It was a great one-night stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the atmosphere was pleasant. The restaurant wasn’t particularly impressive, but it was convenient, and we enjoyed the live music on Friday night. Breakfast is available for €14 (continental), but we opted to walk to Café Cebra on the corner instead — a lovely spot for a simple and relaxing breakfast.

The value of this hotel is amazing! Can’t say enough about the breakfast. Anything and everything you could possibly want with a class 1 presentation. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Great location, within walking distance of almost everything. Only difficulty was the garage. You need to be a pro to get your car in and out as well as park it. Typical of Spanish parking garages.

On the way visiting Western and Northern Spain we decided to stop by the city of Ferrol which is not a touristic town at all. Mostly an industrial and military town, at the hotel most visitors were on business trips. Hotel was ok but the room smelled old furniture and when we opened the window at night mosquitos entered so we did not get a good sleep. Room furniture and especially the carpet needs to be changed in order to call this a 4 star hotel.

Por necesidad hubo de buscar un hotel en ferrol en el fin de semana del 15 de agosto, este año al caer de jueves los hoteles estaban llenos, salvo una habitación que gracias a hoteles.com pudimos reservar con solo una semana de antelación!
La habitación del hotel es enorme. Y estaba bien limpia, con neverita, ducha etc.
Todo perfecto, salvo el parking que aunque tiene acceso directo a las habitaciones, sus plazas son un poco justas.

El pàrquing esta lleno de columnes y las plazas son pequeñas para que quepan el maximo de coches.Cuesta aparcar si llevas un coche un poco grande. Tuvimos la mala suerte de aparcar al lado de uno que invadia una de las pocas plazas medianamente aceptables que quedaban llibres, aunque eso nos obligaba a dejar inhabilitada la plaza contigua. Al cabo de un par de horas la señorita Ana de recepcion nos llamo a la habitacion para que sacasemos el coche por estar mal aparcado, al decirle que no era nuestro coche el que estaba mal sinó el otro, nos amenazo con cobrarnos dos plazas si no lo retirabamos, porque no localizaba al propietario del otro coche. No tuvimos mas remedio que bajar. Creemos que esa persona fue prepotente e insolente. Nosotros no fuimos los que incívicamente aparcamos mal, y ella lo reconocio, pero ante la posibilidad de perder una plaza de pàrquing, prefirio molestar a un cliente y amenazarlo con cobrarle mas. He de decir que el coche mal aparcado estuvo asi dos dias. El hotel esta bien, pero con un pàrquing tan malisimo y con algun empleado que no sabe gestionar los problemas sinó es con amenazas, la calificacion no deberia ser tan alta
