Reception staff was very obliging when I asked to stay longer in the room as my plane was 23.20 from KLIA to London. Most hotels will charge for having extension and this place they are quite relax with us. We love the eateries round the hotel and is a good stop from the airport.

They gave me room 902. At night after 12:30am I was disturbed by a noice like someone constantly moving furniture around above my room. Called the reception & they told me they will take care of it and they did. On the night of August 30. I request to be moved to other room. They moved me to room 1615. & it was fine.

Great location being next to the mall and eateries all around. Morganfields, just outside the main doors is another venue that is great, superb cocktails. The hotel staff need a lot of training and basic lessons in English. Supervisory and Managerial levels were great as my comments were looked into and actioned on (Housekeeping Sup and Rooms Div Manager). Once we got over the initial problems, overall the stay was relaxing. On the day of check-out, the Manager was very gracious and accorded us a late check-out, thank you.

Location is ideal as it’s located right at the shopping mall with cinema. Room was rather run down. Sofa had fresh stains which may indicate that housekeeping wasn’t as thorough. Also can spot one obvious price tag left behind by previous user on the bed headboard. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. We went around 9:30am and most of the items were not replenished. Probably had to go a bit earlier if you want to have a complete breakfast.
