After being bedridden for three months, I was looking for a healing, quiet, and peaceful retreat. The Azure Palm exceeded my expectations! From halo therapy and meditation in the Himalayan Salt room, to soaks in the oasis hot springs or evening swims in California’s largest mineral pool (open 24 hours for overnight guests) each day was met with healing and tranquility. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure in every area of this amazing, beautiful, and awe inspiring place. This resort is a quiet environment and the staff will gently remind anyone speaking loudly of this, so if you’re looking to party, this isn’t the place for you. Also be prepared to book spa services in advance as the spots fill up quickly. I stayed in the spa suite and the large soaking tub was the highlight of my trip. I’m already planning my next trip to this lovely and healing place.

My partner and I stayed before Christmas, and we both loved our experience because of the amenities and excellent staff.
We were greeted with a warm welcome at check-in with a good explanation of the map and rules. We stayed in the Spa Suite King, which was huge.
The mineral tub was bigger than the pictures, and the healing waters melted my aches and stress away. Unfortunately, it ended up raining during our stay, which made us worried if we would be annoying to use the outdoor soaking tubs and sauna. We did use the tub once during a break in the rain. We waited 5 min to get one. It would be more convenient if there could be a sign up list and time limit for the outdoor tubs because those are popular. There was one for the himilayan salt room, but there were people who didn’t respect our sign up list time or the time limit. Hopefully, the staff can check on that more.
We enjoyed two meals in the cafe, and the ladies were very attentive. The food options were only alright though. Besides the amazing tub in our room, the other highlight of our stay was the professional staff. We had forgot something in our rooms after checkout. The housekeeping and front desk staff located and returned it to us promptly, and they were kind about the inconvenience. I will definitely be planning a trip back here with my family.

Our stay at Azure Palm Hot Springs was absolutely wonderful! The property is serene, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax and recharge. We stayed overnight and enjoyed the amenities throughout the day and evening — everything felt calm and rejuvenating.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable and happy. The on-site café was a highlight — every meal and drink we had was delicious!

Azure exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend this peaceful desert retreat and can’t wait to return!

The facilities were well kept and aailable spa services were quite complete. The staff were lovely: helpful, friendly, and the ones I talked to loved working here. The only negative is that there is no telephone in the rooms and no one at the front desk after 10 pm with access to the facility only with a room key. This is a safety concern for me: as an 80+ year old woman, if there was any kind of physical emergency there would be virtually no way to get help. An emergency process should be developed and shared with all overnight guests.

I can’t comment on the deli since I didn’t stop by and eat during my stay. But it smelled amazing. The resort alone was amazing. I was in the spa suite and the fact that I didn’t have a T.V in the room allowed me to feel more relaxed.

When I arrived I wasn’t sure if I was at the right place, but don’t let that scare you away. Once you walk in, it’s beautiful. I really enjoyed the salt room and ice room. It felt amazing. I will definitely be coming back in the future. It was a nice relaxing quite stay with my wife and we enjoyed every second of it.

Beautiful place to relax for the weekend and to take care of yourself. Enjoy the in-room mineral bath (one of the options), the saunas, outdoor and indoor pools, and the Himalayan salt room. Besides that, there’s a gift shop and cafe that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Super convenient and staff were professional and friendly. We will have to stay here again when the cold room is built. So worth it.

This was an amazing little weekend getaway. The property itself was very nice, with little hot spring pools scattered, with plenty of space to sunbathe and a pool. They also have a full spa, and the massages were amazing. Concepcion was the masseuse! The whole stay was relaxing, with wonderful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend for a short mini vacay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tubs were scattered throughout the grounds and the pool was wonderful.
Our complaint was that there is just deli food for breakfast, lunch and also dinner. No hot meals. Also a staff member yelled at us ( we are 69 and 79) because we were speaking at a normal voice yet a bridal party was having a good time in the pool making louder noise yet she said nothing to them. Not very professional.
But our overall stay was delightful!

I had a great stay overall and would definitely return. The salt room was amazing, the staff were kind and helpful, and the café was tasty with great service. Amenities had generous hours and never felt crowded, which made the whole place feel like a peaceful retreat. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were stylish, comfortable, and well-designed — truly a standout experience.

That said, a few things are worth noting. The rooms weren’t very soundproof — we could clearly hear conversations and activity next door. The spa tubs, while gorgeous, were extremely loud when filling. We didn’t mind when using ours, but were often woken up by neighboring rooms filling theirs — sometimes as late as midnight or as early as 7 a.m. It genuinely sounded like a flood coming through the walls.

I also booked a massage, which sadly wasn’t relaxing at all. The room felt bare and uninviting, and there was constant loud banging and rattling from something in the wall — likely caused by the wind outside. It completely overpowered the music and made it hard to unwind. It wasn’t worth the price. I also felt a bit nickeled and dimed — $20 yoga/meditation sessions (with broken AV during mine), and even $15 to add scent to the massage.

Still, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. With a few changes, it could be truly exceptional.

Absolutely beautiful stay to celebrate Birthday in Azure hotel. Bottle of Champagne and Happy Birthday card was waiting for me in elegantly decorated room. We came here to celebrate our anniversary and Azure Palm Hot Springs did not disappoint. It is a beautiful, peaceful, shangrila in the middle of the somewhat funky town of Desert Hot Springs. The grounds are gorgeously landscaped in a classic desert style, with 6 unique outdoor mineral bath hot tubs that are quite relaxing and soothe sore muscles and joints. From nearly everywhere you have views of the mountains. The Olympic sized pool is filled with the same hot springs that are featured throughout. Numerous shaded chaise lounges flank its length for relaxing. After sunset we swam laps during golden hour and it was quite lovely. Inside the building, we loved the spa, where my sweetheart received \"the best massage ever.\" Of special note is the Himalayan Salt Room, whose floor is covered with pebble-sized salt crystals, and the room itself is dimly lit, with sauna-like temperature and floor mats. Everyone is quiet in here. I lay down and immediately fell asleep, and enjoyed the best afternoon snooze of my life. There is also a Cold Room, which is like a giant freezer -- actual ice on three of the walls! You might not think this is a good idea, but after all the heat you experience in the baths, the pool, the sunshine and the Salt Room, it was remarkably refreshing, especially being barefoot. Our room was large, well-appointed, and featured our own hot tub with the hot springs piped in. Great restaurants in Palm Springs are only 25 minutes away. We highly recommend Azure!!

We both enjoyed it and will definitely come back. I did book multiple times to extend our trip. I wish there was an easier process since I had to check in multiple times just to stay in the same room. Water was provided everywhere and the place overall is just relaxing. I have had many travels. But this is one of the best. The hotel exudes wellness. The Himalayan Salt room, the sauna and outdoor heated mineral pool was 104 degrees just a few that made the stay amazing. I would absolutely return and stay longer. The food in the cafe was healthy and delicious. The spa was great for the couples massage. But the best part, is how amazing my skin feels after soaking in the mineral bath.

Stayed in a room with a mineral tub and the plumbing whenever anyone above uses it is very loud. Needs better sound proofing between floors as well. Was super relaxed from the mineral water tubs overall but had a lot of trouble sleeping at night due to a lot of noise from room above including filling and draining of tub at all hours and plumbing noises. Ultimately very disruptive to a restorative and restful stay.
