nice room

the room was in good condition and the front was friendly to me but there were a lot of flies outside of the window.
when i opened the window, a lot of flies (maybe 50) came into the room within a minute.
Pls do something for fly protection.

Big room and very good onsite restaurant

This hotel was more \"western\" in the room size and overall expanse. We used the hotel as a base to search neighboring towns for genealogical clues to my fathers relatives. Nice big room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast (and dinner one night). Paid parking was onsite and convenient. The showerhead was in rough shape, but it was the weekend and I guess the maintenance staff wasn't available, as it didn't get fixed. Nonetheless, a perfectly enjoyable hotel stay.

Ok but.....

The Hotel was ok for what we needed, clean & comfortable. We arrived late after a long trip, after midnight and disappointed that there was no room service at all. Only thing edible was some nuts!! I expected a limited choice but to have nothing at all available for guests is poor

Very well kept. Was there on a very hot day on the side of the hotel that receives a lot of sun. A little uncomfortable because of that, but a very nice room all the same. Great breakfast.

Tolles Hotel in ungünstiger Lage

Das Hotel liegt zwar mitten im Gewerbegebiet, solange man im Hotel bleibt, kriegt man davon aber kaum etwas mit. Da wir sowieso vorgehabt hatten, zwischendurch nicht noch einmal auszugehen, hat das für uns hervorragend gepasst. Das Personal war durchweg von ausgesuchter Freundlichkeit und hat uns einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt beschert.

Die Dame an der Rezeption beim Auschecken war sehr schnippisch und Oberlehrerhaft.
Sie wollte von meiner Beschwerde über das Bett gar nichts wissen.

Alles super! Toller Service und leckeres Essen. Nur ein Standard-Problem in Hotels: die Duschbrause. Schlechter Ort für die Stange und daher schon viel dran „rumgedrückt“ worden - bei mir dann ganz abgefallen. Info hinterlassen - man kümmert sich drum! Soll einer weiteren Übernachtung nicht im Wege stehen…

Tolles Hotel das fast keinen Anlass zur Klage gab. Außer das Fitnessstudio.Die Stepper, Laufband und Ergometer sind ok aber das Multi-Trainingsgerät ist uralt und ein Witz.Ich versteh nicht warum man sowas nicht mal erneuern kann.Das is einfach kein adäquates Training im Jahre 2020. Spa und Sauna leider aus den bekannten Gründen geschlossen.
Ansonsten ein tolles Hotel und eine Empfehlung

Strange offer

The hotel offer concerned accommodation for 3 adults, but in a double room. Strange offer. There seemed to be an extra bed in the room. We could not imagine it and we decided to check. Upon arrival, it turned out that 3 people should sleep on two joined beds. Placing the third bed required a surcharge of 25 Euro, which meant that the hotel offer was not attractive at all. We treat it as marketing manipulation.
In addition, in the 4-star hotel room, we expected air conditioning, which was not there. Describing the room in other aspects, we think it was a clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped.
Nice service, but not oriented in the offer available on hotels.com.
Wifi was extra paid.

Groß, sauber und ruhig charakterisiert die Eigenschaften dieses Hauses. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Frühstück sehr gut, Saunabereich großzügig, ausreichend Parkplätze. Gastronomie im Haus und auch nebenan in einem asiatischen Restaurant. Gut gelegen für Autofahrer im Gewerbegebiet. Negativ ist das Dampfbad zu erwähnen, wo sich ein Gast am Fuß verbrannt hat.

Hinweis: Wenn ich bei zwei Zimmern mit nicht schallisolierter Verbindungstür beide Zimmer vermiete, sollte das beiden Parteien vorab mittgeteilt werden. Ich fand es nicht lustig!!!
