Rooms were quiet. Great breakfast; lots of protein options! We were in a pet friendly room on ground level and it was very clean. We had a room with 2 doubles and one mattress was collapsing around the edges. I was able to sleep in the middle but if 2 adults were in that bed you might just roll off the side lol. Also found the polyester filled comforters really hot (but menopause is a beast that way HaHa!!) Staff was FANTASTIC! Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly front desk staff. I’ve stayed at this hotel a handful of times and haven’t had any issues but this stay was not welcoming. The room smelt like a 90’s bar , I tried to call front desk but nothing! I was on the bottom floor and the people above me
We’re so loud ( while getting it on ) the whole hotel needs to be noise proof. The continental breakfast was good.

Room was very dirty, floors were atrocious so much so I got on my hands and knees and cleaned them myself.. after telling the front desk and showing them the pictures of the filthy water they offered to put me in another room, but when looking at the room they offered that room was just as dirty… stayed for three nights and paid $420 and wasn’t even offered any sort of refund..

The front desk staff was amazing. The first room we had was unacceptable with a hole under the door and mold in the bathroom. The staff member moved us immediately to another room and was very kind. Great new restaurant across the street, Mr. Mike’s that just opened.

Unfortunately the room was not cleaned prior to our arrival and we had to alert the front desk. We were kindly given an upgrade to a larger room. The larger room was cleaned but I noticed there were things like the floor had crumbs and the ceiling lights had no covers. Beyond the cleanliness issues the staff were exceptionally helpful

Booked a dog-friendly room at this property through Expedia and learned when we arrived that there would be an additional fee (beyond the higher rate we were paying for a dog friendly room). This wasn’t clear in the booking process (or we definitely would have chosen somewhere else to spend nearly $200 for a very tired and small room. The lobby has been renovated. Our room had been partially renovated — not good enough for this price point. They advertised a “great breakfast” which was just so so. We won’t be back.

Worth booking the second floor

I didn’t realize when I booked my room that when it said “ground floor” that it meant it would be motel-style with parking lot access. I also didn’t know that this meant I would be getting a room that was 30+ years older than the rest of the hotel with bad plumbing.
Since I was traveling alone on business and not spending a ton of time in the room, I figured I didn’t need to pay extra for a king bed or a room on the second floor. But this is where I was wrong. The rooms with the outdoor access have lino flooring thats not washed every day (time limitations, as shared with me by the manager) and as such, were very dirty. After walking around for a couple minutes, my feet were black. I ended up washing them with a towel and having to wear sandals around the room - not relaxing. The toilet barely flushed and the AC blew right up into the curtain, allowing visibility from the parking lot into my room. All things considered, the bed was comfy and clean sheets so I just went to bed.
The next morning, the toilet wouldn’t flush anything down. I called the front desk and the manager showed up right away to try it; flushed again and overflowed. He informed me that the backside of the hotel had bad plumbing and this was a common problem. He also informed me they cannot clean the floors between each guest as it takes hours with their machine. He quickly offered me another room on the second floor which was much nicer. Definitely worth booking the King room (in pics)

We found the room to be very noisy with the creaking of the floor upstairs and people honking their horns outside. Then we discovered that the bathtub was backing up, so we didn’t shower for two days because it was so disgusting. We just wanted to get out of there and we were visiting for a memorial and didn’t want any extra problems, so we didn’t say anything. We just won’t be back.
