Fantastic Hotel

What a great hotel! Clean, roomy and comfortable at a great price. Easy access off and back on the highway. Dining service connected inside the hotel, and meals were tasty and reasonably lriced. Pribably kbe of the best morning breakfasts on our journey!

Nothing to complain about here, great value hotel

Staff members were very friendly. Good bar, bar staff did not speak english (no problem but for information). Large hotel with plenty of free parking, nice clean rooms. Great breakfast and both perculated and ground coffee drinks available in the morning. Good stuff.

Staff was super nice. My daughter accidentally pulled emergency alarm in bedroom and the staff handled it professional. I’m sorry they had to deal with that.

Hotel on edge of Zwickau

Hotel has lots of parking, rooms are roomy and felt really good. Staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants in Zwickau but nothing is close - in-house restaurant has limited menu... All this comes with a price !

Good hotel, but a little out of town

Good hotel, location is ok but a fair way from the centre/station if you don't have a car (a 30 minute walk to the station). Interior is a little dated but clean, the staff were helpful. Only complaint would be that when the room was cleaned, the large towels were taken away but not replaced, we didn't realise until the next day so had to make do with small towels. There was also no replenishment of the tea/coffee/milk.

Affordable hotel in Zwickau

I had a one night stay in this hotel. Everything was good...no surprises. The front desk staff was very helpful and the in-hotel restaurant had good food. The area around the hotel is a little run-down but the hotel itself was fine. There is a bus stop a short walk away and was an easy way to get to the main train station.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Zimmersafe, Bar schon um 22 Uhr geschlossen, unfreundlicher , älterer Herr beim Frühstück belehrt Kunden, welche Kaffeetassen zu nehmen sind. Frühstück war miserabel, schlechter Kaffee, kaltes Rührei. Säfte aus dem Tetrapack. Billigste Ware

Hotel correcto. Aparcamiento muy malo

Habitaciones funcionales y típicas de un hotel de cadena. El desayuno es correcto, quizá un poco limitado y desde luego no destacable.
El mayor defecto es el aparcamiento. Hay pocas plazas de aparcamiento en zona asfaltada por lo que se aparca en un descampado que era un barrizal. Es cierto que sólo cobran 1 euro/día de aparcamiento pero, incluso eso es mucho para aparcar en un barrizal.

Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Wir waren im Juli da. Das Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war ein Problem, da das Hotel an einer Durchgansstraße liegt. Ansonsten ist die Einrichtung zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen. Qualität des Frühstücks war noch ok. Personal freundlich.

Dirty, hot and way too expensive

The room was called \"junior suite\" but it was two ordinary rooms together, the other one without toilet but very dirty kitchenette. Overall the hotel was unsympathetic, dirty, expensive for the quality and disappointment. It was extremely hot inside and only way to get ventilation was to open windos'. Except that there was a heavy metal gig next to the hotel and we needed to keep windows' closed. Good note that I'm a heavy metal fan. The breakfast was quite okay. By halfing the price and setting the expectations lower, this could be quite average three out of five place.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang,Tolles Personal ,schöne Zimmer mit toller Aussicht,wer unter Sauberkeit ein Zimmer erwartet welches super sauber und Staubfrei ist wird hier nicht fündig…für uns war es aber absolut in Ordnung…Bettzeug sauber Staub auf den Lampen und unterm Bett aber nicht nun wirklich nicht viel…Badezimmer sauber und Toilette tipptopp geputzt.
Das Zimmer wurde extra für ein weiteres Kind mit aufgestockt was wir erst kurzfristig vor Reise antritt per Nachricht angekündigt hatten…wirklich top.
Handtücher gab es genug auch Becher zum Zähne putzen 👍Das Frühstück bietet wirklich eine absolut gute Auswahl und Vielfalt …alles lecker und frisch👍😊wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen auch gerne wieder.

Ok for a night - but dont use the restaurant

The room was fine. There was not enough parking spaces so I had to park an mud- Oficially a parking lot for the hotel. My shoe was very dirty and it was difficult to bring in all the bags I couldn't leave in the car of security reason. Reseption, staff and hotel in general was very friendly. Breakfast also fine. But the restaurant was not good at all. I looks like they have a kind of Greek theme. But it is the same kind of food you can buy at the Autobahn. And the Schnitzel I got was very bad. Schnitzel is cooked in oil together with french fries from the same oil I assume. As topping a slice of citron.
I could not eat it. The price was the restaurant price. Not the food quality.

Mangelnde Hygiene und Sauberkeit

Wir waren schon öfter da, dieses mal waren wir enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit und Hygiene im Badezimmer.
Im Duschbecken war noch der getrocknete Seifenrand vom Vorgänger, ekelig.
Die verschiebbaren Duschwände waren unten im Bereich der Schienen nass, schmierig und übel aussehend.
Der Toilettendeckel zeigte an der Halterung toilettentypische Benutzungsspuren.
Die Ecken im Toilettenraum waren alle \"rund\"gewischt.
Der Abfalleimer war von außen schmutzig und hatte viele Händeabdrücke.

Die Kaffeesahne, die zum löslichen Kaffee als netter Service angeboten wurde, war sauer.

Rezeption katastrophe. Ich bekam ein Raucherzimmer ohne Hinweis. Für mich nicht so schlimm. Aber für Nichtraucher eine Katastrophe. Beim Auschecken ewig gebraucht bis die Rechnung kam. Ich war aber auch der einzige.
Im Waschbecken eingerocknete Barthaare. Oben am Duchschutz, die Leiste der Schiebetür, wurde noch nie abgewaschen.

Ein Comfortzimmer gebucht u ein Standartzimmer bekommen, angeblich war nichts anderes mehr frei. Zimmer lag zur Straßen u war sehr laut. Schlafen bei offenen Fenster leider nicht möglich! Kein Kühlschrank, keine Bademäntel. Für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück war's ok.

Preis Leistung war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal freundlich.
Leider roch das Zimmer arg muffig, das King Size Bett war in Wirkluchkeit zwei Einzelbetten zusammen geschoben sodass in der Mitte ein unangenehmer großer Spalt war.
Schuhlöffel auf dem Zimmer haben gefehlt und das Restaurant war überteuert wenn auch sehr lecker.
