The condition of the hotel and rooms are old. Toilet door can’t close properly. Ladies changing room for hot spring installed CCTV but staff forgot to remind. But the service and food of the restaurant is good.

I took a taxi from Tonglou Station to the resort, as there’s no public transportation available.
I loved the setting—the surroundings were beautiful, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The room was spacious, and the massage pool was incredible, especially after a day of hiking. The spring water left my skin feeling silky smooth. The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

Pros: Excellent hot spring pool facilities and service, lovely hot tub in bedroom, excellent mineral content level in hot spring water, magnificent views of mountains from all around the resort, great hot coffee at breakfast time,
Cons: No shops nearby, rather noisy inside the bedroom at night (constant sounds of water flowing from pipes, water heater boiling automatically), poor WIFI connection, no buffet for breakfast or dinner during non-peak season, food quality was mediocre, receptionists and waiters did not understand English

看介紹感覺應該是不錯的溫泉會館，但入住當天給的房間很NG(3館3F)，不知是否還沒重新裝潢的關係，一進房霉味超重，後來跟櫃檯人員反應，人員很好幫忙找另一間房間，在上面館別一樣3樓。
房間有比樓下好一點沒有霉味，但其實整個裝潢跟設施都有點老舊，明明樓下有的館別和1樓都重新整修的乾乾淨淨，為什麼不一起全部重新整理呢？😅 一晚4人房也不算便宜，先生和小孩都反應沒有住過這樣的溫泉會館，整個很失望跟破壞出遊心情。會館人員服務及態度都很好，只是覺得房間品質落差太大，這樣的房間對不起這樣的價格，有點可惜，會影響到整個會館的觀點丶名聲和評價。

房間內的木質泡湯設備，感覺舊舊的…這個價位應該要讓客人有更尊貴一點的感覺。隨住宿附的晚餐，對於食量不大的我尚可接受，但食量大的客人，建議要有備案才去住宿。
