Kings Garden resort is beautiful. I loved how friendly the staff are and how they made me feel welcome.
The resort is located in a great area. Its not in the middle of the party scene but it is only a short walk away.
Breakfast had a lot of choice and the menu for other meals was very good.
I'd recommend staying here and would love the opportunity to return.

This was my first visit to King's Garden Resort and it didn't disappoint. I had a fantastic stay.
The room I had was spacious and very clean.
Possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.
A regular supply of complimentary bottled water was appreciated.
The air-con and wi-fi were excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The Resort is very quiet despite only being a 10 minute walk to all the action - bars, restaurants, shopping, etc.
For the price, this is a great place to stay on Koh Samui.

Beautiful, we had a lovely short break here before we headed to the hustle and bustle of Bangkok.
The beach was fabulous. We came from Koh Tao where the beaches there have a lot of coral so it was nice to be able to just lazy about in the sea.
Loved the use of SUP boards and kayaks.
The chalet was gorgeous. Lovely soft bed, nice and cool, lovely breakfast in the mornings. The staff were all lovely and friendly. I highly recommend it here

The beach is great and there are enough long chairs. Chaweng looks very different from pre-covid. Loads of businesses and hotels abandoned. Looks a bit like there was a hurricane. They are rebuilding slowly but it will take time

We had an odd night to fill on our vacation and found this resort to fill the gap. It was a great stay, nice beach front property with chairs to lounge, beach bar and restaurant. Check in was a bit late and the rooms have everything you need but are pretty standard - reminded me of a dorm room. Property is beautiful with plenty of places to relax and it is in a convenient location to many restaurants, shops, Muay Thai stadium and beach walking.

What I encountered was a modern prestine and crisp interior with the most comfortable bed and pillows that I have ever experienced. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Wonderfully clean and bright beach bungalow with lots of light (if you dont shut the blackout curtains)! Loved the little private patio and the fact that they provided mosquito coils. Something to keep in mind is that the beachfront bungalows are NOT the bungalow that is closest to the ocean. That is the seafront bungalow. Regardless, I loved my bungalow!

VERY NOISY ROOMS. Right opposite busy roads & clubs. Live music Mon to Fri. Music banging all night. They don't know the meaning of Customer serive. AVOID this hotel but not the area. Manager doesn't bother to email you back. Roof work was going on but had not been informed, you could walk under where the men were working & throwing pieces of roof down to the ground. Could have easily been an accident. No attemps to stop dust going everywhere, even onto the sunbeds on the beach.

Allocated 2 rooms. Looked good at first, (beds look lovely) until the music started, live music til after midnight & other music til 4am. Rooms 22 & 23 are right next to the road, so you hear traffic all night & opposite all the bars. Reception was closed so had to wait til the next day to ask to be moved. TOLD IF WE WANTED A QUIETER ROOM WE SHOULD HAVE BOOKED DELUXE! Terrible customer service. moved us from one noisy room to another, no help from staff. Then had to pay an extra £50 for 2 night so we could get a quiet room, had already paid over £400 for 3 nights. Staff in reception pulled us of the beach twice, you must come & see the Room NOW & then you must move your stuff NOW. The roof was been fixed all 3 day's we were there, we hadn't been informed of this. Banging all day long & dust everywhere, right by the beach, no safety barriers & workmen throwing pieces of roof to the ground. Emailed the MANAGER but hasn't bothered to reply. It has a lovely long stretch of beach with plenty of other hotel's to stay at. I choose this one has it had good reviews & only seen a couple of bad reviews about the music. If you like to be kept awake all night, spoken to like crap by the staff (not breakfast staff, they were lovely) Pay extra to get some sleep & sit on plastic chairs for breakfast then this is the place for you! Oh & the beds in the Deluxe rooms are so high, they are no good for people with mobility problems or shorter people, I'm 5ft 3 & I struggled to get in & out.

It’s a nice small beach resort. Staff were very friendly. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing that needs a lot of improvement is the restaurant. Breakfast was poor and replenished or kept in cold condition. Also food quality of the a la cart menu is poor.
All in all we had great time, there is plenty of restaurants around the resort. The beach was very clean and the juices / drinks bar was amazing.

The hotel is like a villa of sorts Each room is it's own little house with a porch equipped with two chairs and cushy mats. Inside the room is a bed with a linen canapy and flat screen TV mounted to the wall. WiFi is free and fast. My villa was toward the front but only 1 minute walk to the beach.

We loved this hotel. It really does look like a garden. A lot of palms, flowers, birds are singing! There are no rooms, but each room is a separate bungalow. this gives more privacy. Be sure to bring mosquito protection with you. The staff are delightful, the breakfast is served by the beach. Not too big choice for breakfast, but more than enough is available ! you can make fresh juices yourself for breakfast. in the room, we had kettle, coffee and tea, fridge. It was good to have the mosquito net over the bed too. Toiletries are shower gel, shampoo and conditioner with excellent smell. Security is on the hotel territory the whole time. the bar across the road is has amazing cocktails but it was too noisy at night. try to get room closer to the beach, further from the noise. each bungalow has a veranda where you can dry your clothes. also there is a sofa to sit outside.

The property is lovely and has a great stretch of beach in front of it. My only criticism was the proximity to the street some of the bungalows had, including mine during my stay. The main street is very busy with bars, restaurants, advertising trucks and the like, the bar right across the street had live music till late. Great for the revellers but quite loud if you fancied bed before the wee hours. The service at the hotel was a bit slow but friendly and the food was delicious.

Had a 14 day stay. The rooms are great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Right on excellent beach and the other entrance is the busy main Chaweng road. Had an amazing time. Would recommend this resort to anyone wanting to relax and look around Koh Samui without the hype of the big bustling resorts.

Stayed for 2 nights and the room was amazing. Great location right on the beachfront. Décor is stunning and bed is amazing. The only downside to this accommodation is the bugs and insects due to the gardens but is well worth the bites just bring plenty of insect repellent. Staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and the massages on the beach are excellent. The hammocks and swings situation on the hotels beachfront make it an idyllic location to laze the days away. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer here.

6 days was plenty
the hotel is close to the airport and transfer was aprox 350Baht. our room was ready when we arrived. Room was spacious and clean, good running hot water. bottled water was available in the rooms free of charge. Mosquito nets were welcomed so we didn't get eaten at night, however a bigger TV would have been great as it was quite small and with the netting down, it was hard to see the tv while laying in bed. The beach was great, soft sand and chairs available for use (downfall is that you have to bring your pad's down to the beach from your room).

Absolutely loved this resort and all the positive reviews about it by others were completely justified. It is situated on the main Chaweng Beach Road, the most happening road in Koh Samui and yet, it was not noisy at night at all as the rooms are near the beach. The room itself was white-themed which made it look even more spotless. Loved the comfy bed with the mosquito netting; it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on. I took the Deluxe Bungalow (2nd cheapest option) and it was perfect - spacious with a sofa area. The bathroom was big enough too and water pressure/temperature good. Beach was clean (sandy, not rocky) so it was great for swimming. Breakfast was alright - fresh juices, teas, and the regular hams, cereals, bread. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to anyone staying in Chaweng.

We are a family with kids .stayed 4 nights .there are no phones in the rooms !!!so u can't contact any one u have to go outside by your self to the reciption if u need anything. There are no tissue box in the rooms and I asked them to get me tissue in there room .they told me use the toilet roll !!tissue box only for deluxe rooms!!!! The reciption closes at 7 pm and open next day at 8 am , so if u need anything do it by yourself. Real weird! !!

Great hotel/resort backs onto beach, lots of shady trees, beach sun chairs provided with mats for residents. Beach towels are provided and changed daily. Our bungalow rooms were clean and functional with a frig, air-con, shower & toilet in the bathroom, room cleaned, linen & towels changed daily. Its close to all the Chaweng shops, entertainment & restaurants.

My wife and I rented one of the beachfront cottages. Could not have been happier with our stay. Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely soft compared to most hotels in Thailand. Some of the bungalows near the street may be a bit loud due to the live music being played at the bar across the street. We didn't seem to mind that there was no pool. Breakfast buffet was truly amazing!

Beautiful beachfront villa
Our stay at Kings Garden was very pleasant. We stayed in the beachfront villa and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are beautiful big trees on the Kings Garden beach front that provide great shade from the sun when lazying in the beach chairs. It was the best beach spot on Chaweng. The only downfalls of the resort is no pool and very basic bar & cafe.

Kleines, aber sehr feines Frühstück, alles was man zum Start in den Tag braucht. Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal. Mit eigenen Strandabschnitt (kostenlose Liegen und Schrime). Ein schönes und grosses Zimmer, nur leider mit einem Bett was einen fühlen lässt auf hoher See zu sein, sehr wackelig und bloss nicht bewegen, sonst fällt der Andere aufgrund der Schwingungen aus dem Bett.

Ganske overpriset mener vi, det ligger direkte på stranden, og 6 har egne solsenger inkludert i prisen. Hyggelig betjening og svært rent og ryddig! Det kan være støy fra puber i nærheten, avhengig av lokasjonen til bungalowen man får tildelt. Det er nok flere anlegg som har samme tilbud og i liknende tilstand, men langt billigere. Det er forøvrig ikke basseng på området.

Sehr saubere, große und modern eingerichtete neue Bungalows. Wir hatten 2 Beistellbetten für unsere Kinder und hatten noch reichlich Platz. Das Zimmer war größer als es auf den Bildern wirkte. Es gibt sogar ein fest installiertes Moskitonetz, so eines hatten wir sonst an keiner Unterkunft. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Die Bungalows liegen an einem \"ruhigeren\" Strandabschnitt, es war sehr schön für uns und unsere Kinder.

Jag fick en nyrenoverad Bungalow Deluxe som var mycket fräsch, dock något mindre än en tidigare vistelse med samma sorts bungalow. Denna saknade ett soffbord vilket var lite krångligt. I övrigt en mycket fin bungalow.

Immer wieder gerne! Die Lage ist bestens, nicht mitten im Trubel, aber auch nicht zu weit weg. Die Gartensuite ist einfach wunderbar. Gross, gutes, wenn auch etwas kurzes Bett, ideale Lage im Garten, nahe dem Strand und dem Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist lecker und am schattigen Strand gibt es ausreichend Liegen.

Ruhige Unterkunft in perfekter Umgebung am Chaweng Beach. An der Straße gegenüber ist das Duke Pup bei der es jeden Abend gute Live-Musik gibt. Im Resort hört man davon aber abends nichts. Das Hotel hat noch eine schöne Strandbae zu bieten mit frischen Fruchtsmoothies. Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön im Kings Garden. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gepflegte Gartenflächen und schöne sowie saubere Zimmer, die alle selbstverständlich klimatisiert sind. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
