful with great pools and dining. But I’m not sure if it was worth the price we paid.

The Hyatt did not disappoint! It’s a long bus ride from the airport but definitely worth it. All of the staff was amazing, super kind and helpful. The pool area was great. I just wished it stayed open later (6:35pm) maybe it does in the summer months, it was late October when we went. The rooms were spacious, and very nicely done. I would go back in a heartbeat.
