Good base to explore Jericoacoara

Good location to use as a base for exploring Jericoacoara. Pleasant gardens and the building work going on during our stay I’m sure will improve the ‘tired’ accommodation in the future. The rooms are clean and basic - no hanging space though. Nice to have terrace with hammock.

This pousada (Bed & Breakfast) has a great location right in front of the beach. I went with my parents that are 77/80 years old and the location was very convenient. What is truly unique about Capitao Thomaz is their crew, this guys are very friendly. The folks in the front office that I had the chance to meet were amazing helpful: Ailo, Elaene, Fabio, Gleison, Irlan, Jean, Oélito. They made our family to feel very welcome.

Loved the location had a problem with the electric, turning on the shower kept popping the circuit. Asked for maintenance to check it out, got a message it was all fixed, tested it and it was not fixed. Tried to call front desk and they hung up on us then sent is a text asking how they could help. My husband explained the issue again and they sent a maintenance guy over. He did get it fixed.
The restaurant in there was over priced for the food quality. Reflected by the absence of dinner's other than the time of the free breakfast.

Basic hotel in amazing location

Amazing location, which is the main benefit of the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the hotel is very basic, with sparse rooms and limited breakfast options. Don't expect home comforts. It's a basic hotel in a fab location

Hotel estava em obra, restaurante fecha as 18h.
Esperava mais pelo apto em si, achei principalmente o banheiro muito ruim. Sem Uma ducha boa , a torneira da pia não estava fixa, degrau super alto do apto pro banheiro.
O ponto positivo eram os funcionarios, sempre solicitos e atenciosos.

Café da manhã mto bom, quartos confortáveis e limpos e funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. Tivemos um problema com mal cheiro no quarto porque o vaso sanitário estava desencaixado, mas avisei na recepção e foi resolvido no mesmo dia.
Única crítica seria ao cardápio do restaurante, acho que podia ter mais opções e mais pratos para uma pessoa.

Tenho rinite alérgica e não consigo dormir com ar condicionado. Primero una de las habitaciones era con cama de casal, y había puesto en la reserva que quería 2 camas. Han alegado que no les llegó la petición.
Segundo, el agua de una de las habitaciones, solo era fría, no había agua caliente. Solucionado en el segundo día pero con una chapuza de arreglo en el la ducha eléctrica.
Tercero, en la primera noche no conseguimos tener wi-fi en ninguno de los 8 dispositivos que teníamos.
Siempre en las reclamaciones nos dieron excusas y hablar con el gerente, fue misión imposible.

Mooie plek, hele mooie tuin. Kamer met uitzicht geboekt was ok. Niet geschikt voor minder validen hele stijle afstapjes en een behoorlijke afstand lopen van de receptie tot de kamer en strand. Na veel uitleg, hulp aangeboden gekregen toen ik aangaf dat iemand in mijn gezelschap moeilijk loopt en niet zelf een koffertje kan dragen. Maar dit is geen service van het verblijf.

Nice location but overpriced for the quality

Hotel located in front of the beach but disappointing for the price you pay. Shower smells to toilet all day, bed linen were not very clean, swimming pool water was not clear and there was not space around to enjoy the pool. Hotel management not helpful to accommodate late check out. They have very nice gardens!

Pontos positivos: Pousada com excelente localização, aconchegante, boa estrutura, música ao vivo área do bar.
Pontos negativos: café da manhã 8:30 faltando muitas coisas, somente 1 pessoa repondo, outro dia chegamos as 9:30 praticamente não tinha quase nada para tomar café da manhã, é nítido a ausência de um supervisor ou gerente para acompanhar o período do café da manhã, a área do bar é aberto ao público e o pessoal chega cedo, ocupa mesas e cadeiras, fica o dia todo, consumem algumas bebidas, pedem comida de fora, usa toda a estrutura da pousada e os hospedes fica sem lugar para tomar sol ou consumir algo do bar, a pousada deixou muito a desejar no café da manhã e área do bar.

Pousada super aconchegante. Entendo alguns comentarios negativos quanto a reforma que estao fazendo, mas o resultado esta ficando incrivel. Fiquei num quarto recem reformado, bem decorado, varanda de frente para o mar, com roupa de cama e banho de qualidade e cheirosas. O cafe da manha e legal em uma area agradavel.
Os melhores recepcionistas estavam na minha chegada 16/11/24.
Pontos negativos: a conta do restaurante nao ser vinculada a hospedagem e a qtd de barraqueiros, barcos de pesca e ambulantes bem na frente das espreguicadeiras, o que polui muito a vista e a tranquilidade.

Reservamos 1 quarto para dois adultos e uma criança de 07 anos, e o quarto tinha apenas 1 cama de casal, um absurdo. Quarto este que tinha mal cheiro. Em alguns dias foram deixadas apenas 2 toalhas.
Tarifa zero para criança, porem não tem onde dormir.
A localização é ótima, e a área externa é linda.

Compramos um quarto para 4 pessoas, mas só comportava 3. O banheiro é pequeno, o bancada da pia do quarto é muito pequena, não deu para alocar todos os utilitários das 4 pessoas. Na reserva foi informado que aceitavam animais, mas no ato do chek in cobraram estadia do pet, mas eles não oferecem nenhum serviço que justifique a cobrança de estadia do pet, não tem cama para pet, não tem um local específico que deixássemos o pet (caso necessário), nem comida, então a cobrança não [e justificada (na minha opinião). O atendimento é excelente, porém minha filha ficou com febre e a hotel não dispõe de termômetro para emergência. No mais, a limpeza é excelente, ambiente excelente, piscinas excelentes, café da manhã bom. O restaurante conta com música ao vivo durante manhã e tarde até o pôr do sol, que é bem bacana.

Hotel exige uso de pulseira, o que torna que o cliente seja identificado fora do hotel nos locais que frequenta sendo abordado ou cobrado a mais pela identificação do hotel que está hospedado. Causa insegurança o uso dessas pulseiras. Que é item obrigatório e cobrado pelos funcionários do hotel. Próximo tem um tal de café Jeri que promove festas até as 22h de segunda a sexta, no sábado observamos que funciona depois das 22:00. O barulho incomoda muito nesse horário em que as festas acontecem. As tvs não são smarts, não temos acesso a YouTube ou a Netflix e outros streaming. O café é razoável. Pelo preço da hospedagem achamos caro.

Pontos de melhoria: toalhas nos quartos bem surradinhas e com um cheiro um pouco desagradável (tipo cheiro de roupa que não secou direito). No café da manhã nenhum dia teve suco de laranja (somente outros sabores) e quando perguntei ao garçom ele me respindeu que não estava incluso. O copo do quarto que usávamos para beber água não foi trocado nos 6 dias que ficamos lá.

A localização é boa, porém a pousada é velha, meu quarto sem reformas sofrível, toalhas velhas e encardidas, banheiro pequeno, sem box, mal cheiro, sem armários, cabides, portas remendadas com madeira, sem conforto. O café da manhã simples, servido a céu aberto, coberto com redes e cheio de moscas, sem condicionamento para os poucos frios. Bar da praia, sempre cheio, cardápio pequeno, bebidas limitadas, sofás velhos e com mal cheiro, cozinha e comida fraca. Não recomendo. O valor não reflete o local e as fotos são uma enganação. Existem muitas outras com melhores opções em Jeri.

A pousada é excelente e o atendimento dos recepcionistas e das governanças é extraordinário. Todos extremamente atenciosos.
No entanto, infelizmente a pousada está passando por reforma o que acaba sendo desagradável pelo barulho. Mas é algo suportável.
O café da manhã não é grande coisa, porém ele é terceirizado, então a pousada não é responsável, mas poderia ser bem melhor.

Indico, mas precisa melhor alguns pontos

Iniciando pelo check in, equipe de atendimento da recepção é bem atenciosa passando todos os parâmetros.
Pontos fracos:
- Não existe um apoio ao cliente que chega à pousada com malas e muitas vezes cansado.
Cheguei com a minha família (esposa e filho de 3 anos) depois de 5 horas de estrada e com 3 malas, e não nos foi oferecido ajuda para levá-las até o quarto que fica na parte superior, acessado por uma escada fixa que não fica ao lado da recepção. É no mínimo um descaso, sem contar que é um serviço básico em qualquer estadia. Na saída foi da mesma forma, tivemos que nos virar. Fica aqui minha principal insatisfação.

- O quarto standard é bem simples e menor do que imaginávamos, dificultando a guarda e manipulação das malas e adereços, não há armário.

- Banheiro: ausência de suportes para shampoos e sabonetes, o custo destes itens é muito baixo.

- Café da manhã: simples, por mais que seja terceirizado, poderia ser melhor.

- “Espaço baby”: uma pousada tão grande que não oferece um espaço para os pais lavarem mamadeiras, etc. e esquentarem a água para preparar o leite, é um absurdo. Faz muita falta e é um diferencial necessário.

Pontos fortes:
- Equipe de limpeza: todos os dias nosso quarto esteve limpo e bem organizado, sem palavras. Para isto é necessário solicitar na recepção todos os dias.

- Toalhas: disponibilizam limpas sempre que solicitado.

- Localização: melhor impossível. Pé na areia, comércio farto, ótima praia e um pôr-do-sol incrível.

Hotel simples. Localização é o ponto forte. Quartos simples, chuveiro elétrico ou muito quente ou muito gelado que da choque. Obras no hotel todos os dias com barulho iniciando as 7:00 horas. Reclamamos mas no outro dia foi a mesma coisa e tarde foi pior com barulho de demolição. Pedimos para trocarmos de quarto para longe do barulho e quiseram nos cobrar a diferença de tarifa.

Pontos que precisam melhorar são o sinal do wifi, ficamos no apto 1, lá não tem sinal de wifi, utilizamos nossos dados moveis, o sinal de wifi só funciona proximo a recepção.
