Has to be one of my favorite stays ever, Staff (Asala and Mahmoud), the courtesy of every individual at the reception, the service and recommendations on things to do, the rooms, everything was top notch. Great property and amenities. We were on a lower level, we asked to be moved to a higher level due to noise pollution. It’s Cairo after all ; lots of car horns honking constantly. Other than that the staff service is top notch. We tried several restaurants at the hotel. Our least favorite was le petit chef. But that’s a personal choice. The projection on the table was cute. But the food was not up to par.

The room was good in terms of bed and furniture but the window didnt close properly and I couldn’t sleep from the noise on the street and had to use ear plugs. I mentioned it to the Managment and hope they will do something about it. Maybe booking a room overlooking the pool might be less noisy . However the window sealing and maintainace should improve.

However, the factor that remained memorable from our stay was the concierge Salemah. She was outstanding. Like the very best concierges around the world, her brand of anticipatory and proactive service delivered in a warm, friendly, guest-focused way distinguished herself and the Four Seasons. She did not wait to be asked for help - she sought out how she could find solutions to an issue we were having (an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel and that she had no obligation to assist with) and leveraged her capabilities to find ways to help us. She was a credit to herself and to the brand.

The buffet breakfast was very delicious and had plenty of variety food selection. The transportation to the hotel and back to the airport was great, drivers were friendly and would give us a mini tour during the ride. Highly recommended. Will definitely consider coming back.

This is luxury defined. The room was well decorated, stocked with amenities, and clean. The many many staff are courteous, eager to help, and willing to try to solve any problem you present. The food is five star and the Lebanese cuisine at Aura is the best I’ve ever had. For a Westerner, the prices are somewhat low for restaurants and even a bit lower than average for a night in a comparable hotel. A dollar goes a long way here.

River view room is a must if you want peace and quiet as the city/park view rooms are on a very noisy road which kept us up all night. On this occasion, the hotel was amazing and moved us, but it wasn't busy, so there may not always be a possibility to move rooms.
Breakfast very expensive ($36) for what it is, so wouldn't recommend. We had breakfast at the Waldorf Astoria which was a third cheaper and incredible.

Food is sublime in all the restaurants and the First Nile boat is an added bonus. We didn't mind catching a taxi into places like Zamalek as it was only 15 mins away (just across the bridge) and cost approx £2.

What an exceptional hotel - lived up to the Four Seasons status and the food at Zoe and Lebanese restaurant were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were 10/10, you every need was attended to and we were served with such professionalism. Breakfast was expensive and we would have rather an a la carte as opposed to buffet.

Upscale classic hotel in Nile side area of Cairo. The hotel is a bit older and less up to date than more recent hotels. The elevators are quirky and have two different sets of keys to get to your room. Room was spacious and overlooked the tired zoo area of town. They built an apartment building between the hotel and the Nile so no water views from this venue. The best (or worst) is their Nile Boat restaurant has to be accessed by walking across a busy three lane highway-no cross walk or bridge! Very Egyptian. Breakfast is magnificent and best we had throughout the Middle East. So a mixed bag but we will go back.

We loved this beautiful hotel! The staff were exceptional. Youssef in room service in particular was amazing! We had a view of the pyramids from our room. There's a view of the Nile river from the gym. The gym is amazing and so is the outside pool. The cabanas are free for hotel guests which I loved. They didn't skimp us on anything and all of the staff were lovely. We will be returning!

The room furniture is old, very bad. I was given a smoking room and my request was non-smoking which had a bad smell had to move rooms which took almost a day and two extra hours to manage the move with the staff. The property shouldn’t be a four seasons at all.

The hotel was a diamond in the rough. Not located in the best neighborhood but inside the premises it was one of the most gorgeous hotels I have ever stayed! The staff was very nice, the suite was stunning, and the food amazing! The First mall of Giza was breathtaking, the spa unbelievable, the pool was next level. We enjoyed hooka in the bungalows by the pool and enjoyed wonderful drinks at the lounge. It was a fantastic honeymoon trip we will always treasure.
