I loved everything about here, it’s very clean. The breakfast is awesome. The staff are amazing, but I wish that all staff members knew English language but overall it is a very good quality hotel. It is a little bit pricey, but I will choose Hilton forever.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree in Antalya City Centre, and while the overall experience was positive, a few key issues unfortunately diminished what could have been an excellent visit.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was unexpectedly stressful. The front desk staff appeared inattentive and failed to provide even the most basic information about breakfast times or available hotel facilities. What should have been a smooth welcome instead felt disorganized and indifferent.

To make matters worse, I was informed that a deposit had to be made immediately at check-in. After two of my cards were unsuccessfully processed, I was left with no option but to venture out into the dark to find a cash machine — something I found both inconvenient and unsettling, especially after a long journey.

I was also quite taken aback to learn that guests are required to use only Hilton-affiliated taxis, with staff warning that Uber drivers could be fined for collecting passengers. This policy not only seemed unreasonable but also created an uncomfortable situation in which I felt pressured and even hassled by an on-site Hilton driver.

While the property itself is pleasant and well maintained, and the overall stay was not without its positives, these early experiences left a lasting impression. For a hotel under the Hilton brand, I expected a far higher standard of professionalism, communication, and guest care.

Definitely not a five star hotel, i have been to other five star hotels which are far better and superior to this particular hotel.we had a 5 day stay and housekeeping would only leave 2 bath towels and 2 small towels (for 3 adults)-No bath robes provided and the mini bar was totally empty!! .Also had aunfortunate incident at breakfast in the sage restaurant when I tried to get some hot water for my tea unbeknown to myself the cup i picked was cracked and leaked hot water all over my hand and my middle finger got burnt! It took the staff 10 minutes to get me some ice and tried to keep it hush hush and the staff apparently didn’t know the complaints procedure and english!!

Hotel is comfortably located with easy availability to taxi. Within 30 mins of most of the city attractions.
Hotel has a tie-up/ own shack at the beach which is about 40mins drive.

This has to be the worst Hilton I’ve ever been to. When I checked in, the guy on the desk was on the phone. He continued on the phone for about 5 minutes before starting my check in and still on the phone.

No smile, no welcome. No nothing. Didn’t even tell me that I’ll need to tap the card in order to use the lift. I know it’s kind of common these days but still would be good to be reminded.

I went to one of their buffet restaurants one evening it cost 600 lira which was ok but the food was poorly served and not many options and no drinks at all apart from tap water.

One day it was raining, asked reception for an umbrella but she said they don’t have any at all. No umbrella from Hilton’s. Unbelievable, to be precise it was Double tree by Hilton. it was supposed to be a 5-star hotel. And they closed one of the lifts in the afternoon to god knows what time to save the electricity I suppose. Never seen that in a hotel no matter what star ranting they are.

Room was nice but dated, cleaners are nice and the WiFi is good. That’s about the only things I’ll say about the hotel. Will visit Antalya again but not this hotel. Disappointed very much.

Majority of the staff are very helpful. Rooftop pool was great for kids but indoor pool was freezing considering it was 35-40 degrees outside. This hotel is a brisk 15 mins walk from the main Mall, & a brisk 35 minutes from the top of the old town. The harbour maybe an hours walk away.

Food was average on the menu. Slightly difference from the 1 million kebab/Doner eatery’s!

My only bug bear would be the cold indoor pool. There’s no need for it to be that cold

Breakfast had a good variety!

Bus stop next to Sok supermarket near hotel also takes you to many routes!

The hotel was modern, clean and with free vallet parking. The breakfast was excellent and start at 6:30. The location was good. The reception personelle were friendly and helpful. The room was big and with modern furniture. It has air conditioning.The bathroom was good size and has modern look. I liked everything about the hotel. Was a good hotel considering the cheap price i got. Staff were excellent and spoke good english.

Most dissapointing thing was the breakfast though. I have had better breakfast in 3 star hotel. The meat options were very very poor and the orange juice was not fresh juice (it tasted like diluted juice). And that is pathetic considering you can get fresh orange juice even in the most poor areas.

If they fix up on these small things they can certainly call themselves a 5 star

I liked the cleanliness, the rooms and the general atmosphere. However, we had some nuisances that makes me give three stars to this hotel. In the evening water disappairedin the hotel and didnt come back till morning. Nobody in the reception picked up the phone to explain what was happening. Room service was supposed to work till 11, but a little bit after 10 nobody answered either. Even if all this was due to the busy holiday season, the hotel should be prepared better to tackle similar issues. This attitude definitely doesn't suit Hilton. Wish you them all luck in the future.

The best hotel in Antalya….

We stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton for our honeymoon and I must say we are highly impressed with the layout, staff, service and food. Everything was much better than we expected. In the morning we would go to the lobby for breakfast, the variety of food available is amazing. We would then head to the rooftop terrace to relax and plan our days or just chill have some tea or a virgin mojito. Some evenings we went down to the indoor swimming pool area and sauna for relaxation, every time we went, there wasn’t too many people there which gave us privacy aswell. Overall our stay has been a truly blessed experience, the staff went the extra mile to surprise us with a lovely decoration in our room on our 2nd day which we didn’t expect at all, we were so happy with it so thank you. I would not recommend any other hotel than the Doubletree by Hilton. The staff are kind, friendly and attentive to all your needs, the location of the hotel is prime due to its close proximity to the shopping centre, and local bazaars as well as the beach which only takes a 15 min cab ride. We are planning to come back to Antalya next year and will stay with this hotel again.

Beautiful building and rooms. Customer service is non existent. I have never in my life felt such a bad customer experience. This is a 5 star building, with a zero star customer service. The building is nowhere close to the beach, every worker in that building has no ability to speak english (not even a simple sentence), they are extremely rude and blame everything on “the manager” that is no where to be found for 3 days. For every issue there solution is “the manager will call you in 10 min” every time I check on the issue, the same answer happens, this kept happening for 3 days until I had enough and left. They simply ruined my Honeymoon. Avoid at all costs

The DoubleTree By Hilton Antalya City Centre is a wonderful example of how you don't need to be an iconic Antalya city center hotel in order to have a high quality property and coupled with great service and an extensive Hotel. The rooms are quiet, clean, and a good price point. I would absolutely recommend the Hilton as a great place to spend your trip in city center Antalya.

Centrally located property with easy access to Old Town Kaleici, Mark Antalya (mall) and pretty much most amenities in town. The facility is new, elegant and roomy in terms of structure and design. But that’s it, all good things end here, nothing Hilton about it.
The check-in is at 3 pm, quite late compared to the rest in Turkey. The front-desk executives lost their sense of hospitality in 1990. Don’t expect smiles, it’ll take them a good 5-10 mins if they are in the mood to get your attention. Until then, please be prepared to stand right in front of the desk unattended or acknowledged. Laid-back, unaccountable staff also gave us a key to an already occupied room. Not only did we have to face the awkwardness and embarrassment of barging into someone’s room but were then made to wait another 15 mins in the corridor while the doorman and the front desk executive could finish with their exchange of favourite expletives. Tasteful.
Calls made to the reception were never answered even when we asked for toiletries that weren’t replenished each day. We had to literally beg and call multiple times only for a nasty housekeeping woman to continuously ring our door bell like she had a nervous tic despite the DND being switched on and yell at us for asking the basics. But refused to even give toiletries or slippers. Needless to say, the next
3 days were pretty much the same. No replenishment of toiletries, only made beds, the toilet w

Unbelievable the service I got from this hotel was so bad I did not even believe it I ask to speak to the manager but he was never around they would not clean the room had to call them every day for them to do that the room service food was all was cold and had to ask them to replace it over and over again when I called a taxi and wait 20 mins outside the hotel the hotel staff but some other family inside it in front of me and told me that it’s there taxi so my and son who is 1 year old where waiting outside for 20 mins and they forgot to get us a taxi better to go another hotel to me they felt very unprofessional and borderline racist

We stayed here five days. Outstanding service and a truly great breakfast. Rooms were Covid clean and comfortable.

The location of this hotel is not ideal unless you plan on using a lot of cabs or renting a car. Taxis are cheap but most of the historical outside of shopping, eating, and nightlife will require lengthy trips.

Overall wonderful airport commuter hotel or hotel to plan expeditions out to Perge, Aspendos, Olympia etc but don’t expect to have much to do in the hotel’s surrounding area.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. Nice amenities. Location was not bad, close to everything by walk or cab. Not exactly on the beach but it was like 5-10 min cab ride. Hotel staff is pretty stoic, didn’t really help with much. We booked a room with free breakfast and they said we didn’t and when we asked for them to fix it they just told us to pay every time we chose to have breakfast without even trying to solve the problem. That was the only disappointing part. Other than the the room was big a spacious, clean. They still have housekeeping through covid which is interesting because other hotels I stayed in didn’t so that was a pleasant surprise.

Enjoyable stay, the breakfast spread was delicious and the facilities were great especially the spa and indoor pool. We had trouble getting through to the reception our first night there and had to come downstairs. Some of the staff could do with less attitude and a warmer welcome given that they’re working in customer services. Genghis was very helpful!

Lovely hotel and great price

The hotels location is pretty good, although it seems in the middle of nowhere, it’s a 5 minute walk to the mall, 20 into old town/ harbour area. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the bellboy was informative. Public areas are clean and well kept and there are lots of COVID restrictions. Some nice touches like free water in the rooms, a relatively cheap mini bar and warm cookie on arrival. The hotel has 2 free pools, an un- heated rooftop pool (with a lovely view) and a basement heated spa pool, sauna and hammam. These were spotlessly clean and very relaxing. The rooms were modern, well maintained and very comfortable. We had no complaints at all with the room and really liked the interior. There is a restaurant (which we didn’t use as there many great ones within walking distance) and bar which is open until 2am. We had 2 large g&t’s at the bar for around £12, which we didn’t think was too bad. All in all, we had a lovely stay and found the hotel to be a great price! I’d happily return.

Well designed and well organized. Near to everywhere. Comfy bed, housekeeping done great job. Mini bar items could have more choice, not many choice. Food was okay, however, I think it needs to be improve. Overall I like what I got, will be back for sure.

Great property but cleanliness is an issue

Property is updated and the roof TOP area is very good. Rooms are big and appliances are new.

Restaurants were very good as well. Cleanliness was a major issue during the stay. We stayed for 3 days out of which one day the rooms were not cleaned despite putting make my room sign. Also on the second day while bedroom sheets and pillows were changed however washrooms were not properly cleaned. I think they are short on cleaning staff for the size of the property.

Rest it was a very good stay.

Good stay, service to be worked on

Stayed 24 nights in October 2020. The other reviews are correct about the service. It is poor, i think some staff really do try. The breakfast and room cleaning staff were great. The front reception and roof top restaurant was very poor. The spa staff was also poor, in particular one staff memeber named Tunus was very rude and seemed to take actice joy in bothering guests. Very strange indeed. Overall a decent and acceptable stay for this hotel.

The hotel was great with two pools indoor/outdoor on rooftop and a great restaurant on the roof as well with amazing views and food. It also has a great spa with saunas, steam rooms and hamam services. It also has a private beach with shuttle transportation that leaves at 10 am and picks up at 5... My only issue with staying here was that it was a distance from most of the beaches, restaurants and shopping which forced you to eat at the hotel or get taxis everywhere. But hotel was very comfortable with great beds and shower and equiped with all ammenities the will fill your needs.
