A Hotel with a lot of potential.

It was by far the dirties hotel I have ever stayed in. Do not go there. Everything was dirty! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mold and filth in the shower.

Good as usual. The hotel staff is very accommodating, rooms are clean and maintained by housekeepers on daily basis (the small thing to note that the shower soup bottle was empty inside of the shower cabin, but we were using the other one beside the sink). I like the SPA (very clean), surroundings and high courtesy of staff working in this hotel. I am going to be back again. Thank you!

Thank you to the lady working on Sunday (Oct 27th) afternoon shift. She was very helpful and nice. The hotel itself is very clean and it has lovely SPA area. The only bad things we'd experienced was to have another guest entering our room before our check out. Day before, we had to wait until 3 pm to check in, so I really do not understand how it could have happened. Also, the Dormero logo for the car park is situated straight at the municipality car par (very misleading). We ended up with the €10 fee next day. Other than that we had a lovely stay, enjoy the SPA and the local area. We tool the boat along the Danube river in Kelheilm. Thank you.

Great place to stay. Have been there several times. Perfect location. Great english tv movie channels. Wish they had a tea/coffee pot in the room to make morning or evening tea. Parking is $11.33 a nite. Would be nice if it was included. Very nice facility and bathroom features.

Great bed, but hot room
The bed is extremely comfortable, the wifi is good and the bathroom is really nice. However, the room was so hot that it prevented me sleeping well. There is no air conditioning and even with the windows open there wasn't much of a breeze and the room didn't cool down. The floor also wasn't very clean either. But they do provide a free mini bar with drinks, which is a really nice touch.

Check in was 1/2 hour. No one at the desk. Hotel is fantatic. Used to include breakfast now 15$. Lots of parking 10$ daily fee. Room large and comfortable but no tea pot. Tv was great. Many good on demand movies. Great shower.

Good choice in Kelheim
Large building on the main drag in Kelheim. Trying very hard to be trendy, with 'funny' notices around. Bathroom had a 'Treasure chest' of bits and bobs, including a condom, but no bar of soap. Free minibar was welcome in the heat. However, our room overlooked the central drinking area, so in the warm weather having the windows open meant more noise, especially from lingering drinkers.
Breakfast seemed overpriced, so we went down the road instead. Cycle cellar was a bit awkward to get to with a bike (steps and no ramp). However, overall I'd say it was a good choice and the price was very reasonable. Well worth wandering up to the impressive Befreiungshalle on the hill above the town.

This is a big hotel located in the centre of Kellheim and just a 20 min drive from Regensburg. The hotel staff are very friendly and the actual decor is quite funky - a lot of read and black and tongue in cheek information signs.
The bathroom was a bit dated - though the room itself was huge and up to date. It’d be nice if they made it a little more homely - such as by adding a carpet on the otherwise hardwood floor.
Cleanliness wasn’t quite up to scratch with the odd errant hair in the bed, though I was far too tired to be bothered by it so just picked them out and went to sleep.
The free minibar is a nice touch and parking at €10 a night is fair.
Overall a nice hotel in a good location, we’d stay there again.

Wonderful hotel
We loved this hotel from start to finish they rolled out the red carpet for us. It included free mini bar drinks a treasure chest of toiletries and free movies in english. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was huge, there is a spa area, a game room a restarant and bar on site. The only bad things i can say about this hotel it that there was no air conditioning and it was hot and stuffy in our room so we had to leave the window open all night (it didnt cool off until about 3 or 4 am) and the spa had a hot tub you had to pay to use. We will definitely stay here again but we hope it won't be so hot next time.

Wonderful room with desk and loveseat and plenty of room to spread out. Totally modern hotel in a quaint cobblestone town. Free drinks in fridge, nice breakfast. Lots of restaurants near by. Love the rain shower.

The man at the front desk was not very friendly. The hallways looked old and run down, but our room was nice. It was a good size with comfortable bed. It was also very quiet. The air conditioning didn't cool the room, so it was very warm. The hotel is in a great location- lots of restaurants, shopping, sights right outside the door. The only free parking is on the street until 9:00am. We didn't have the hotel breakfast because it was pretty expensive, but went across the street to a bakery.

Das Hotel macht eine gute Eindruck Personal am Empfang sehr nett sehr positiv eine große fahrradraum mit ausreichend Steckdosen zum Vorort laden Zimmer war okay das Bad war leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen hätte eine kleine Verschönerung gebraucht aber halt so schlimm der einzige was es wirklich problematisch war war das Frühstück und zwar anscheinend war das Hotel ausgebucht wir waren dort zwischen 1 und 2 Mai Feiertag und gleich Samstag bei schönstem Wetter also habe ich Verständnis dafür aber Frühstück Personal war überfordert es war zu wenig Leute da man müsste ständig warten dass die Bedienung frische Ware wieder raus bringt die aber sofort wieder weg waren kaum freie saubere Tische weil die eine Person Besetzung nicht hinterher kam frühstücksbuffet aufzufüllen und diese abzuräumen dann mach mal auch das Personal nicht schuldig dafür aber auf dem Feiertag gelegene Wochenende bei schönsten Maiwetter kann man Personal einsatzplanung etwas besser koordinieren wenn man schon von vornherein weiß dass das Haus ausgebucht ist. Ansonsten das Haus optimal gelegen und für ein zwei Übernachtungen verbunden mit einer fahrradtour ist es wirklich okay

Das Frühstück war bei meinem Aufenthalt nicht gut. Viele Dinge waren schon aufgebraucht und wurden kaum nachgefüllt. Das Frühstückspetsonal war, wenn überhaupt aufzufinden, überfordert und unterbesetzt. Leider war im selben Zeitraum auch niemand über die Rezeption zu erreichen - Schade, denn sonst war das Hotel für mich (bei nur einer Übernachtung) ok.

Desværre havde personalet der stod for morgenmaden ikke en faglig stolthed. Man blev ikke mødt med smil og en godmorgen. Der blev ikke set efter, om buffeen skulle fyldes op eller gøres pæn efter gæsternes brug. Vi syndes heller ikke det er passende at personalet betjener sig selv ved buffeen i stedet for at servicere gæsterne. Lige så hurtigt som de fik stillet mad ind, stod de selv og tog det inden gæsterne kunne tage. Vi var to par afsted. Det ene rum var der en fin madras, det andet rum var madrassen så udtjent og deforme. Da vi ankommer bliver vi ikke oplyst om, at der ikke bliver gjort rent på værelset. Nu ved vi det selv fra andre gange vi har boet der. Men det er ikke noget man husker, at sige den første dag man ankommer. Vi skulle immervæk bo der i 5 dage. Det er lang tid hvor der ikke bliver skiftet håndklæder og andet, hvis ikke man var klar over det.

Wir möchten hervorheben, dass die Lage des Hotels sehr vorteilhaft ist: Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind schön, und Restaurants sowie Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Innenhof ist ansprechend und wird als Biergarten genutzt.
Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts erhebliche Ruhestörungen. Spätabends kamen mehrere Feiernde von einem nahegelegenen Volksfest mit mitgebrachten Getränken in den Biergarten und feierten bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Aufgrund der Bauweise des Innenhofs war jeder Ton aus den umliegenden Zimmern deutlich hörbar, sodass Schlaf kaum möglich war. Mehrere Gäste riefen aus den Zimmern, ohne dass dies die Feiernden störte. Da anscheinend nach 23 Uhr kein Personal mehr vor Ort war, konnten wir uns auch nicht an die Rezeption wenden.
Für das Hotel sehe ich die Aufgabe, künftig für mehr Ruhe zu sorgen. Am nächsten Tag sprachen wir einen Mitarbeiter darauf an; er meinte, wir hätten die Notfallnummer wählen sollen, die an der Rezeption ausliegt. Wir möchten daher folgenden Hinweis an künftige Gäste geben: Falls es nachts erneut zu Lautstärke kommt, kann wohl die an der Rezeption ausliegende Notfallnummer kontaktiert werden.
Vorschlag zur Verbesserung an das Hotel: Sicherstellung mind. eines Ansprechpartner vor Ort auch nach 23 Uhr oder eine klar kommunizierte Reklamationsregelung.

Die Hotelkette kannte ich zuvor noch nicht und bin positiv über ihr Konzept überrascht. Sie gibt es in meheren Städten, daher werde ich gerne wieder buchen. Unser Zimmer hatte eine schöne Größe, war sauber und die Ausstattung hat uns gefallen. Vorallem die kostenlose Minibar freute uns. Auch der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, da wir einen Wasserkocher benötigten. Dort durften wir uns auch noch an der Candybar bedienen. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Von dort erreicht man bequem die Altstadt zu Fuss.

Erstes Zimmer hatte Fenster zur direkt davor befindlichen Terasse/Raucherecke des Hotels. Fenster öffnen unmöglich. Man fühlte sich wie in Peep-Show. Jeder konnte ins Zimmer schauen. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht so toll. Intimsphäre gleich Null. Zimmer taugt max. als Abstellraum. Zimmer wurde nach Reklamation aber problemlos gegen anderes Zimmer getauscht. Das Reinigungspersonal könnte insgesamt etwas sorgfältiger sein Handwerk verrichten.

Super dass man die Ebikes in einem Raum sicher abstellen und laden kann. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers hat den Zeitpunkt der Erneuerung verpasst. Kunstlederbezug vom Bettrahmen war aufgerissen bzw fehlte an einer großen Stelle, Tr zum Bad war so dermaßen abgestoßen und alt...,, Im Sommer sollte man dieses Zimmer nicht mieten.Aufgrund von extremer Wärme und nicht vorhandener Klimaanlage ist ein schlafen fast unmäglich. Draußen 17 Grad und obwohl das Fenster auf war vorsichtig geschätzt mind. 25 bis 30 Grad. Das haben auch andere Hotelgäste uns gegenüber bestätigt. Frühstück aberreichhaltig und gut wurde aber schlecht nachgelegt und Behälter bzw. Besteck auf dem Buffet nicht ausgetauscht auch wenn schon offensichtlicht Essensreste angetrocknet waren( so beim Rührei), Filterkaffe gab es aus einer Pumpkanne um die leere benutzte Tassen herumstanden(vermutlich weil die Kanne leer war), die Tassen wurden zwar entfernt aber vielleicht hätte man auch Kaffe nachbringen sollen?! So nicht geschehen. Also im Service ist da echt noch Luft nach oben und kleinere Reparaturen kosten auch nicht die Welt( z.B. defekte Leuchtmittel Deckenlampe im Frühstücksraum). Im ganzen leider etwas lieblos. Wenn sich da etwas verbessern würde, könnte es durchaus eine gute Unterkunftmöglichkeit sein. So waren wir etwas enttäuscht.

Für meine kleine Hündin und mich war das Hotel genau richtig. Sehr Haustierfreundlich, perfekte Lage, die erste Ladung der Minibar umsonst. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig gut, einzig die Sauberkeit in der Dusche und den Zimmerecken ließ zu wünschen übrig. Aber mal ehrlich, 1. verlässt man das Zimmer mit Hund auch nicht gerade sauber, und 2. bei dem guten Preis? Also uns hats gefallen, wir kommen wieder!
