The room was very nice, but the bed wasn’t comfortable. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly, I felt, but they did answer any questions I had. Of the four hotels I stayed in on my trip around Taiwan, this was my least favorite. (The restaurant staff was very nice though.)

The hotel is great, well located and the rooms are modern and well appointed.the only problem was breakfast. Almost nothing for western tastes, which is understandable but it’s not hard to provide better cereals. Also the first morning the coffee machine was broken and there was NO coffee. They could have gone and bought a jar of instant coffee!

Very lovely hotel in a convenient location. We really loved our stay and hope to come back one day. We also hope that torsion can come back to Hualien, as it is such a lovely city.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I recommend people stay here if they visit Taroko nation park. Please check to make sure the park is open before you go. The parked was closed due to earthquake and landslides. I don’t think they reopen soon.

We are from the US and we thought the Hotel was very nice. Clean comfortable rooms and breakfast was wonderful with variety of choices. Check in was quick and they were very helpful. The beds were a little firm but the rooms were clean and quiet and overall very comfortable.

가성비가 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 위치도 좋고 시설은 아담하지만 깨끗하고 아늑합니다. 9층 룸에서 바라보는 타이루거협곡 방면의 장쾌한 산 전망이 특히 훌륭했습니다. 조식은 종류가 많지 않지만 담백하고 깔끔한 편입니다. 화롄의 자연경관이 너무 좋아 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다. 가능하다면 다시 이 호텔에 숙박할 생각입니다.

We were asked to park in the outside parking lot, which fee must be paid in the parking place and reimbursed at the front desk later. The whole thing is really annoying.
