Very solid 5/5 hotel and enjoyed my stay! The single room was a good size, typical of Tokyo-sized hotels. The location is so nice and quiet, and about 10mins walkable to the bus station and easy to take taxi to everywhere else. There is a 7Eleven around the block if you need anything from a convenience store. I love that there is a washer and dryer if you need to do your laundry. The facility is clean and top notch.

Our first trip overseas in almost 30 years and the Tissage was perfect for us. It was hot while we were there but the neighborhood was very walkable with lots of shops around. The hotel is very clean, our room was wonderful and comfortable and the ac was a God send! I would happily stay there again, and hope to very soon!!

The room is spacious compare to other hotels in mainland of Japan. It is clean, and tidy, location is a bit far out from the major tourist area, requires 15-20 mins walk each time to get into shops or restaurants. Plenty of parking facilities near by the hotel

Rooms are accommodating however, sound proofing is a problem for the bathroom and with other guests. Conversations, running and walking in the hallway can be heard loud and clear with guests arriving in the late hours making a lot of noise and not considerate of other guests sleeping.
Parking is a problem with lots filling up fast and asking for an extra key to rooms requires a full explanation when this is
common practice at any establishment. Paying for a beach towel was an unexpected cost when again this is typically part of the hospitality service to ensure guests are comfortable and quality in customer service is provided at its highest level.

Location is a 14 minute walk from Naha Bus Terminal. Easy to walk between Tissage and station. The neighbourhood has other hotels.
Room is clean, good space for luggage as well compared to other business hotel.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Well spoken English to answer questions.

Breakfast tickets can be purchased at front desk (1,500 yen).

I really liked the breakfast and parking was so easy (right at the entrance). Both check-in and check-out was seamless as well. However, the rooms could be improved (dusty as compared to the other 3 hotels I visited during my trip) and the toilet had no ventilation so it was always fogged up after a shower or bath (which is very much uncommon in Japan toilets - they always had awesome ventilation).

Our stay was very convenient and easy. We were a group of three travellers on a short two night stay and we found the experience very comfortable.
Located close to Naha airport, and only minutes from food and the beach, I would recommend the Tissage.
Staff were friendly and our room was very affordable.
If your goal is to travel to other locations across Okinawa, I would recommend a stay at the Tissage as your first stop off a long flight!

A nice hotel to stay. Unfortunately I only stayed one night. I found the hotel wasn't close to main subway lines. It's about a 15 minute walk away.

They served a nice buffet breakfast that was tasty. If you need to do laundry, they offer coin operated washers. Staff especially Mei was friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend this property. Very clean, quiet and helpful staff members. There’s a bus stop to the main shopping district just 3 mins walking distant. And only takes 3-4 stops. The only downside of this hotel is very poor WIFI. You can only connect the WIFI from the first floor reception so it’s very weak.

Hotel 10 min drive from airport and 10 min walk to the monorail. Some reviews suggested that it’s very far away from main areas, however we found it very conveniently located.. The main monorail was just 800m from hotel and the main shopping district was 2 stations away and just 1.5kms and though we took a train walked back and took us 20 min. Check in was smooth and staff very efficient. It’s in a quiet area and there are some convenience stores around. There is also an Indian/Nepalese restaurant around the corner and serve vegetarian food. Overall good value for the price paid.. I basically have 4 stars because of its compact room size. The first room allotted to us was a bit smelly so they changed us to another room. Room very cozy, with a double bed not a queen.. wedged against one wall, but quite comfy. Only two pillows provided and when asked for another was declined. No wardrobe space just a few hangers. However room was very clean. Bathroom was also small but was adequately stocked. I would recommend this hotel if you are just in Naha for a day or two and plan to spend most of the day outdoors and just use hotel to sleep. the room is ok for a single person but very cramped for two people. If your aim is to relax in the hotel, this will not be the best choice and better to look for alternatives.

Positives: This hotel is a very nice hotel. Reasonably priced for the Naha area. It is clean and very functional.The breakfast buffet was delicious.The onsite washing/dryer was nice. Very easy to catch a cab or public transportation. Staff is friendly, even with the language barrier. Lots of great restaurants near by. Complementary toiletry items in the lobby. It was a nice place to stay.

Negatives: There is NO early check in. Showers are designed for much shorter individuals(I know it's Japan). The shower/tub is deep and there is no grab bar to hold while stepping in and no anti skid. The only storage for clothes is 4 hangers, no drawers of any kind. No extra pillows when requested. Would have been nice if there was a common area that groups of travelers in different rooms could meet up, or eat take away food from local restaurants together. The area used for the breakfast buffet is closed when not in use. This would be a nice space for guests to gather or work since the space available in the rooms is limited.

Everything was pretty brand new. Comfortable bed with choice of soft or firm pillows. Breakfast worth adding on, as many options. Location not ideal, a bit run down in the area, but very safe. A lot of Naha looks a bit run down, so not all that different from the rest of the city. The price per night was quite good.

My partner and I stayed at the Tissage Hotel for 3 nights in Spring. The room was small but enough space for two people. The room was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable, we had a little table and chairs. The curtains blocked out the light making it quite dark. Bathroom was very clean as well they provided shampoo conditioner and body wash.

The lobby was a little boring just some little stools to sit but no area to work or use a laptop etc. The wifi was fantastic we both worked no problems for conf calls etc.

Hotel is very close to some 7/11 and Lawson shops for quick eats but to reach proper restaurants its about 10-15 mins walk to the main town. Same distance to the monorail station. We were comfortable here would recommend, we didn't eat breakfast so cannot comment.

It was great. We had parking right out front. Breakfast was very good. Be prepared as they make you wear gloves to get your food, but it was not much of an inconvenience. Rooms are small but comfortable, and free toiletries were provided.

Although room is small compared to the hotels I stayed in Okinawa, it is understandable because it is in town. Room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Car park is automated and problem free. I returned the rented car in the evening prior to the day I flew out. Staff in charge of parking informed the front desk, saved a day of parking fee. Arranged for my taxi to the airport and made sure the driver is properly informed

The hotel is a bit outside of the city center, but still walkable. We had a flight cancellation due to a typhoon in Tokyo and had to book a quick night stay until the next morning. The room was small, but very clean and nice. It met our needs. And the pajamas they leave out for you to wear were so cozy! We were very happy with our stay.

This hotel was not on the map at the monorail station. We walked to the nest hotel that was on the map - and they gave us a little photocopied map they had prepared to show us how to get to the Tissage Hotel. :-)

受付も、部屋も、清潔感があって良かったです。
すぐ近くに駐車場もたくさんあるので、レンタカーで行っても困りませんでした！
タクシーを呼んでもらえますし、傘のレンタルもあって、雨の日とても助かりました！
朝食も、ビュッフェ形式のもので、とても美味しかったです！
また沖縄に来た時は利用したいなと思いました。
