Amazing property, one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in. Pristinely clean, luxury service and beautiful small touches. The private pool was appreciated on hot afternoons. The entire hotel property is huge, and requires buggies to move around. Breakfast is delicious and extensive. 360 bar views are beautiful. Access to a beach club on BangTao beach, with daily shuttle services. Beach is stunning.

A beautiful property with numerous amenities. I stayed for a week in a suite with a private garden. Spacious accomodations, impeccably clean, and a pleasant decor. My morning highlight was always the included breakfast buffet. Numerable tasty selections. My dinners at Firefly and Alto were also very enjoyable. Resort staff are all top notch, very service oriented, and quick to respond to your needs.

WOW. Wow. Wow. A 5-star rating is simply not enough. The hotel grounds are quiet, beautifully landscaped, and serene, and the care the staff pour into their guests is simply unmatched. We felt appreciated and cared for from the moment we arrived at the lobby to check in til the moment we reluctantly had to check out. CHOM, the guest relations manager, is a pleasure to communicate with and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for the best possible stay. And it really couldn't have been better. She even helped coordinate the retrieval of a bag I left behind on a tour the night before leaving Phuket, so that I could have it in time for my flight the next morning. She didn't have to do this, but she did. And that's what makes Chom and the whole team at The Pavillions so special. The villas are wonderful, but it's this care and attention that makes the guest experience so memorable. I wish I remembered the names of everyone on the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with so that I could celebrate them here; Ploy and Florence were always kind and responsive whenever we called the front desk, Molly & Sauw's massages, O.M.G., and everyone that came to our villa to either pick us up or deliver bottles of water, pillows, or room service was thoughtful and respectful. There isn't a day that's passed since we left that we haven't wished we were still there. No matter what vacation experience you're looking for, I can guarantee you'll find it here.

I loved the staff and their hospitality. The beauty of the hotel. The views and the options of dinning. Oh, and they were very thoughtful. They remembered things like, portable speaker, the bag in the closet, the adaptor for pulls and the welcoming drinks at the bar.

There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel. We plan to return and to the same villa that we stayed in this year.

A bit disappointed as the overall room condition didn't meet the standard! Some minor issues including feeling a bit dump inside the room, only acceptable cleaning condition, a bit out of dated room condition, blocked toilet (reported the issue and got it resolved quickly by the staff), etc. The hotel was also very strict re the 12:00 check out time. We arrived very late at the night so requested 12:30 check out (extended by 30 mins only) but the hotel couldn't accommodated the request. Another disappointment!

For nearly £190 per night, I had expected a minimum 4 star plus standard but the overall condition of the hotel room failed far from that.

I stayed as recommended for a wedding nearby, however, I'm not sure if this is the place for me. The check in process was not as smooth as I expected and I did not receive my room until 4pm (having arrived at 11am). The rooms were fine and clean. The showers and sinks kept clogging and my family had multiple rooms here and reported the same issue. The inconvenient part was having to request a car/buggy every time just to go to the lobby in order to order a grab to leave the hotel. Breakfast was okay and walkable from the room. The pool looked nice but sadly, did not get a chance to go in.

Bit more on the expensive side when it comes to Thailand.
Great facilities. The 360 bar with amazing views the pool was fantastic and the food great.
Just didn’t like them adding tax and other fees to the bill of your food.
Never seen them do this anywhere else in Thailand.

Loved our stay at the Pavilions. Staff were super friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, food was good (esp. breakfast) and having different restaurants / bars on-site was nice for when not wanting to travel out in an evening. Pool and ability to get around the huge site with buggies / off-site with the beach shuttle bus was a bonus too.

Seemed to be a lot on offer through the hotel in terms of happy hours, themed nights, and activities, but a heads up that these often need booking in advance - our only very minor disappointment was that we missed a few of the activities as hadn't realised we'd needed to reserve!

Would definitely return as rooms were big, clean, comfortable and had big baths, good showers, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Choosing a hotel to stay in is not easy! There are so many options but I have to say that this was easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are spacious, villa-like, living room, bedroom, two bathrooms.

The entire complex is ginormous. So big that you need to call a buggy to pick you up and bring you to reception / lobby area.

Service was amazing. Big thank you to Wut, Meaw, Golf and so many others at The Pavilion. They made a huge difference to our stay. Some of the nicest people we've met.

Gym, pool, breakfast was great.

My only tip for travellers is to think about activities you want to do in Phuket, because the hotel is isolated up north - so to get into the city, you'll need to ride a 30-40 minute taxi. But the commute wasn't a problem for us!

The Pavilions Phuket is the only place I will stay at in Phuket. The rooms are spacious, the facility is immaculate, the on site restaurants are A (the breakfast buffet alone is enough to make me want to fly back for a visit LOL) but the best part of the Pavilions is the staff. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel like royalty and are extremely kind and responsive to any requests…all done with a smile. Thank you Pavilions for making my stay in Phuket unforgettable.

Hillside location provides stunning views. Ocean View Pool Villa was spacious and had an amazing private pool - Definitely worth the upgrade. Spa Pool Villa also spacious but completely different feel. Quite dark and tired. Needs a refresh. Outdoor pool area was excellent. Pavillion Suite was very spacious however the balcony/outside space was very disappointing. Staff were outstanding especially Prae, Louise, Anthony and Wut (buggy driver with excellent local knowledge). Hotel does require work after Covid shutdown but they are currently in the process of doing this work. We enjoyed 360 bar and Firefly breakfast/dinner/room service. Quiet location with the option to go to bars and restaurants within short taxi ride suited us perfectly. We would definitely return to The Pavilions Phuket.

Our stay at The Pavilions exceeded our expectations and made our vacation to Phuket memorable. We stayed in a villa with a private pool and in room spa option, which I would highly recommend taking advantage of. Our room was more than we could have imagined and we always came back to a tidy room and clean towels, which was refreshing after a long day. At the beginning of our stay we were introduced to Louise at breakfast who is apart of the guest relations team. She had the perfect suggestions for excursions and even suggested the top places to see on a day tour of Phuket. She made a point to say hello to all of the guests staying at the Pavilions every morning and to make sure everyone was enjoying their stay. After speaking with Louise, she introduced us to Andrew, another member of the guest relations team. Let me just say a huge thank you to him for helping us plan out our activities from the perfect excursions to “instagram able” spots on our day tour. It was very refreshing to have someone so attentive and positive during our stay, thank you so much! As said previously, we had the most relaxing in room massages by Nuch and Peaw. These women were very professional and ended with an herbal tea tasting in our living room area once the massages were complete. Finally we would like to recognize Wut, who showed us the best places around Phuket on our day tour. He always made sure to check on us throughout the week in case we needed anything , which we greatly appreciated !

Well-maintained pool. Transportation to other rooms and restaurants on-property was easy and generally fast, unless they were very busy. Food was delicious. Drinks (alcohol) were okay. Not far from elephant sanctuary and shopping. Farther from scuba points. Beach is a short drive. Would stay again.

We ate at all three restaurants, Firefly and Alto were both very good and recommended. They offered excellent service and delicious food.
The front desk was always willing to help. At times it appeared that they could use an extra hand but they alway maintained their composure.
The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the villa and highly recommend it if relaxation is your goal.
We just wish that Thailand wasn't so far away.

Dated Didn’t Deter Me From Feeling Like Royalty

This stay was an absolute dream. We stayed in an oceanview villa, and could not have had a more enchanting vacation. Our villa was one of the not yet remodeled units, so there were signs of wear such as wood rot on the outside columns, slightly peeled wallpaper on the entertainment hutch, and a few loose tiles in the bottom of the pool. But it was clean and airy and smelled wonderful. You ARE in a tropical locale, and I made the mistake of leaving the sliding glass door open to let in a creepy crawlie. But I made quick work of it and that was that. And tiny sugar ants are a problem if you leave something they wanted out in the bathroom, in my case some unsealed medicine and the slick pad on my razor. Those things are impossible to beat, I know from experience at home. Sunset views from the private pool, wonderful food at the restaurants, in-room massage session, fantastic floating breakfast, and a private in-villa bbq made us feel like we were royalty. I was downright spoiled. The tour operators they partner with for the island tours and elephant care program are top notch, and the Pavilions staff themselves absolutely world class. Shout out to Anthony, the guest relations mgr who is DEFINITELY moving up, chef Keata and waiter Bus who did our private bbq, and Neung, aka \"#1\" - one of the property drivers who graciously toted us all over the property at a moments notice, and gave us wonderful stories and laughs every time he picked us up. It was SPECTACULAR. We'll be back!

We stayed in the Penthouse Suite and really enjoyed our stay. The check in staff was very welcoming as we were sat in an open air room overlooking the beautiful green surrounding mountains as they served us a welcome drink. Once our room was ready they took us by car to our room and walked through the entire room, showing us the different amenities of the room. The room was highly upgraded and decorated to the max. It was beautiful and had plenty of space for 3 adults. The pool was inviting but they fountains did turn off around 6:00 m each night. It would be nice if they had remained on a little later for night enjoyment. They had two restaurants on the property, Firefly and 360. Our experiences were different at each place. Although the view from 360 was amazing, the service was a little slow. Firefly on the other hand was on spot. Our breakfast was included each morning at Firefly and the food was a wide variety of different types of food for everyone's taste. Overall, our stay here was absolutely amazing. The property was absolutely beautiful with the greenery and the sea in the background. I would highly recommend this for anyone's getaway

Staff was amazing. Property was gorgeous. Could’ve been a bit cleaner, I always wipe down things I touch with disinfectant wipes and here it was a bit dirty on light switches and phones common things guest touch. I expect that be cleaned at least between patrons. Other than that things were good

Its a fantastic resort in a great location. We got an upgrade to a pool villa with ocean views and it was amazing.
Just 1 restaurant in the hotel on weekdays as the 360 bar only operates 3 days a week and we missed it.
Very helpfull staff, good breakfast, good wifi

This was truly an impressive resort, staff are on hand to do anything and everything. The villas are well appointed and the views are just stunning. We stayed in an Ocean View Villa and can’t even describe how breathtaking our view of Bang Tao beach in the distance is. Will definitely consider coming back here.

Property had potential to be amazing. Bad mgmt overall. However, the place is run down. There needs to be updated. The pool with the view was amazing. However, my kid got sick from it. He vomited with 3 days of diarrhea.

We found a big cockroach in master bed. It was climbing up the curtain as we were trying to go to sleep.

Not sure if it was safety reason but kitchen does not provide microwave. However, it has oven (which we were never gonna use).

Windows and blinds in master bath didn’t seemed to be cleaned, making the bath tub and bath area unusable.

Wifi did not work, they tried to fix it a couple of time and it didn’t work. The tech support team had to come in the next day to work on it. In the meantime, They gave us a cellphone to use hotspot, which worked but not throughout the whole villa. This was very inconvenient. They could have checked it before we checked in.

TV in Master Bed also un-watchable. The pictures are grainy. It took them a day to fix but still didn’t work.

Cleaner came in everyday and did a good job. She delivered most things we asked for.

Since this is a large property and with steep hills, we needed to use buggy to go anywhere. We have to call to request the bugg and sometime it can be delayed as they only had 4 buggies for the whole Pavilion property. It makes everything inconvenient.

Breakfast was just okay. Everything was cooked too oily. Coffee and fruit/juice stations were good. But some times they run out of glasses.

Staff is awesome, super friendly and attentive. The villas were worth every penny. Rooms were awesome and comfortable. The hotels went way beyond out of their way to get our wedding attire pressed and dry cleaned. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice hotel before covid. For 2 years was shut down and it seems that they did not care for the hotel at all. Hotel basically is falling a part. Staff at reception can not speak English to communicate. They were not able to follow basic requests
