Overall OK with the stay. But it is quite far from the city. You need to have a rented car to move around easily. There ate two attractions within 15 min to this resort - Boat Avenue Mall and Blue Tree Mall.

It is a beautiful property with spacious room. Linen and towels are good too. But this property is far away from anything, such restaurant, transportation, no beach near by, grocery store. So if you are staying here, you need to have your own transportation such a car or motorcycle.

Great place to stay! The receptionists were very helpful and the place was very clean. The only thing we found a bit inconvenient was the location. Most tours do not offer free pickup from this location as it is far away. However it is a quiet area and great for relaxation.

Fantastic stay at Red Pool Room

The Red Pool room is really spacious, bed is very comfortable with clean crisp linen. the bathroom is fabulous with separate enclosed shower and stone round bath tub. His and her basins and large vanity slab gives loads of space for toiletries and cosmetics. The breakfast from the restaurant is really so over priced not good value and tasteless. Had a club sandwich with only had cheese sauce served with fries and nothing else. Baht250 -
The staff are FABULOUS, so welcoming and friendly. on our second night our Aircon stopped working and we were upgraded to the Pool Villa - was very much appreciated. Location is little out of the way but its a peaceful area. On departure we were presented with a thank you gift of Spa body cream, shampoo and conditioner. Such a lovely touch and gesture. highly recommend this establishment.

I loved staying here so much! The resort is a ways from the main beaches but the resort can help you rent a car or motor bike with no issue! The staff here went above and beyond, always kind and helpful. The villas were amazing and the red rooms as well. The massage ladies deserve An award they were so good. All in all it was a great experience

Great little hidden resort. It is in the middle of nowhere, just know there is no \"walking out at night\" to get some local food. The restaurant/room service is incredible and not super expensive (good priced). The rooms are huge and the pool is easily accessible. The AC runs very well and keeps you cool all day/night.

It was super exciting to stay at the kiri villa, location is not in city it’s a village which makes it very comfortable and private. Make sure you have rental car if you’re going to book. Staff was very nice and breakfast was awesome:) worth staying at Kiri villa :)

Everything was perfect. The villa was beautiful. Pool was easily accessible and wasn't crowded. Definitely made it feel like I was more at home as opposed to being in a hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Always available at your request whether it is for food, or a service to the room. Room was extremely clean and there was nothing that I could complain about.

Very modern and private! Although the drive to the villa is a bit nerve wrecking since the location seems secluded, it’s worth the primary intimidation since the villa is very luxurious and beautiful. About a half hour from Bangla Street in Patong and about 20 mins from the airport.

We loved the service we received and the fact that it was quiet. We didn't like the bed as it was far to hard, the staff were accommodating and supplied a mattress topper however this was still not enough to soften the bed.

Stayed the final night before leaving to head back to the US. Hotel was about a 20 minute cab ride to downtown Phuket. Hotel was clean and Villa was large with two king beds and a large pool. Cute gift shop with reasonably priced items. I had a small mix up with a delivery to my room and the staff couldn’t have been more gracious. They were wonderful, took accountability, had great communication and did a wonderful job of keeping me updated. Anything we asked for, drinks, taxi, was immediately accommodated. I would highly recommend.

Overall, The Kiri Villas Resort was fantastic! When we arrived, we checked in and were taken to our villa by golf cart. The villa had an electronic entry gate leading to a carport, which added an extra layer of privacy. Inside, the villa contained everything you could ask for - a living room with a big sofa, kitchen, dining room table, outdoor shower, private pool, king bed and a very big bathroom with a two-person jacuzzi. Everything worked flawlessly.

The location could have been a little better, as the closest beach (Surin Beach) was about a 20-minute drive away. If you’re planning on spending a decent amount of time at the villa, I wouldn’t say it’s too big of a deal. For the price we paid, this was a steal!

The staff are friendly. They helped me to fix my rental car battery. The villa is spacious with a nice pool, but the bed sheets are old. The food from their restaurant is good. It’s just unfortunate that the driver didn’t pick us up from the airport due to an accident—they claimed!

Isolated place, required to hire a car to get to places.
Reception shut at 8 every evening so we had to organise ourselves.
Restaurant and dining was below average.
Language was a barrier. Only the lady at reception dpoke English.

Overall experience

Friendly and helpful staff and accommodating to our requests. Like the fact it has free shuttles to nearby beach and shopping mall. Quick in resolving our concern when we raised issue with our bath tub. Hope they remain this way and I will definitely choose this resort again.

Time to relax!

This resort is perfect for those who wish to seek adventure by hiring their own car to various destinations across Phuket. It’s peaceful and tranquil setting makes it the perfect location to “get away from it all”.

Presentation is very much a factor here and I would agree it’s very pleasing to the eye. I would personally like to thank all those involved with the resort for their continuing hard work and professionalism throughout our stay. Keep up the good work.

Kiri villas are a great place to stay if you just want to wind down and stay indoors during your vacation. It’s extremely far from food and entertainment and is situated in a very local piece of farm land but they do offer shuttle service once a day to the beach or the supermarket. If you’re afraid of geckos you may want to inspect the villa before hand as the staff can help you get rid of them, otherwise Kiri geckos are extremely friendly and mind their business! I would definitely prepare bug spray as there are a lot of little mosquitoes during the late afternoons and night time. Aside from that the staff and rooms are very beautiful!

Villa is clean, you need to rent a car preferably, is in a central distance . Rooms are separated, no interconnected. Pool is the best, looks small but is full of fun, kids love it.

Staff was very helpful and courteous during our entire stay. The room was very clean and our issue we had was the bed was very uncomfortable. It was extremely hard and we got another blanket to use as a cushion but it didn’t fix the problem. The hotel was ideal for us because it is close to the airport and we had planned to fly out to Bangkok for a few days.
Thank you Kiri staff for being so kind and helpful during our stay!

Very far from everything! Not accessible but they Provide shuttle going to surin beach and tesco shopping mall. Stay here if you just want to chill and not party. This is a secluded area. Staffs are very helpful. And they smile a lot. Food is not so great. Especially the breakfast. Need to improve on that one. The free coffee in the reception area is good!😁 I hope they offer it next time inside the room. Overall. This is a good staycation.

Bed was hard, shower cuts off after 2 minutes, the room had an odor and did not smell like it had been recently cleaned, food is not good and very limited breakfast options. Bathroom counter was fiiled with ants! Stay someplace else!

Highly inflated reviews. In relatively poor condition. Very loud aircon and fridge (which leaked). No way it is 5 stars. 3 stars. Asked for late check out and was rejected to being fully booked but there was literally nobody in any other villa.

Staff were fine but not very welcoming.

We stayed here for the first three nights of our Thai adventure. We chose a two bedroom villa with private pool and it's literally the best decision we've ever made! It was so peaceful, clean, comfy. We opted for a few days here to ease the jet lag and be lazy and that's exactly what we did.

Room service was great, they promptly cleaned every time we left the villa. There is a complimentary shuttle to a shopping center so we ventured out to buy some groceries for our stay. I highly recommend that!

I don't recall too much in walking distance and the hotel is on a relatively busy road so I didn't want to walk around, but we honestly didn't feel the need to leave as the grounds were so beautiful and relaxing.

I highly recommend these villas for the beginning of end of your trip as a great way to relax!

Decent villa if you dont want to spend much.

Nice looking villa but is way to far from all the action in Phuket.
Staff are really nice but communicating is very hard.
Was not to happy with the cleanliness of the villa, found rubbish from previous people in the bathroom. Bed sheets are stained and are barely changed. And found ants in the room.
Would highly recommend hiring a car as it would be cheaper then using a taxi.
Not much options for breakfast but the fried rice was really good.
Pool was lovely and clean.

Nice soothing place to rest out of the hassles of noise, although it look secluded and far from town and shopping areas. Surrounding the villas is very clean and tidy. The swimming pool is well kept. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

This is a pretty ok villa for the price paid. Air con doesn't work very well in the room. Location is a little far from everywhere as most villas are in Phuket. You would definitely need to rent a car as it's more cost saving. It's about 30 mins drive to Patong and Phuket town from the villa. About 20 mins drive to and from the airport.

If you want silence

Then book this hotel. Worked out great for our group. We were tired of all the street noise and commotion in Thailand, so perfect get away. Booked only one night, stay at least two if you can. 20 min from airport.

The villa was exactly the same as the photos.
The pool was better than the photos.
Room service tasted good with reasonable price.

If u are afraid of bugs or any kind of insects, you would need to reconsider this place.

It takes 10 mins taxi to Tesco lotus, the nearest grocery store.
It takes 40 mins to patong beach.

What could have been better,
1. There wasn't a phone in the room, I had to walk to the reception to place my orders. Luckily I was close to it.

2. Some of the lights couldn't be switched on. Especially the bathroom.

3. Could be a bit noisy at night if you like by the main road.

Quite and Relax city escape - Single room villa

The location is quite far from Patong, but if you want some private, quiet, rest and relax, or spend some quality time with the family, this is quite a good choice. You can cook, soak in the bath tub, or have a morning or evening swimming session in the private pool. Enjoy the peaceful and tranquility of the villa.

Kind of secluded with nothing much to see around.

The villas was true exceptional and spacious. Breakfast is served in the room. However, the location of the hotel is secluded. There isn't much to do or see around. Tesco Lotus is about 15 mins by car but that's pretty much it. If you want to catch a late meal, that would be difficult as the in-house dining closes at 8:00pm and the front desk staff leave also at 8:00pm. The internet in the room was a bit slow. We spent one night there and in the villa next door to ours was extremely loud! There was screaming and shouting and laughing after midnight. So, we called security not less than 6 times. We tried the front desk but there was nobody there. We tried to call the resort manager on his mobile phone but it was disconnected. We called another number but nobody picked up. So, in short, after 8pm there is pretty much no hotel staff and anything could happen. We complained about this the next morning but all we got was a sorry, we leave at 8pm and the hotel manager resigned!

THE ROOM WAS AMAZING AND TEH POOL AND GROUNDS LOOKS GREAT ALTHOUGH I HAD AN EARLY FLIGHT TEH NEXT DAY SO DIDNT GET TO ENJOY. I HAD TO CALL MY PREVIOUS HOTEL TO BOOK ME A TAXI AS NOBIDY AT TEH HOTEL COULD HELP ME. I COULD HAVE MISSED MY FLIGHT BUT AS LONG AS YOU KNOW THAT COMMUNICATION HERE IS LIMITED AS ARE THE EATING OPTIONS THEN YOU WILL BE FINE. OVERALL LOVELY PLACE AND I'D LIKE TO RETURN BUT MY PREVIOUS HOTEL HAD MORE ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE, ESSENTIAL WHEN NEEDED. ESPECIALLY IF THERE WAS AN EMERGEMCY.

Kiri Villas Review

We stayed at the kiri villas canal for 2 nights during our honeymoon. Overall, the place was quite acceptable. The beds were a little hard, but the main highlight was the price point - having a private villa at affordable rates. Pool was clean. Good for some private time to chill and relax.
