Spacious, clean, and accessible.

The suite was bright and spacious, and the hotel's front desk staff were very helpful. The duplex suite offered plenty of space — it could easily accommodate a kitchenette or similar feature, which might enhance guests’ comfort. The air conditioning on the upper floor wasn’t working during my stay, and the unit on the lower floor overflowed daily, so addressing this would make a big difference. I also didn’t notice any visible recycling facilities, which could be a great addition for environmentally conscious guests.

The room provided was nothing like the description or pictures on the Expedia website. Double/Twin rooms are NOT soundproof, do NOT have a mini bar (they have an empty fridge), do NOT have a separate sitting area and you CANNOT nominate your preferred bedding configuration.

Boil in a bag bedroom

Our stay mostly consisted of roasting like a turkey on Christmas Day throughout every night. Shoddy air con at best. We asked for the air con to be fixed before finding out that it was actually supposed to be working fine. Room temp was approx 100 degrees. I asked for fan at front desk and they laughed in my face and said \"it's so hot\". Asides from that room was big, cleaning was minimal but beds were made. Nice enough breakfast. Spa was good but ironically actually not that warm.

My stay at the Spa Sercotel Odeon

This is rated a 4 star hotel, however I don't think it deserves this rating. The rooms are comfortable and clean but I think the bath should have a nonslip surface and there should be a rail to hold onto when getting into the bath. The cafeteria does not offer or other food unless the restaurant is open. The buffet breakfast is abundant. The restaurant only offers an evening meal with a set menu of limited choice and no vegetarian options. We did not use the spa facilities.

My stay at Hotel Spa Sercotel Odeon

The hotel is very well placed for shopping as it is next to a big shopping centre as a consequence there are no views from the windows. General impression of the hotel is of a modern, well-equipped and light building. Reception was quick and the staff helpful and friendly. Rooms clean , well-equipped, and quiet, beds comfortable. They only serve breakfast and evening meal both of which were adequate however there were few vegetarian options. The staff was friendly.

Acceptable hotel in a retail/industrial area.

This was my first visit to the area and was recommended the Hotel Odeon. It's located in a business retail area and next to a moderate shopping mall. The hotel was acceptable, but not outstanding. Staff were friendly and the room was of an acceptable standard. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was fairly typical for Spanish hotels. The dinner was quite limited - a set price table d'hote with a limited choice - this may be because of the time of year. The hotel is around 100m from the water, although it's not very scenic in this part of town.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The dinner was very good and at 13.50€ very good value, 3 courses inc wine and coffee. The breakfast was also good. Bacon and eggs. But the price you charge 10 UK pounds far too much when you see the price of dinner. I stayed in other hotels and Breafast was 6€ 4.50 UK pounds. All the staff where lovely. One, her name Mar (sea in english) such a nice woman. The undergound free parking was also great for me as I drive classic cars. I am going back in july when the weather is good.

Great, modern hotel

Great spacious room. Plenty of parking nearby. While we did not eat in the hotel this time, the breakfast buffet looked great. Plenty of space to load and unload luggage.

Adequate hotel in an industrial estate

Easy to find as all you had to do was follow the signs to the industrial estate. Surroundings were poor. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

Hotel ist ok, alles sauber und einwandfrei. Frühstück für das Geld auch empfehlenswert. Spa Bereich ist allerdings so naja, ungemütlich, Wasser eher lauwarm und mit sehr viel Chlor. Hotel selbst liegt in einer Art Industriegebiet. Für 1 Nacht ok.

Las camas son muy cómodas, nosotros estuvimos en dos camas individuales y eran muy anchas.
Para comer hay posibilidad de desayuno, comida y cena. Los menús son normales, aunque la comida está rica. Lo único que no nos gustó nada fue el café del desayuno.

DECEPCIÓN CON ESTE HOTEL QUE NO MERECE 4 ESTRELLAS

Nuestra estancia ha sido bien únicamente para dormir. He de decir que he estado en hoteles de 3 estrellas algo mejores. Tendrá los requisitos mínimos para 4 estrellas pero no lo es.
.- Secador de pelo. Muy muy flojo
.- Solo hay gel en el baño. Habitualmente encuentras los surtidores de gel, champú y acondicionador. Aquí solo gel.
.- El SPA muy muy deficiente. Las duchas están todas juntas por lo que si estás en una y utilizan la de al lado, te molesta mucho. Si estás enfrente en el asiento de burbujas, no estás a gusto porque al estar sentada, te salpican mucho las duchas. El jacuzzi no es tal. Hay unos chorros en la pared de dos trozos de piscina que son flojísimos. Las duchas de aerosoles, algunas no iban. El haman casi sin vapor.
DESAYUNO. Muy flojo, flojísimo. Si vas a las 7 a desayunar. no hay de todo, dicen que lo sacan a las 8. El cacao en un bote a granel. No sabs qé marca stás tomando. Desde luego colacao no es. En los tres días que he estado alojada la limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear ya que el mismo papel y la mismas pelusas que se encontraban en el suelo nos las dejamos el tercer de día

Las zonas comunes estaban cálidas, la habitación no y solo había opción de poner aire frío, por lo que no era confortable.
En el desayuno, había poco personal y aunque intentaban atender muy correctamente, había momentos en los que faltaban productos, porque no podían llegar a más.

Todo muy bien,el personal muy atento, buenas instalaciones, moderno, habitacion amplia con todas las comodidades , las ventanas no se pueden abrir y le pondría un inconveniente , es que la insonorización es un poco deficiente, se oyen los pasos de los que caminan por el pasillo, las puertas abrir y cerrar , las habitaciones contiguas así como el personal de limpieza si toca bien temprano que limpien en tu sector del hotel ,por lo demás , buena estanci

El hotel bien, el personal bien, esta en un polígono y lejos del centro con pocos autobuses. No hay problema porque iba en coche pero es mejor saberlo.

Ha estado bien, aunque sí se coge el spa, te marcan tiempos para acceder y no puedes hacer turismo. Falta espacio de almacenaje, cajones para ropa pequeña y perchas, sobre todo en nuestro caso que éramos tres.
