Fresh food items and eggs made to order in the breakfast area which was located a fair distance down the street from the lobby. The swimming pool was located down the street in the opposite direction from the lobby. Pool was clean, not huge but refreshing! The rooms were emaculent. The staff were wonderful! Just a lovely place to stay. The Staff are so helpful and Rooms nice and comfy. Pretty much slient all day so good for a chill. Breakfast is interedting, never thought of Thai Green Red Curry but it kind of works.plenty of trad stuff from Egg Station and Sausages etc.Fruit is really good. Walkable to everything or bike rent.

We loved this place - the little teak bungalows are so picturesque with beautiful plants all around, red lanterns lighting the path. Each one has a porch, and the sounds of the birds ans crickets was so relaxing. Good showers and bathrooms ok. Comfortable beds, ie slighter softer than most I've experienced in Thailand which is quite quite firm. These were pleasantly cushioned (but still firm). Staff was very helpful. We loved it ❤️

We missed very much the service of a pickup from the airport! It seems all hotels agree with the way transfers are done by kind of hustlers at the airport (which is a private airport!) We experienced a sort of ‘unwelcome arrjval’!)l Also we missed the service of free transport to Old Sukhothai or to restaurants. The only very nearby restaurant was closed (because of Loy Krathong!?) when your hotel is remoted you should offer service! Quite disappointing experiences

This resort is absolutely delightful. The staff deserves a big thumbs up and standing ovation for attentiveness to details. Our private bungalow as perfect! We enjoyed marvelous buffet breakfasts with plenty to choose from. The pool was quiet and the water was clean and very warm. The staff provided print out of city map and recommended restaurants and distance from resort. The staff even arranged for private massage in room and my husband was delighted… one full hour at a very reasonable rate. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Kudos to a wonderful staff and resort!

The resort is a slightly above above average Thai Style Resort. I would stay again, which the expectation of it being a Thai style resort. It would have been nice to have had hot water at the sink for shaving, but most Thai resorts do not have such. The rooms were spotless, but many items were dated or scared. There are many detail items that were broken, but were not limits to our needs. On arrival we were met with a staff member who may have been new and we did not get some needed details, which was an issue because we were informed later by other attentive staff. However, the initial staff member who greeted us had us park in an odd spot, which resulted in an army of ants covering and infesting our car to escape the rain.

We were not able to sleep early because of constant loud music from neighbors, including a temple. I understand religious festivals--that's fine, but I'm just sharing with others that be careful if you stay here, because from 6am to 11:30pm, the bass was shaking the walls.

One point to make: one lady at the front desk was quite rude regarding our check out. We asked to extend our check out and offered to pay while we waited for our airport transfer. There was a record heat wave and it was 41 degrees, and this hotel does not have anywhere to sit in AC.
Another staff member later apologized for her rudeness, but it struck us during the exchange that she was not at all mindful of tourists not being used to dealing with 41 degree temperatures and the risk this poses sitting outside for hours waiting for a taxi.

Khru ku gao best restaurant in town
Very nice place. Good size comfy rooms. Very clean. Got dropped off near chedi it was 60 baht for a tuk tuk to the hotel. It takes 15/20 minutes to walk back into town. Bring a torch for walking along the road. Swimming pool a good size, breakfast good. And massage in the room for 250 baht. Best restaurant in town is on main street khru ku gao... Although the name is in Thai. It's 2 doors from wagyu kushiyaki restaurant. It's definitely amazing food really authentic not just tourist Thai food. The Tom yam and green curry are fabulous. We tried two other places but they didn't come near this one. Portion and prices are great too. It's opposite the wat surrounded by water.

One of the best hotels in hospitality ever stayed
One of the best hotels as far as hospitality is concerned from me and my husband as world travellers. When we could not easily find transportation from Kamphaeng Phet to Sukhothai, hotel helped us arranged a tax to pick us up. Hotel staff warmly welcomed us upon arrival and waving us off upon leaving. Staff speak perfect English. Breakfast is varied and plentiful with hot and cold. Swimming pool is very nice. Hotel has a nice homey feeling the minute you walk in. Location wise, it is 1K to town/entrance to historical park. Can not say enough good things about it, especially for the price.

The limited dining is a dampener in this otherwise great property. They only serve you basic breakfast and the restaurant is closed for the day post that. You can't even get a fresh cup of coffee without travelling outside.. I think at least they should make a provision for tea/coffee for their guests.

Excellent hospitality and service mind. Lady staffs were very helpful to recommend place to eat and how to take a day trip for attraction. Room was okay as expected. With nice amenities and cleanliness. Only 1 thing could be improve is the shower pressure was too weak. Other than that can’t complain with this price and service overall. Very friendly staff, nice pool- often empty, but a lot of children checked in on my last day and they were screaming, running, doing bombs, parents throwing them round etc so the whole area was soaked. Nice breakfast. Not so close to the historic park and restaurants etc, but walkable. Decent bikes for 50B. Good room and shower. Probably not that secure- drunk neighbours managed to get through the door lock and half break the chain before they realised it was the wrong room- the hotel fixed the chain the next day.

Resort is located in the ‘old’ Sukhothai, hence the Historical Park can be easily visited by bicycle, available at the hotel. Rooms are distributed over several buildings in a quiet area. Comfort corresponding to hotel class, nice breakfast offering.

The resort was a lot bigger and more sprawled out than expected.
We stayed in the main building and could not fault anything. The staff are veey helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the pool was clean and great to cool off in the afteenoon. The onsite bike hire was 100 baht for 24 hours, and was a great way to get around town. I would have really liked to stay a few more days, but it was time to go to our next destination.

An oasis in Sukhotai
We spent 3 nights here, on our way to Chiang Mai, so we could visit the Old City in Sukhotai and rest after the long bus ride from Bangkok. The room was spotless, and very comfortable. The area we were in shared no common walls between rooms, it was very quiet (except for the young kids in the hallway in one of the rooms). There was a nice patio off the room, and a very useful towel rack or pool towels and laundry. Breakfast was very good, eggs and toast if you want, a Thai dish each day as well (the green curry was great) and fresh fruit and juice. The pool was refreshing, though the 4 elephants on the corners were not spouting water, alas! Staff was excellent, very communicative even before we arrived, and helped us arrange a tuk tuk tour of the Old City. Great place!

Good location for historical park.
Good room in a nice location for the Sukothai historical park. The usual things for a mid range Thai hotel; clean and functional. Pool was a short trek from the main complex but no big deal. We hired bikes close to the historical park but would get the slightly better ones at the resort for a little more. Don't go to the historical park without a bike as it is cooling to cycle from area to area.

I stayed here for 2 nights for my first time in Sukhothai. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and a lot of service mind. Room is clean and there are bike rental provided. The location is quite a bit far from the entrance of the Historical Park about 1.5km but it's not a problem for me because I rode the bike and breathe the fresh air in the morning during the way to the Historical Park.

Thai Thai Sukhothai Guesthouse is clean very comfortable and very close to old city sukhothai. You can rent a bicycle for B50 to get around town. Massages are available for B200 and in your room. You can't beat this hotel for a price of $25.25 a night. The staff is very helpful and they will go out of their way to make sure your taken care.

Absolutely amazing hotel, unbelievable value
My wife and I stayed at Thai Thai Sukhothai Guesthouse for excellent two nights. The bungalow was lovely and well equipped (4 post bed + mosquito net), screened in windows, good hot water heater in the shower, hair dryer, and it was beautifully decorated and in great condition generally. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful with local recommendations - we really enjoyed their restaurant picks, especially the Sukhothai Kitchen which was a short walk away. The resort is lovely and smells of flowers, and the pool is really nice as well. Breakfast was also quite good with a number of different options. Although we did feel that our time in Sukhothai was sufficient in terms of seeing the historical park and key sites, we totally could have spent another night or two here just to relax and enjoy Sukhothai for a bit longer. Thai Thai Sukhothai is probably the best value hotel I've ever stayed and I give it a full endorsement, it is an amazing place to stay in an amazing location.

We had an excellent 2 night stay at Thai Thai Sukhothai. It was easy to find, quiet, with easy access to the historical park by the bikes provided by the guesthouse. The service was exceptional and always with a smile. Napa at reception was a particular joy. Clean and tidy rooms and a reasonable breakfast. Would highly recommend.

It is very well located if you want to visit the historic park. The staff is amazingly nice, from the first moment they make you feel at home and are always trying to make your stay even better. As soon as I arrived they gave me a list of great recomendations from restaurantes to important places to see around the park, it was very useful.

Fantastic bit of paradise.
We hated to leave this hotel, fro. The moment you arrive they treat you like family, every time they walk past you they greet you with a warm smile and helllo and ask how your day is. The hotel is easy walking to the histupark and restaurants. Pool is beautiful and warm. I would reccommend renting the bikes for a day and touring the park it is the best way to see the park. The breakfast was the best we have had since our stay in Thailand.

The hotel was quaint and in the authentic Thai style. Had a lovely big pool a short walk away. Just 2kms from the Sukhothai ruins so perfect location. Check in and welcome was excellent and service throughout the stay was faultless. Had an in-room massage and it was wonderful. Breakfast was fresh, varied and plentiful. Would highly recommend this hotel. Also the Sukhothai ruins are a MUST-SEE. Amazing history and architecture.

Great quiet little resort near Sukhothai Historical Park, off the main strip but only a 5 minute cycle to the park, restaurants, 7-11. Beautiful landscaping. Bicycles for rent on site, 50 baht/day. Nice breakfast, eggs to order. A/C works well, little cabins are lovely. Small but pleasant pool. Put a towel down along the gap in the door to keep the rare bugs out. The usual mosquitoes when the sun goes down.

We loved everything abou this hotel. The staff were so friendly, rooms were comfy with nice Thai touches, dreamy swimming pool and bikes to pedal the 1 km into town and the historical sites. And the breakfast buffet did not come up short like lots of Thai hotels. Highly recommended!
