As close to Peugeot factory was full of temporary workers so quite noisy--also charged for a room which was already paid for so they struggled to do refund

i booked hotel with a requirements 1.room without stairs as i am disabled unable to climb stairs what did i get a room on first floor with flight of steps to get to totaly useless asked for disabled room what did i get very small room with 30cm space between bed and wall to bathroom that has a step with no disabled facilities you gave no concideration to my booking if this hotel has not any disabled facilities you should of told me and noteccepted booking without in forming me ect. i will be requiring hotels on my return trip using this site gives me no confidence paid for hotel room and slept in my car because of steps my wife had nice sleep but was very small room and very basic

Fine except for someone else in our room
Rooms are big enough for the basics, but didn't have towels. Worst was that having prepaid you can arrive until midnight with a compute allocation system for room access but there are no reception staff after 8. We arrived at 8:20 to find someone else in our room- a receptionist was doing a dodgy putting non-system bookings on. Luckily the squatter was reasonable and managed to find a random staff member- the last thing you want after a long day, a long drive, and not speaking the language well enough to negotiate access for a now-dirty room, is that kind of stress. We would be reluctant to use the chain again. Breakfast is offered on checkin and is 5 euros each but aside from fresh baguette and brioches all comes in plastic. Not very nutritious but gets you on your way if need be.

Preislich gesehen war es eine top Unterkunft. Hatten pro Person nur 14€ gezahlt. Im Zimmer roch es allerdings stark nach Zigarettenqualm und man hat sich eher weniger wohlgefühlt. Für eine Nacht würde ich es allerdings jederzeit wiederbuchen

Lors de notre arrivée sur place. On nous a donner une chambre où ça sentait énormément la cigarette alors que nous sommes pas fumeur et que c'était une chambre non fumeur. Nous avons en plus de ça des enfants en bas âge et je trouve ça dommage. La chambre que nous avions, la porte ne fermée pas correctement comparer aux autres. Un petit peu déçu mais bon c'était l'expérience... Je ne reviendrai pas.

Le bâtiment vieillit très mal, la rouille s'installe ! il faut claquer les portes pour qu'elles ferment... Par contre les abords laissent à désirer , même les rosiers n'ont pas eu droit à une taille cet hiver. Il va falloir réagir!

Rien à reprocher a l'hôtel lui lui-même mais plus aux occupants qui ne respectent pas les lieux et les autres occupants (fumer dans les chambres alors que c'est interdit donc quand on est non-fumeur, l'odeur de la chambre n'est pas très agréable et les gens qui parlent fort sous les fenêtres ou les enfants qui courent dans les couloirs, certains devraient apprendre la définition du mot \"civisme\").
