You can't beat this hotel for location. It's small but very accommodating. The rooftop is a plus, can walk everywhere. Room was very chic, functional, and unique. you can't go wrong here considering you could spend a lot more at neighboring hotels

Wow, what a great staff! They go on and beyond to make sure you feel at home. The concierge made reservations at restaurants for us and was knowledgeable. We were there to celebrate my wife’s 50th Birthday. When we got back to our room from our Dinner reservation we had a bottle of champagne and some treats waiting for us. They made it special! One more important thing is that the front desk speaks 3 different languages, English, Spanish, and French of course fluently.

Really enjoyed our stay at the One Alma Paris. The staff greeted us cheerfully as we entered and couldn’t have been more accommodating with holding our luggage, offering a welcome glass of bubbly and explaining where the facilities, cafe and other amenities were. During the stay they were helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, room was well appointed and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

No one wants an uncomfortable bed during a vacation, and this was one of the best beds. Very nice staff and helpful concierge willing to assist. We had already planned out our trip so couldn't really utilize him as much. The one comment I can give is that the rooftop bars options were quite limited with respect to what is available in the very local area, and the view of the Eiffel Tower from the top floor bar isn't the best, but would work in a pinch if you just want to see it. I did not book this hotel for the on-site restaurant (which I did not eat at) or for the views. I booked for a comfortable base for the trip and they were excellent.

They helped my now fiancé propose in the upstairs restaurant and gave us a free bottle of champagne! We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. After returning to our room one evening, we found that the towels we had placed on the floor to be replaced had been rehung on the rack. When we contacted the front desk, we were told no staff were available to provide fresh towels. The offered solution, complimentary breakfast, was not useful since this was our final night.
We had also requested a city view room but were assigned one facing an interior courtyard. We were told this was an upgrade, though it did not reflect that in either view or features. Additionally, the name displayed on the in-room television was incorrect, and the toilet seat had a visible crack. These details did not meet expectations for a five-star property.

We have no complaints about the hotel. We’ve just checked out this morning, the receptionist kindly helped us find a taxi since it was difficult to get an Uber. We were told there would be a flat rate of €65, but the driver charged us €72. We did not argue, as we truly appreciated the receptionist’s help; however, we don’t think this was right. Hotel should consider a different taxi company.

The spa area could do with a little updating (for example fixing the jets on the jacuzzi).

This hotel should not be consider a 5-star. It started with a poor check-in experience where some guests were offered champagne and water but forgot to ask us. The rooms are extremely small with not enough lighting to see in your luggage. It took > 30 min to get an iron and 4 calls to the front staff. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a 5 star experience

There is nothing 5 stars about this property. It is a small simple hotel with zero luxurious details or amenities. We felt it was a huge disappointment for what we paid, the photos are misleading it is a small hotel with small rooms. The junior suite was an average room you would have at a basic 3 star hotel. Simple things like cotton pads or a box of tissues are missing. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazing. Everything in the room was built for comfort and relaxation. It was clean quiet and the bed was exceptional. It was medium hard which was great as I have a bad back.
The only issues (which is very small) is that the room we were in did connect to the hotel WiFi. But as soon as we went outside the door it connected.
And the check in and check out was a little time consuming as we had to provide evidence that we paid the city tax to say for a couple of nights.
Other than that it was amazing and we will definitely come back!
