One of the hotel staff, Ben, is from Hong Kong who is very helpful and friendly. Hotel room is a bit small compared with similar onsen hotels we used to stay in other parts of Japan though. Food is good. Overall great experience.

Superb service. Nice stay.

The hotel is quite cozy. It took a 10 min walk from JR to the hotel but staff arranges a van to take us back and forth the station. It’s especially helpful due to the snowy weather and the slippery streets. The room was comfy except that the indoor balcony next to the windows was quite chilly, even we had already turned up the heater. The hotspring was fine but the outdoor one for ladies didn’t provide showers nor a heated changing area, so basically you had to tolerate the cold and make sure you jump into the hotspring quick enough to get warm.

Staff was super helpful. JR stopped on the day of our departure due to snow. The Chinese staff Ben called us and arranged bus tickets for us. The fact that he spoke Cantonese allowed us to understand the situation clearly, and he even wrote a note in Japanese for us to get a refund of JR. It was a relief to get out of the place when all trains were stopped and we appreciated that he made it all the way to ensure we got on the bus to Nagoya. He was our angel of the day.

Highly recommended

The overall service, hotel environment, food and hot spring was excellent. I would like to explicitly mentioned that the hotel provides in-room dining to keep tradition style. Most of the staff do not know English but they are really willing to help. Their sales manager, Ben, is a helpful, expansive and friendly. He is from Hong Kong as well. He knows speaking many different language and provided brief introduction to every new guest. He even came to our room to introduce the dinner and help taking photos to us. The hotel provides both indoor and outdoor hot spring. The temperature of the water was high enough too. The hotel provides free parking but you cannot see the parking lot because the staff would serve the parking and get back your car when you would like to good out in the morning. To sum up, base on the price and overall qualify, this hotel is highly recommended

A lovely ryokan experience

The experience was first class, from the friendly pick-up from Gero Station to the drop-off at the end of our two night stay we felt welcomed. Ben is a fantastic host with lots of helpful tips (particularly as out visit coincided with the busy Takayama Spring Festival, 14-15 April). The room was spotless and a good size for a family of three, the tradtional Japanese breakfast and dinner was enormous, beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommended.

Fantastic and Comfortable Stay

Wow, the manager met us and accompanied us all the way to the rooms and explained the details. We saw our family name on the welcoming board at the entrance: it made us feel like coming home. Room is clean and comfortable. Onsen is fantastic. Location is good to us: not too close to \"town center\" but walking distances to all the interesting spots in town. We took a leisure walk around the surroundings; it was good and we tried all the public foot-onsens along the way. A wonderful experience.

Great service, excellent food, ok building

We knew that we would be in Gero for only 1 night, so we chose Fukaku because it was close to the station and a reasonable price. We were surprised, however, with how great the service was. When we called the hotel to ask for directions to the hotel from he station, hey sent a car to pickups up. As our reservation included dinner and we arrived around 6 pm, we were worried we might be too late to arrange the dinner for the evening. Instead, the staff, including our friendly concierge, \"Ben\", arranged for us to have an amazing multi-course meal arranged in our room for 6:30 pm. We were elated. The only drawback for some is that the building is an old one and you shouldn't expect a very new and modern building. However, the hotel is across the street from a very nice government-run onsen for a small fee.

温泉街にあるゆったり過ごせる施設でした。女性は選べる浴衣がありました。朝夕共に部屋食で時食事内容も種類が豊富で美味しくいただきました。
下呂温泉は源泉から各施設へ同じように供給しているためどの施設も成分等は同じとのことで、やや熱めでしたがとろりとした無色透明な感じが良かったです。
スタッフの対応も良く、お布団敷きの際、シーツの角を丸く整える技術に思わず見入ってしまいました。また行きたいと思えたお宿でした。

Ein klassisches Ryokan. Ich hatte ein klassisches Zimmer im japanischen Stil, das traditionell schlicht gehalten ist. Beachten sollte man aber, dass diese Zimmer lediglich eine Toilette und eine Ecke mit Waschbecken im Eingangsbereich des Zimmer haben, aber keine eigenen Badezimmer. Will man Duschen muss man auf jene in den Gemeinschaftsbädern (also den Onsen Bereichen) zurückgreifen. Diese stehen aber leider nicht den ganzen Tag durchgängig zur Verfügung.

Das Personal des Ryokan ist sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit.

지도상으로는게로역에서 숙소까지 가깝게 보이나 보행자도로가 협소해서 픽업차량을 예약하고 이용한게 잘한 선택이었다.난방은 천정에서 온풍기가 작동하는 시스템으로 훈훈했고 웃풍은 없었다.다다미방에 침구를 깔고치워주는 방식을 고수하고 있고.식사는 룸서비스로 제공한다.방에 온수와 냉수기를 비치해서 편리했고,냉수를 마셔도 배탈은 없었다. 유우가는 남자는 옷장에 매일 새것을 넣어주고 여자는 로비에서 골라입을 수있다.욕조는 방에 딸려있지 않아 조금 실망스럽지만 지하1층,지상5층에 시차를 두고 남,녀가 번갈아 사용하고 옥상에 노천탕도 이용가능하다.노천탕은 그냥 욕조만 있으니 대형타월을 갖고가 대충닦고 실내탕에서 마무리해줘야 한다.첵인하면 료칸입구 칠판에 투숙객 명단을 써놓는데 그날의 국적분포를 짐작할수있다.일본인,중국이나 대만,한국등.식사는 조식은 반상차림이나,석식은 한상차림으로 가이세키차림표를보고 메뉴를 알 수있다.서비스직원은 일어,영어도 가능하며 동남아인이 한다.식사의 질은 나는 만족하지만 동행인은 중간이라고 한다.종류는 정말 다양해서 좋았다.조,석식을 푸짐하고 먹고나면 중식,야식이 별로 땡기지 않아 비용이 많이 절감되었다.로손편의점에 물건이 다양해서 주류,스넥을 사면 편하다.온천세는 1박당 인당150엔이며 첵아웃시 지불했다.전반적으로 만족하며 조용히 쉬고싶은 사람에게 추천한다.나고야에서 편도 4700엔 기차비 감안하고,다카야마 완행열차 편도 990엔하면 좋을듯 하다.

最低！でも料理は一部良し。でも、もう無い。

着いた時のフロントの対応は良かったです。
浴衣も選べました。
車も従業員の方が玄関から移動してくれて、帰りも玄関横まで移動してくれました。
夕食のお肉のほうば焼きと豚肉の蒸し物は味が良かったです。量が少なかったのが残念。
鮎の塩焼きは、冷めて干からびた感じがした。好き嫌いがあるので代替品と選べると嬉しい。
お風呂から出て喉が渇いていたのに、何処にもお水が無い。ウォーターサーバーくらいはい置いて欲しい。
中居さんにお水がありますか？と訊ねたら「あります。」の返事だけ。その後、何のアクションも無いまま夕飯の配膳をしていたので、「お風呂から出て喉が渇いているので、すぐにお願いします。」と言わないと持って来てくれなかった。

夕飯後、お風呂に入っていたら、大声で喋りながら、さっき配膳してくれた中居さんが次から次へと入って来た。
お客さんが入浴中に従業員が入浴しに来るなんてあり得ない！
それも大きな声で喋りながら！

朝は部屋食だからって7:30に有無を言わせず男の人が布団をたたみにきた。布団の上でボーッとしていたら、「布団をあげますので」とボーッとすることも出来なかった。
朝食後は、すぐにに片付けに来た。
まるで、従業員の働きやすさを優先しているよう。

泉質は良い。
露天風呂は外から丸見え！
誰が入るんだろう？女性は絶対に入れない。
竹とか簾で囲って欲しい。

もう二度とここには泊まりません。

비행기가 연착해서 숙소에 조금늦게 도착했어요 그런데 픽업와서 기다려주시고 가이세키시간조정해주시로 전세탕 시간도 다조정해주셨어요 무엇보다 처음가본 료칸이라 어떻게해야할지잘몰랐는데 (한국인직원분이쉬는날) 일본직원분께서 너무친절하게 천천히 재미있게 설명해주시고 가이세키 히다규는 말할것도 없이 너무맛있었어요 단지 편의점이 조금 걸어야한다는점

值得住的溫泉旅館

有穿梭車接送，服務親切，接待員流利普通話，介紹細緻親切，有美麗的浴衣任選，比其他一般溫泉酒店的美麗很多，因酒店不算多房間，浸溫泉可以很鬆蓉，不多人，溫泉質素很好，有幾個場地，尤其是展望台風呂，溫泉中可欣賞美麗景色。房間非常舒適，整體良好，唯一時日不知為何，深宵及晨曦有人揼嘢，隔聲一般。

To have dinner and breakfast at own room was a bit inconvenient as staff had to come to the room for preparation intermittently.Open onsen and interior onsen located at 5th floor and basement respectively for female customers is not user friendly.

酒店房間大，舒適，職員親切有禮，尤其一位來自廣州説廣東話的職員，非常細心講解洒店一切。溫泉有大浴場及露天風呂分別在B1 及頂樓，今次試了頂樓露天風呂，地方細及欠吹頭髮設備，冲完身要回房間或B1 大浴場吹頭非常不便。早丶晚餐款式簡單但美味。整體感覺很好。

有說廣東話普通話(Lucy)的留學生做店員，溝通不會太大問題，checkin 後會細心講解，晚餐早餐溫泉使用時間，因為溫泉旅館係飛驒川伴，所以打開窗感受自己氣息時會引致蟲蟲入侵，那就要備免黃昏時打開窗，下呂市一日應該可以走一圈，夏天泡腳要留意水溫有55℃

한국어가 가능한 나카이상이 있어서 더 편했습니다.
일본어를 할 줄 몰라도 편안하게 이용할 수 있을 거 같아요.
주변 지역으로는 히다천이 있고 약 10분거리에 편의점이 있습니다.
저는 렌트를 해서 시라카와고 합장촌까지 이동이 편리했습니다만 렌트를 하지 않을 경우는 잘 모르겠네요.
무료주차도 가능하니 모쪼록 렌트가 나을 것 같습니다.

性價比高的溫泉之旅

房間不算太大，剛好放下四張塌塌米和兩張枱。因我們沒有帶行李去，都不大問題。酒店有露天溫泉，去時剛好無人，景觀不錯。亦有可預約的私人風呂和大浴場。晚餐豐富，飛驒牛一流，早餐亦不錯。離開時，要趕早車，仲有車送我們到車站。整體來說，性價比高。唯一免費的浴衣偏舊，但都好開心可以試著一下。酒店有會説廣東話的阿Ben，令我地整個入住過程更順利。

有位香港職員接待, 感覺親切, 他亦會介紹鄰近的觀光景店。
由於要在房間內用膳, 初時擔心房會在存在著一陣食物味道, 不過幸好沒有這種情況。不過用膳前要預留20-30分鐘讓工作人員收拾房間 (尤其是上午, 需要收拾被鋪) 及擺設食物。

편히 쉬었던 호텔

호텔에 묶으면서 실컷 온천하고 즐겼습니다.
일본 호텔은 따뜻한 공기로 순환하여 방의 온도를 유지하는데 그러다 보니 많이 건조하더라구요.
그런데 여긴 건조함이 덜했던 것아요.

방도 넓고 꽤 만족스럽습니다.

후쿠오카 유후인에서 이어 2번째 가이세키 요리를 접했는데 아무래도 가격이 좀 더 저렴하다보니 음식 부분이 살짝 아쉬운 부분이 없지않으나 저렴한 가격에 비하면 괜찮은것 같아요.

香港人在酒店工作,特別親切

香港人BEN哥在酒店工作,所以特別親切,再加上佢熱誠既工作態度,詳細介紹,一泊兩食時,負責擺放食物及食具的職員,年紀都都幾大,我看見她很辛苦地為我們工作,諗住給她打賞,但她堅持不要,真令人佩服.所以這酒店的很值得推薦,特別是香港人.唯一係酒店房間比較舊,但尚可接受.

推薦啊~

第一天下飛機坐車坐車坐車. 去到下呂已經差不多晚上7點了, 十分趕因為怕錯過check-in 時間, 幸好7 點前趕到. 還馬上幫我們準備晚餐.
等待的時候, 突然一把親切的廣東話聲音出現了, 原來是一位香港人Ben, 他還仔細說明明天到高山去程回程的坐車時間, 提醒我們白川鄉真的非常冷怕我們不夠衣服等等, 然後選好浴衣就上房間食晚餐. Ben 還主動幫我們拍照, 不錯的. 之後還在下班前特地打電話問我們還有沒有什麼問題的因為他第二天早上不在這樣. 真的很nice, 令人很放心.

溫泉有3個, 不同時間男女交換使用, 露天溫泉超舒服, 而且2次去都沒其他人呢.

我們住2晚, 第2天的早晚餐有幫我們換新菜色, 真的十分美味和滿足,

環境很好, 附近有很多足浴, 晚上還有煙火看.

在家的感覺

難忘既係佢地職員態度友善, 佢地大多數職員都上咗年纪而且唔太識講英文, 但都做得好專業。check in時佢地會問我地何況安打晩餐同早餐 , 又提醒我地幾時之前check out去坐火車最好, 好貼心既服務。原來這間傳統式的旅館只得23間房, 所以感覺好寜静, 去浸泉唔會太多人。

不錯的酒店

酒店職員有來自香港的Ben, 可以用中文溝通十分親切. 職員都十分helpful.
早夜餐都是房間進餐.
酒店整體都相當不錯.

服務貼心

原來酒店有職員是香港人，所以去到時是Ben ( 香港人）招待我們，十分親切！幫我們安排好一切入住及饍食！
風呂有室內及戶外，風景不一樣，會推介給朋友如自駕遊有停車場十分方便

酒店位置良好！附近有多間溫泉旅館！步行去附近景點只要5分鐘！溫泉旅館職員Ben 服務極好！

我們晚上8時許才到達酒店！本來已經過了晚餐時間！但職員阿Ben 仍耐心等候我們到來！用自己加班時間，為我們安排入住酒店手續！並預先為我們準備晚餐！感到他的窩心款待有家的感覺！

ありがとうございました

入口が別で中が鍵なしの引戸で仕切られている部屋を借りたのですが、一室が食事の用意で開けっ放しになっていました。
用意が終わったのかスタッフの方も居ず…セキュリティが気になりました。

夕食の箸入れが折り紙になっていて、食べ終わっている子どもが挑戦していると「部屋に戻ってやってね」と。
まだ食べている者が居たのに気付かなかったのでしょうか。
入口と受付にいる方はとても親切でしたので平均して3の評価をつけさせて頂きます。
ありがとうございました。

전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.
직원들도 친절하고, 식사도 맛있었어요.
한 가지 불만족스러운 것은, 지하1층 온천은 가보지 않아서 모르겠지만 5층 온천에는 사물함 잠금장치가 없고 입장하는 문도 잠금장치가 따로 없어서 모든 사람이 드나들 수 있어서 온천장에 혼자 있으면 무섭습니다.. 5층은 시간대별로 남여가 사용하는 시간도 바뀌어서 혼란 스럽기도 하구요. 나고야의 한 호텔은 욕탕에 입장할 때 남탕은
룸키를 찍고, 여탕은 비밀번호까지 누르게 되어있었습니다. 이 부분은 개선 되었으면 합니다.

Over all, this is great and should be recommended.

The Hotel is nice, people are warm, specially when we are late due to traffic. We arrive the Hotel at 8:00 hrs, and found that they are waiting and looking for us. And still serve the dinner, and explain the facilities in the Hotel. That is really great. Besides, they have staff can talk in Cantonese, this make us feel more comfortable.

食物美味, 有懂廣東話人員

美味早、晚餐送入房間, 有港人職員Ben Sir懂廣東話, 服務態度十分好, 主動有禮, 提供不少有用的行程建議, 解決了我們不少問題; 可是房間女服務員卻一般, 沒有日式旅館熱情款待感覺。一切都好就是室內温泉有白色一塊塊的東西、户外温泉有一片片灰綠色的東西, 深夜時分, 想找個員工查詢也找不到, 只好草草浸一浸就走。酒店過馬路對面就能走到飛騨川, 堤邊散步舒服極了。慢步五分鐘到便利店, 十五分鐘到JR下呂站, 沿途景色怡人, 過橋時更有「手泉」, 很特別。

不值得入住

那個香港人接待員是我多次在日本旅行中遇到最差的一個，說話語氣差到不行！！
酒店伙食為套餐形式，味道與我在郡上八番的料理旅館相比簡直就是差天共地！
另外，下呂可能真的太小了，難怪很多人都說不值得一遊...
但那些溫泉水確實對皮膚很好，建議自駕者路經此地泡一泡倒無妨，住宿就安排在高山市好了~~~

地點方便，車站有車接送，住宿還可以價錢合理。早餐、晚餐很豐富，最好的事有位會講廣東話的員工- 阿Ben ，他服務非常好，有禮，對工作充滿熱情。
幫了我們一行15 人很多。起碼不怕言語不通。

但很不幸發生一件令今次旅程的不開心事件，我沒有想過在曰本洒店會發生的事情！----- 偷竊
想信並不是誤會，我阿嫂晚飯後回房發現不見了1500 Yen, 當初我們而為只是數錯了，其實她一開始已確定不見錢的，，因為她每天都紀錄自己用了多少錢，到最後check. Out 那天早上，我發覺在名古屋買了的一包藥品、牙膏等全包不見了，幸好找到阿Ben,
他立刻問所有員工，其實我覺得都吾會找到的，阿Ben 還説可能當垃圾處理了，不過改了一陣有位員工成包物品取回給我們。問題是我第一晚成包嘢還在我房，到第三天上午九時左右發現不見，我還未check out, 如果是當垃圾處理應該而找不到啦，為何一問又可立即找到？另外幾間房的真垃圾反而沒人處理！
不見錢又有何關係呢？
希望阿Ben 確實認真處理一下。

小村之旅

雖然酒店提供接駁車接載客人，但因接送時間所限，客人必須上酒店網站預約才有酒店專車到火車站口接載賓客！
要拉行李箱到酒店，路程雖不太遠，可是沿路不太平坦及要沿馬路邊走，非常不便！

比較舊式的溫泉酒店

溫泉酒店內的接待員阿ben很熱情，能操流利的廣東話令我們倍感親切。而且這間酒店還有貸切風呂可以預計，這點值得一讚。

온천을 이용하고 싶다면...

직원분들 참 친절하시고, 조식 석식도 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 산책나가기도 좋고... 온천도 good... 불편한 것은 없었습니다. 하루만 머물다 떠나게되서 아쉬웠네요.

Free car park and staff is very nice and helpful.

Free parking. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. Staff is very nice and helpful, especially Ben Sir. Hot spring is great! We like private hot spring too. Good experience there. Hotel is nearby convenience store.

不錯的旅館

Ben 是會說廣東話的員工, 入住時他詳細地介紹了旅館設施和溫泉區內的景點, 旅館其他員工亦非常熱心和有禮, 給旅客們十分溫暖的感覺.
旅館設施有可以預訂的私人浴池, 在一個小房間裡, 沒有景觀. 公眾浴池有室內和室外, 室外的浴池不大, 但景觀不錯
晚餐美味, 豐儉由人且份量適中.
旅館提供 JR 下呂站免費接送服務.
