An outdated hotel that would have seen its heyday decades ago. The facilities are worn down and the amenities are basic. This is the second time staying here. The only reason for me is that it is close to where my family lives. Otherwise, I would recommend staying at a nicer hotel if you’re able.

A taxi from the airport was 740.00 NT or about $33.00 Canadian and it took 30-40 mins. The staff’s English was not very good but thank you for Google Translate. The staff and I communicated through technology and they were as helpful as they could be, they did try to help me. It is a two star hotel. I found the property run down. The safe’s batteries were dead. When I tried to use the safes in the lobby, every safe that was not locked had dead batteries. The contact points in the battery holders where corroded, leading to poor connections and early battery drain. This is primarily due to the high humidity. Staff sent a brand new working safe to my room. The sheer draped were in shreds. The room did not have any electrical outlets at the bedside, the lamps where hardwired in to the wall. I needed to use my CPAP battery at nights. The hotel has posted signs that they do not provide amenities like tooth brushes, tooth paste, razors, shaving cream or shampoo. Plan accordingly. They provide a buffet breakfast. It is a 12 min walk to the MTR station A9, Linkou, then 3 stops to TPE, Terminal 1 (A12). I spend 0.60 NT or about $0.24 Canadian on the fare and it took about 45-50 mins. Overall the place was clean enough and the bed was comfortable enough and I felt safe in the hotel. I do not think they have a lot of Western guests. Great shopping near the MTR station.

The property looks about 1/10th as nice as the pictures. Also, they told me I could have a late checkout for NT$ 180 (about 6 U$D) at 3pm, but started calling me profusely at 12:30pm asking that I leave (and still charged me) - someone was waiting outside my room to tell me I owed money. Overall, a horrible experience and I won't be back.

Also, for anyone who wants to enjoy Taipei, this is in Linkou, about 25 minutes (by subway) to where you want to be

Overall, this hotel meets the standard of 3.5-4 stars. However, I was not impressed about the check-in process.

First of, I did confirm with a hotel staff if it was possible to do early check-in since my flight arrived in Taipei in the early morning, and I was advised that there was an addiaitonal charge for this, and this was acceptable and understandable.

However, I did not do early check in as it was 2 hours prior Hotel Policy's check in time (check in time 1500hr local time). After wandering around, once it reached 1500hr, the room was not yet ready for check-in, and I was kept waiting till 1530hr at the hotel's lobby (extended-30-minute-wait was not noce to guests). This issue is probably related to Room Operation Management. If they can fix this, the rest would be perfect.

The location is super convenient with public transit hub, shopping, and food within walking distance. The property is old but well maintained. My only complaint is the shower head produces very weak and extremely thin stream of water that's almost like mist. The water quantity is so little that its temperature drops so much traveling from the shower head to my body. I had to use my hand to hold the shower head very close to my body if I want the water to remain decently warm.

The included breakfast is awesome with great food and services!

This property is well situated, close to train, bus, hospital and shopping mall. It is quite old and in need of updates. Supposed to be non-smoking but cigarettes were consumed in our hallway and I can smell traces in our room. Large bus groups are housed here causing morning elevator, breakfast and lobby jams.

The room (816) was reasonably clean. However the shower curtain was too short and too narrow and water was everywhere in the bathroom. I had to stop after 30 seconds. Adding 30 centimeters should solve the problem. The small refrigerator was leaking water and I had put towels on the floor. The wallpaper peeled off. 2 stars at most.
This is my second stay here. The previous visit was very pleasant.

I was haunted by strange noise coming from wall (maybe from upper level) every 15 minutes in the night. The room is full of strong nicotine obviously left by previous smokers, although there is a non-smoking card in the room. Bathroom was found with cockroach on floor and mold on shower curtain. I think I will not stay in this old hotel again, although it stands at good location.

The real room is a bit defferent from the photos showed on Expedia. The bathroom is not even a room. It is more like a space walled by two forsted glasses in the coner of the room. I guess that's the reason they don't show the bathroom's photo. Forsted glass bathrooms is fine. But I would think twice if I spend such a mount of money. Also, noise insulation is really poor.

They didn't consider many things, room is large but poorly distributed. There is no place to put shampoo or soap inside the shower.

There is no temperature setting for air conditioning, just wind speed. Cleaning is below average.

The location of the hotel is near Taoyuan airport, about 30 mins drive and very convenient neighbourhood. 7-11 is just next door, night market is also within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms were considered big (for Taipei standard) and clean.

I stayed at Delux Twin (one double and one single bed). I got a room on 15th floor. Very good view. Free parking, and free breakfast. Room key is not \"electrical\" key, so a little bit dangerous if other guys have a copy.

Good location and price for my business needs. Only 2 English television stations with poor reception on each and limited breakfast. They did,however, prepare eggs for me every morning. Staff very helpful, room always kept. Overall, good hotel for myself,, but will spend a little more and upgrade hotels when I bring the wife.

Good hotel but far from the airport & Taipei City

The hotel staff were helpful in giving travel information and about buses into the city. The buses were cheap TWD 30 and took about 30 minutes to reach the MRT subway network. The breakfast was basic but caters to Asian taste and not to Western breakfast. The restaurant menu for lunch did not have many choices. The only real complaint that I have with the hotel is that they advertise SHUTTLE service from the airport. THEY DO NOT HAVE A SHUTTLE. Their idea of a shuttle service is calling a taxi which can be around TWD 700+ for a 30 minute ride to the airport. If you need to be in Touyuan or New Taipei City the hotel is okay; but if you want to be in Taipei City then it is far away.

最寄り駅から徒歩で800m程ありますが、大きな荷物が無ければ歩ける距離です。桃園空港からMRTで１５分、台北迄４０分程度でした。今回トランジットでの一泊でしたので、年末年始でも安く泊まれる所を条件にしました、全体的には中の上ですかね…。ドライヤーと不思議な（シャンプーボディー兼用？）液体は有りましたがバスマット、タオルが無かったのでご注意下さい。勿論歯ブラシもありませんよ。朝食はthe台湾飯といった感じでしたが、ホテルを出て直ぐに古びた小型トラックで朝から販売している肉まん屋はお勧めですよ、8個入りで50元（250円）辛いタレと醬油タレを選べますが朝なので醬油にしました、見事大当たり！辛からず、酸っぱからず、とにかく小籠包に良く合います。周りのレストランも美味しそうでした。今回ローカルばすもトライしましたが停留所が真前でした。

抵達大門口後需抬著行李上階梯，無障礙斜坡是關閉的，當天風大（2025／11／10）無障礙斜坡旁的植栽無一倖免全倒了
接待人員還不錯，大廳休息處有沙發，但覺得昏暗且沒有桌子
早餐簡陋了些，但還是能吃飽，服務員也客氣有禮貌。
