The room was clean. Bathroom was as well. The bed was very comfortable. I was traveling alone and slept all night. I felt very safe. It is in a nice area. I will stay here agian in a few weeks on my way back home.

Breakfast had scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, many juices, two waffle makers, yogurt. Staff was SUPER nice. Aquadic area was really fun, with three different pools, and a whirlpool. Vollyball net and two basketball hoops. Pub bar and padio. Beds were really comfy. Would recommend!

Literally the only negative thing I have to say is that the pool was COLD. My 1-year old was shivering and did not enjoy it as much as I hoped because she was so cold and so was I. We have stayed here many times and this hasn't been an issue before so it was likely a one-off but sharing because feedback is the only way things get fixed or looked into!

We have stayed here several times and I give it a five star review for every time we have stayed here. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly and seemed like they genuinely are happy to work where they do. The place is always very clean and we look forward to when we get to stay there. Highly recommended especially if you have kids say under 10.

KIDS KIDS AND MORE KIDS RUNING UP AND DOWN THE HALLS ALL HOURS 6am-10pm non stop like horses. WORST SLEEP! Staff doesn’t care. Mold in the pool area. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! My car was hit in the parking lot and the driver took off.

The wifi was excellent allowing me to successfully moderate a meeting on Zoom. Even better, the pool was open until 11 pm and when I went at 10:23 pm I had the entire pool complex all to myself until closing. What a treat! The bed was comfortable. There was lots of hot water and good pressure. Appropriately, there was cranberry juice available at breakfast.

Water park area best for ages 3 to 9 years old. The pools are very large with 2 basket ball hoops and a volly ball net in another area of pool. Fantastic hot tub. Nice breakfast as usual for hotels that offer hot breakfast. Room was fine.

Room was amazing. Clean and very cozy. I liked how it was set up. Only thing I didn’t like was you could hear everyone else’s showers. That was the only thing you could hear. So the rooms are very private. Pool area was extremely clean and well maintained. Close to shopping and convenience stores. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Only complaint is the breakfast. A lot of good options but the hot food wasn’t great. We got sausages that were still frozen in the middle. Biscuits were hard as rocks… etc otherwise our stay went very smoothly it was clean and the water park was great besides the fact that the kids pool was way colder than the big pool which I think is odd BUT my kids didn’t care. We would definitely go back!

I have pictures that my child woke up to bites in his body, very itchy. Notified staff and took my child to staff and showed. She also seen how itchy he was and nothing was said. In very disapointed because overall its very nice poace when you have kids. But this is a possible bed bug case.
(my child slept in the sofa bed)

My husband and I have stayed there twice now and we have enjoyed it both times. The rooms are clean and I like the decor. The pool area is very large with a huge hot tub. The lounge wasn't open the day that we were there (Monday), but that looked like a nice place to have a drink. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. We look forward to staying there again when we are in Wisconsin

The experience was awful from the check in , to the heat not working , to the bathroom tub didn’t hold water because the plug was broken . The lady at the counter was less than helpful, I just wouldn’t recommend

we have stayed here several times. We love the pool and breakfast. however, i believe this we will look for a different place the next trip to the area. Although the pool is still nice the rooms are starting to show their age and feel a little worn and used. Although they offer a nice selection for breakfast they are overwhelmed during the breakfast hours. the food isn't prepared properly, and the area is too small for the crowd.

The toilet flush system took some getting used to.

It was a very nice stay. The toilets are a 2 push flush and required some getting used to. Our first one clogged and the front desk person gave me a plunger to try and fix myself. After a long day of traveling i really just wanted to go to bed. But, i plunged and plunged for 20 or so minutes causing more of a mess in my opinion. It only went down a little so around 11 pm i asked to switch rooms. Everyone else after this was very accommodating.

The breakfast was wonderful (for a hotel). And the pools were clean. The water was a pleasant temperature. The rooms (both) were cleanish. The first tub (rm 123) had a weird epoxy that looked like someone squirted something (like shampoo) in the middle but forgot to wipe it up. The second one (126) had long hairs stuck to the door latch (where it clicks to close). The mirrors were smudged. So, it wasnt nasty, but it wasnt meticulous either.

The staff was nice and the breakfast lady was great.

It appears the staff was small and did the best they could.

There were several area youth events and the rooms held the noise from the sides very well, but the ceiling noise was heard (like little elephants). The rooms were dark (if desired) but also had ample light. Having 2 TVs was a nice perk.

I recommend for a family stay. If you're using the conference area for business - just make sure you have access to cleaning supplies and let your guests know about the two-hold flushes to keep things running smoothly (pun intended).

It was such a relief to walk into a lobby and not be overcome with any plugin air fresheners! The sheets didnt have any fragrant smells either! I drove 20 minutes out of my way to go here because my husband told me it was pretty fragrance free, which is the best, yet hard to find unfortunately. There was one automatic airfreshener on the wall in one hallway. Part of being ecofriendly is good air quality and plug ins and other added scents that spew automarically are polluting the air, not freshening it. Essentials oils are horrible, too, and cause me health problems so I will return again to Cranberry because I could breathe there and didnt even need to use my air purifier in the room!
