Ok to stay for a little while. They do room cleaning everyday 👌, not on request. Thanks for the housekeeping team. Plenty of parking. Staffs are good. You have restaurants, convenient stores inside. Rooms are ok. Enough toiletries.

Good value

A nice hotel for the price. They have a great jazz bar in the basement with a lot of drink options. The gift shop had a good amount of local souvenirs. The beds were more firm than I'd like, but other than that everything was great.

Fine for a short stay

Good location for a quick overnight stop between arriving in Naha & onward flight to Ishigaki. 1300yen from airport.
A tired hotel with tiny swimming pool, it was clean & comfortable for a stopover.

Nice stay at Hotel Pacific

Large hotel 10-15min walk from the nearest monorail station. A little farther to the main shopping street, which might not suit some people although I think this is reflected in the price. The rooms were large for Japan and the hotel had an airy buffet style breakfast room, with enough variety to satisfy most needs. The pool, although smaller than the hotel photographs might suggest was clean and the water a good temperature for a refreshing dip to cool off from the heat of the day - would suit kids. Wi-Fi not the fastest or most reliable, but managed to get a working signal most times of day. Staff very helpful. Overall good value.

Good place to stay for the price

While this isn't the best hotel to stay in, the price was very reasonable and there were several perks for staying here. One of the biggest perks, if you include it, is the free breakfast/brunch/lunch. You get a voucher for each guest per day. I only tried the buffet breakfast, but the food and service was excellent. This made up for all of the issues, although I know some of these are deal breakers for some guests:
WiFi only worked for first 2 days, but there is an Ethernet cable to directly plugin laptop if you have one. Internet speeds were about 10-80Mbps download and 1Mbps upload during the day, and at night you could get 100+Mbps on ethernet.
Bed was thin and uncomfortable.
Furnishings including carpet seem dated and should be updated.
Rooms are very dusty and gave me allergies at time. You could literally see the dust accumulate after just a few minutes. The room was cleaned daily, but the dust accumulates so fast.

The hotel is close to Kokusai Street (7 min taxi ride) if you want to go shopping / eat, and there are a convenience stores, laundromat, grocery, etc within walking distance (<10 mins).
Overall, not a bad place to stay for the price, but the hotel could make some improvements to make the stay more comfortable / enjoyable.

The location itself is good, with a beach in walking distance. There are convenience stores within walking distance as well as a souvenir/mini-kiosk within the hotel as well which is open till 23. The 2 main issues were the lack of power sockets near the bed and the key issue. There are power sockets near the door and the desk but even after asking for an extension cord, they could only provide shorter ones, so that made for a somewhat interesting situation. Regarding the keys, there was no explanation at check-in about handing the keys over when going out. However, when stopping by to ask a question before going out they asked for the keys. When asked why, they repeatedly stated it was their policy and that I had to give it back, especially because there was only one and it were lost I'd have to pay for it. While that makes sense, the fact that I was willing to shoulder the responsibility, the fact that they did not explain it at the beginning and that they were not willing to concede their point was annoying, to say the least. During the 10 minutes I was at the front, not one person dropped their keys off at the desk nor did the people checking in receive an explanation. Other than those 2 points, service was extremely good so it may simply have been an issue with the individual at the front desk.

Great hotel with excellent service and great facilities but the reason I chose this hotel was the free wifi and parking.

While the parking was excellent, the wifi was unusable even later at night or early in the morning which means this was by design and not because of traffic

If a stable internet connection is indispensable it is better to avoid this hotel

No easy access without car/taxi. Great facilities.

We had a lot of problems on the way from airport and got to the hotel at 2am. Please reconsider if you are not driving on the island. Taxi is most likely the only option. Hotel service was great. Front desk actually upgraded our room due to all the trouble we went through. Great facilities that contains restaurant, sauna, outdoor pool, small arcade area.

I don’t usually give any negative feedback to hotels but I did want to mention that this hotel had a very uncomfortable bed (you could feel the springs in your back) and the room also had a funny musty kind of smell. There was also either Mould or water damage in the roof of the bathroom.

Nice hotel with free parking

Stayed 4 nights in their twin room.
Room space is comfortably big as my friend and I are able to open our large luggages and do proper packing in the room.
Staff in the front desk are friendly and helpful.
Ample parking lots (free parking) if you drive.
It's a bit far to walk to Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street (about 20 min or so) but there's a supermarket nearby the hotel (less than 5 min walk).
The only issue with the room is the centrally controlled air conditioning unit. You are unable to adjust the temperature except the speed of the blowing fan. Even with the speed set to the highest, the room was still a bit warm.
Nevertheless, it's still a nice stay. I'll still consider this hotel if I do visit Okinawa again.

施設内のお土産ショップである程度の商品も
