A piece of paradise in the strawberry field

Just had a wonderful stay at Xianal Vacation Chateau It was just a piece of paradise among the strawberry fields. It's just off the busy Taiwan Route No 3, but the noise level was not a concern due to good sound insulations. It's also a short drive to the town of Dahu for a nice meal. The hosts are very enthusiastic and helpful, and are just a pleasure to chat with. The room was tastefully decorated, with top-shelve amenities. The breakfast was a surprising large tray with delicious food items. We loved it so much to want to extend our stay for an extra day, but unfortunately the rooms were all booked for the night. We'd like to be back for a revisit!

Great comfortable country side stay

Positive : Amazing host, sizable, clean and comfortable room, solid breakfast with HUGE portion (and this is a \"reduced\" version after earlier guest's feedback), peaceful and natural environment. Superb for family stay with good outdoor activities. Remember to ask for tips on places to visit from the host - the lady owner recommended very interesting eating places like fried xian-cao!

Negative : Google give the wrong location and the place is not easy to local even if it is just by the road side. Need more conspicuous signs for easy identifications in the night.

Dyson
