Would highly recommend this hotel! We went in October and having the private jacuzzi outside the hotel room was so enjoyable. The interiors of the hotel and the rooms are outstanding. While the rooms are not overly large, there are laid out in a way that make the most of the space. Lots of room for us to have our cases out and a stunning aesthetic. We loved the room! Breakfast… The way it was presented, along with the variety of fresh produce was exceptional. The pool is stunning, but you had to be very organised to secure a cabana in the sun. Pool menu was a tiny bit pricey but of a very high standard so most definitely worth it if you don’t want to venture out for food. The reception staff were very friendly and kindly let us stay by the pool after we had checked out on our final day. The hotel is situated only a few minutes walk from all the action, restaurants, bars, karaoke, tattoos - you name it. But the hotel itself was an oasis! Very quiet. You would have no idea all that is on your doorstep. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel!

Loved our loft with private pool. Since it was early October the pool was not as warm as we would have wanted, but still usable on sunny days. Room was lovely, I'm personally not a big fan of the open space bathrooms - so keep that in mind when you book. Area around has plenty of restaurants and shops, plus you can walk to the beach.

Room set up was awkward and uncomfortable. we had a major problem with our room keys. Actually go locked in the room for 45 minutes and could not get through to front desk. We were able to flag down a workman from our balcony who finally got us out. Very scary - if ever a fire or medical emergency . when we asked to change rooms that morning we were told they would’ve us a new room. when we returned to hotel in evening the front desk did not know we were supposed to move. we had to wait over an hour for a new room and when we got in there was no AC going and it took hours to cool the room. very disappointing.

Lovely stay.

Lovely place. Amazing breakfasts and coffee ordered every morning at breakfast and made by the barista. Room was lovely but the hottub baths shower was leaking which gave some moisture issues. Was also a shock to see no duvet and only a sheet. They leave the duvet in the room but there’s no duvet cover for it.

In great location, 5m walking distance to the beach and the town just step away. Hotel is very beautiful with elegance touch but daily room service doesn’t maintain the standards , room is not clean enough , with empty toiletries etc

Charming hotel with nice rooms and great breakfast selection.

Faliraki strip is however extremely noisy (can’t blame hotel for that) but be aware if looking for a peaceful evening. Loud bikes and cars, loud bass from bars and restaurants, lots of loud young people roaming the streets until the early hours of the morning.

From the moment we entered the hotel, it was apparent that the friendliness of staff was lacking. We were shown our room, however with no help with our baggage. We entered the room, and every appeared to be OK, however we noticed lots of ants, and naturally went to the front desk. They sprayed toxic fumes and didn’t appear to be apologetic or trying to make the situation better. We then moved rooms,again with NO assistance from staff, she just looked at us whilst we had to carry our suitcase up the stairs in the heat. We entered our new room, only to find air conditioning control panel covered once again with an infestation of ants once again, I went back to reception and they looked at me and didn’t offer an apology. They stayed someone would be there in a moment, 30 mins later a man arrives with a spray hotel and a woman. The woman proceeded to tell me ‘oh this is Rhodes’ whereby I had stayed in a hotel prior to this with no concerns, I mentioned that this was not true and the hotel had a problem. It was already midnight at this point and they assured as they would move us rooms. The next day, we moved rooms (downgraded), no apology for ruining our stay, no gesture of kindness, eye rolling and speaking Greek aboit us. The manager never returned to enquire how we were or if there was anything else that could be done.

The staff are beyond rude, parking is a free for all and they do not care about customer satisfaction. Do not stay here if you’re expecting 4*, its barely 2*

This is the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Everything was absolutely perfect and satisfying. The staff is absolutely lovely and helpful. A special thanks to Iliad the receptionist who is more than competent and highly professional. If I ever come back to Rhodes this is for sure the hotel I would book without thinking twice. My only concern is that if it’s too popular I won’t be able to book again…

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We did have a room with a private pool and would recommend this option. Although we sat around the main pool a couple of times, there were days people had towels out quite early. Only thing I would mention is that the private pools get morning sun until around 1:00pm, after which the main pool gets the sun. This suited us just fine but might be something to consider. We thought the morning breakfast was great. A decent sized option for the size of the hotel and some really well. Good location too.

The most perfect stay. The hotel is in an amazing location that is close to everything. It’s a 5 minute easy walk to the beach and surrounded by many lovely restaurants. The staff are all extremely helpful and nothing is ever too much for them. The breakfast is also lovely! Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

What a beautiful hotel!

The hotel is very central, less than a 1 minute walk to Faliraki’s main street and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, taxis and the bus stops to Rhodes.

The communal areas are beautiful, very boho. The pool is amazing: it’s slightly smaller than what I expected from the photos I’ve seen, but nevertheless beautiful. I loved sitting on the sun bed with my feet in the pool, so classy! There aren’t many sun beds, but we never had a problem to get one.

The room is lovely and clean. The bed is very comfortable: the mattress is laid on a concrete base, so quite firm. Maybe more suitable for couples than friends as there is not much privacy in the shower and the toilet room.

The breakfast buffet is very good, so much choice with lovely coffees. We also had lunch there and the menu is good, as are the drinks at the bar.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in making a perfect holiday.

I can’t wait to be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Casa Cabana. The rooms were amazing, the pool was great and never too busy. The hotel and staff were so welcoming and accommodating and the food/restaurant was delicious. It’s in a great location too, you’re close enough to walk to plenty of nice restaurants and bars and the beach is only a short walk away. We had to get taxi’s into the old town but other than that, it was great!

We stayed for 10 nights at the Casa Cabana Hotel and had the best time from a warm welcome when we arrived to the very end. The staff were lovely, always friendly and obliging.

Best breakfasts we've ever had on holiday. We were spoilt for choice. Evening meals were amazing too.

The room we had was spacious enough for the 2 of us. Bed was comfy. Shower was powerful.

We had a hire car and thought where we stayed was a very central location to visiting everywhere we wanted to; Old Town Rhodes, Lindos, Butterfly Farm, Anthony Quinn Bay and Ladiko Bay. the last 2 were also within walking distance.

There was nothing to complain about and we would thoroughly recommend staying at Casa Cabana to others!

Overall the hotel is fine. Very trendy and ... comfortable overall even if some design decisions look nice but are very little functional. But all is fine at the end. But what is really outstanding is the Casa Cabana staff, extremely nice and welcoming. Breakfast too is very nice.

So much potential but room for improvement

This hotel has the making of something great, the atmosphere and the boho chic are lovely but it was really let down by the customer service. Quite a few little things werent good and there was no attempt to remedy. No drink on arrival, no bottled water and even after i raised it was difficult to get any, rooms definitely NOT soundproof as advertised, and there was a horrible waterproof matress protector which made the bed uncomfortable. So very close to a great hotel but i was really disappointed.

Das Hotel ist super ästhetisch und man fühlt sich wirklich wohl.
Das Frühstück hätte einfallsreicher sein können, es gab nämlich jeden Tag das selbe Buffet.
Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich.
Die Zimmer könnten gründlicher geputzt werden, man hat noch die Wasserflecken am Spiegel vom Vortag gesehen und den Staub auf dem Boden man hatte das Gefühl, es wurde nur das Bett gemacht.

Das Hotel und die gesamte Anlage sind top. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Störend ist, dass überall geraucht werden darf.
Umgebung muss man mögen. Sehr touristisch und dementsprechend viel los. Sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts.

Sehr klein & gemütlich. Perfekte Lage, man ist in 5 Gehminuten am Faliraki Strand und dort findet man gute Strandbars zum verweilen.
Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.
Man ist mit dem Taxi i 15 Minute in der Stadt Rhodos und ebenfalls 20-30 Minuten entfernt vom Flughafen.
Das Essen war sensationell und dir Bar am Abend sehr angenehm um etwas zu trinken und den Abend gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen.
Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Für die Leistungen war es teuer. Ich war 3. Te mal seit 5-6 Jahren da. Frühstück ist langweilig und wer es vorbereitet ist überhaup nicht einfallsreich. Die können nicht mal richtig ein Spiegelei vorbereiten. Ich habe mir überlegt den zu sagen und zeigen wie man sowas und ein Frühstück vorbereitet aber leider habe ich nicht gemacht. Hotel selber ist gut relativ sauber, personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Das war für mich das letztes Mal in Casa Cabana. Über Expedia muss ich mir noch überlegen.

Very nice Boutique hotel.
Fantastic personal and service.
Very good breakfast.
The first night we stayed in a classic double room. The room was too small and was not to our liking. We had the opportunity to upgrade to a luxury loft with private pool room and it was really great 5/5.
A great hotel with excellent service. (if you want space, avoid the standard room)
A small minus is the noice from traffic.
Near the hotel is the excellent restaurant Manolis Taverna. Don't miss this gem.
