Beautiful hotel in lovely maintained environment close to the beach. Swimming pool and poolside sun loungers with additional sun terrace. Rooms really comfortable each with small patio area/balcony. Although small, this justs adds to personality of it all, where you become more than just a guest. The staff are friendly and so welcoming, and can’t do enough for you. Our first trip to Jericoacoara may alas won’t be our last. Certainly another stay at this hotel too! My wife and I didn’t want to leave, and we thoroughly recommend this hotel!

we stayed at the hotel for two nights of the world cup. the location is fantastic - 50m of sandy walk to the beach or to the village square. the atmosphere is one of a boutique hotel, with private pool and big rooms and an overall feeling of a realy 4.5 star hotel which you rarely find in brazil, and we did not expect to find in such a remote location. young and helpful staff who gave us valuable tips on restaurants, baggy-tour and places to go out. O hotel é um charme, bem cuidado. A limpeza do quarto é feita quando solicitado. Café da manhã com tapiocas e crepes. Equipe atenciosa. O único problema que tivemos, nem foi culpa do hotel diretamente, foram os “vizinhos” do andar de cima. Eram estrangeiros e não tinham nenhum respeito, faziam barulho e arrastavam móveis de madrugada. Subiam as escadas batendo os pés, lavavam itens de esporte na piscina e até fumaram na porta do nosso quarto que ficava no térreo. Total falta de noção e respeito com o coletivo.

Tudo é ok, nada é Wow. Passa mais pela frustracao de ser indicado como um 4 estrelas, mas tem perfil de pousada 3 estrelas. Limpo, e café da manhã ok. Bem localizado, mas conforto do quarto deixa a desejar oelas toalhas e roupa de cama. Uma classificação 3 estrelas seria mais apropriado e nao elevaria a expectativa dos hospedes. Vale considerar que o preço é de 5 estrelas.

O hotel é maravilhoso, muito perto da praia e da rua principal. Mas quero deixar registrado que a equipe do hotel, todos, são extremamente atenciosos e fizeram minha estadia muito melhor. Nossa 2ª vez no Villa Terra Viva, continua muito bem cuidado! Os quartos têm bom tamanho e o banheiro também. A varanda tem uma bela vista. O chuveiro no andar superior não tinha muita pressão, pra quem tem cabelos longos é um problema. A cama de casal era formada por duas de solteiro unidas, o que é muito comum. Mas, um dos colchões estava muito mole e barulhento. As toalhas e roupa de cama são de excelente qualidade!!! O café da manhã é muito bom e a sempre simpática Rose prepara tapiocas, omeletes e crepes na hora! As piscinas são muito bem cuidadas e super agradáveis. Por fim, há muitos pássaros e três iguanas que habitam as árvores do jardim. Ótimo pra quem curte observar e relaxar!

Pontos positivos:
- Boa localização na rua do Forró, perto da praia;
- Bonito paisagismo e boa piscina;

Pontos negativos:
- Chegamos de viagem em um fim de tarde e não havia água no quarto para tomar banho, nos concederem um segundo quarto também sem água, apenas alguns pingos, um pesadelo, dormimos sujos. Em outro dia também não havia água pela manhã para tomar banho;
- Toalhas de banho mal cheirosas;
- Café bem razoável. Ainda que disponibilizem crepes, tapiocas e omeletes feitos na hora, todo o resto deixa muito a desejar. Tudo é servido gelado e com textura ruim (pão de queijo, pão de hambúrguer, mini croissant, bolo salgado, doce, etc.);
- Inflexibilidade e má serviço prestado pela gerência do hotel: como o transfer nos pegaria apenas às 15h solicitamos um late check out (consultamos nos sites de reserva e havia VÁRIOS quartos disponíveis) porém ela foi totalmente inflexível, dizendo que tínhamos que sair do quarto ao meio dia e poderíamos fica nas dependências, tomar banho no chuveiro da piscina (!) e se arrumar no banheiro também da área da piscina, um total absurdo. Eu perguntei se já havia alguém para entrar no quarto e ela respondeu que sim, mas era mentira. Tudo bem, está na regra o horário de chek out, mas ficamos por uma semana e o hotel estava vazio, não custava flexibilizar uma hora que fosse.

Nossa estadia foi ótima. O hotel é muito bom, muito bem localizado, a poucos metros da praia, quarto amplo, cama confortável e limpeza impecável. O café da manhã é bom, com otimas opções de crepes e tapiocas. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. Gostamos muito!

Porém o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, e o atendimento durante o café da manhã é o pior que já vi, sempre o atendente respondia que qualquer pedido ia demorar muito pra sair, má vontade na hora de responder uma simples pergunta (por exemplo, qual o suco que tem?), fiquei indignada com esse atendimento. Pouquíssimas opções no café da manhã, e o pior bolos e tortas impossíveis de ser comido, até o pão de queijo era ruim. Na minha opinião a cozinha deveria melhorar muito.
Outra coisa que me deixou decepcionada foi que ao tentar estender a minha estadia a recepção não fez nada pra ajudar, simplesmente orientou a buscar uma outra pousada, assim como não ajudaram em nada no processo de escolha de passeios e restaurantes, assim como não se dispuseram a dar nenhuma informação na nossa chegada.

A estadia foi ótima. Desde a chegada com o super atendimento e presteza do Gille. O atendimento do pessoal do café da manhã tb foi ótima. Quarto limpo e cheiroso, banheiro espaçoso e limpo, toalhas de banho e até mesmo as de piscina super cheirosas, roupa de cama idem. Localização a 50m da praia. Do nosso quarto dava para ver o mar da varanda. Foi tudo top. Rua tranqüila paralela a agitada Rua Principal. Jantamos apenas 1 vez no restaurante e o espaguete com frutos do mar estava delicioso e a carne de sol com aipim tb. 10, nota 10.
