Stayed here twice now, the places are so lovely, clean fresh and everything you need. If there are any hiccups they are always resolved quickly. Only thing this time was some utensils could do with updating like pans, toaster, and there were many many centipedes around and within the pool, which couldn't be helped and maintenence removed them quickly. Would definitely recommend and will visit again for sure. Its a short taxi ride to nightlife bars restaurants etc,

The villa was older but was clean. Bed were harder than I liked and the hot water in the master bedroom was not constant. It was further away from Pattaya than I wanted to stay. They had taxi service available. It met my needs for 9 people and everyone enjoyed the house.

The location was amazingly clean and very plush, very worth the price we paid. The photos are accurate, but clearly taken several years ago as the property has gone through inevitable minor wear and tear. The staff was clear in their instructions, spoke good english, and were able to call us a very affordable taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Overall a nice stay. The room was clean and quiet. Unfortunately the pictures in the booking site were old so the property was in fact a lot more worn out that we expected. Pool had many sharp edges as the tile grout was nonexistent. The tableware was insufficient and there were no oil, salt or pepper for cooking (you could buy those from reception but I would have thought they were included). In conclusion a bit pricey for the quality.

The down side was the water pressure in the shower was very poor, but it should be an easy fix, the shower head was faulty. The room itself was very spacious and nice , the pool was nice.. it was a bit far from everything but there is a motor bike rental nearby which made it easier to get around.

It’s a nice villa. The same vibe as Bali but way less expensive. It’s far away from walking street maybe 20mins car ride- with traffic maybe 30 mins. It’s good for groups as there’s lots of things to do: pool table, swimming pool with slide, huge living area with sofa and nice dining area.

There is not much near by which makes it unique and stands off from the busyness and congestion of the beach we had a car so we could go anywhere we wanted . The hosts were polite helpful and listened to concerns I made a few suggestions as to how to improve the ambiance and the manger took it to heart. would definitely go back and stay even longer!

The 1-bedroom villa exceeded my expectations as the layout differed from the photos. The only thing is the location as its a little secluded and tucked away, about a 20 minutes walk from Jomtien Beach. Kudos to the staffs who were all friendly and helpful.

i was extremely shocked with the conditions overall at tropicana pool villas it simply is not up to any reasonable standard in any shape or form although i found peter the asst manager and his manager very aware of what i showed them they told me the problem is with the staff they are just not motivated his words not mine they told me that they had both been away and needed to catch up with things peter expressed concerns about my review. i couldnt use the pool the tiles were covered in mildew black and green i spent the first afternoon and evening cleaning the kitchen bathroom toilet tables and chairs cutlery and crockery all filthy the counter in the kitchen had a lot of tiny ants feeding on the left over crease and food around the cooking plate and surrounding worktop and panels i spoke with expedia and eventually got though to one of your colleagues who helped me book woodlands for 8 nights and the le merridian before my journey home at the airport just lovely with exceptional conditions and service in both.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom pool villa with kids. The layout of the room is great but disappoiting is that the swimming pool is too small and the room is lack of maintenence especially for the toilet area. Cleaning staffs laying on the vacant room and chat loudly as well. The plus for this hotel is the staffs at reception is very helpful and friendly. Overall, a happy stay with family.

We stayed a 2-bedroom pool villa at Tropicana for three nights. Overall it was a decent stay, our villa is comfortable and spacious, but we were somewhat disappointed by how not extraordinary the experience was.
The accommodation is more just a suite in a large row-house than a \"villa\". It was clean and reasonably spacious, a large dinning/kitchen area plus a living room with TV. The two bedrooms are of okay size. The bed/pillow were comfortable. The bathroom was of decent size and modern, though a few things that are fairly odd (no shower curtain/glass over bathtub, the shower tube is so short that you have to be couch down to take a shower, etc). The décor/reno was modern, but pretty basic, nothing fancy or luxurious.
The outdoor space/courtyard area is tiny. The pool was very short, maybe 2 metres of very shallow water (like not even a foot deep) and then another 3 or 4 meters of actual pool. There a small area with a patio table. Basically it is a small patio with a tiny pool, functional enough as a cool down, hang out space, but not much more.
Location-wise, it is reasonably well located, about a 15 minute walk to Jomtien Beach. Though area around the hotel is pretty desolate and depressing. It appears to be an area slatted for lots of development project, so except for one swank condo building next door, most of the immediate surrounding were inactive construction lots and dirt road.

Out of the Way with Privacy
We had a bit of a snag with the arranged travel to the villa due to the length of time it takes Expedia to pass messages between the owner and our party. If you are using Tropicana as your arranged travel ensure you contact them well in advance to confirm options. Upon arrival, we didn't have a ride and spent 2 hours arranging alternative travel. The location was located \"off the beaten path\" so ensure you get good directions prior to landing if not using Tropicanna's shuttle.
Rent a driver for the day and save yourself some hassles. You rent the driver for 11 hours and he will be at your beck and call. We traveled during the day and the driver was very knowledgeable of where to go and what to do. The driver took us everywhere to include a daily run to the supermarket to buy food for our daily breakfast, etc. There is also a food service at the hotel which delivers. The villa has an outdoor grill which we used to grill some steaks.
Lastly, on departure, we left a cell phone in the Van after reaching the airport. We called the hotel who contacted the driver and our phone was returned within minutes. Nice!

The driver took us everywhere to include a daily run to the supermarket to buy food for our daily breakfast, etc. There is also a food service at the hotel which delivers. The villa has an outdoor grill which we used to grill some steaks.
Lastly, on departure, we left a cell phone in the Van after reaching the airport. We called the hotel who contacted the driver and our phone was returned within minutes. Nice!

要稱讚酒店的清潔度非常好，每天都有執房及清潔，非常細心。但缺點是它登出的地址於我實際住的房屋相差十五分鐘車程，有些欺騙的感覺。而我亦跟著指示24小時與酒店聯絡取房屋的位置，但她們直到我扺達酒店前枱時還沒有發電郵給我，幸運是我在她們辨工時間（18：00前）內到check in,否則真是有些麻煩，不知如果能到達我要入住的房屋。而它游池內的壁燈跌了出來，令到我女兒割傷了腳掌，這點酒店真是要多加注意。

We booked for a 1 bedroom private pool villa for two days. Room was clean however there were so many cockroaches, ants and mosquitoes at night. I understand this was because of natural but still a little bit scared at night. Staff were nice and attitude was good. We stayed for two days, on the second day when we go out, a housekeeping lady approached us for cleaning our room. However when we back to our room, we discovered that our room was not be locked. Anyone can go inside our room. Fortunately we didn’t lost anything. But the security problem were highly recommended to improved.

Poor environment... MANY cockroaches
I was forced to upgrade my room from two-bedroom house to three-bedroom house, paying 1000 thai dollars more when I checked in, this was due to the fact that the website didn't state clearly enough and the staff of this website was unable to help solve the problem as well.
On the other hand, the rooms are quite clean except the fact that there are MANY MANY cockroaches and spiders around the house at night and inside the private pool, making us impossible to swim in the pool.
When checking out, the staff accused us for drinking a can of soda water but in fact we didn't.
Overall, this villa is too far from the city centre. There are rarely any convenience stores nearby. It would be best if you can drive your own car. Otherwise, you need to ride a taxi.
On the other hand, the rooms are quite clean except the fact that there are MANY MANY cockroaches and spiders around the house at night and inside the private pool, making us impossible to swim in the pool.
