When we arrived at the resort, there was little to no introduction or orientation, which made it hard to settle in or understand how things worked. Unfortunately, our water stopped working twice, and we also experienced a power outage, which was unexpected for a resort claiming five-star service.

We had a disappointing experience with the Puppy’s Club (kids club) — not all staff were friendly, and communication was a major issue. My son asked for water and to participate in an activity, but they misunderstood him and did not assist, likely due to the language barrier. Most staff appeared to speak Russian only, and this issue was consistent throughout the resort — with very few staff fluent in English or even Turkish. This made it difficult to get proper assistance or feel fully included as an international guest.

While the entertainment was well-organized, it also catered almost exclusively to Russian-speaking guests, with little representation of Turkish culture, which we had hoped to experience. As an Australian traveler, I felt that the resort was heavily geared towards a specific demographic, and not very inclusive of others.

Additionally, the spa staff were overly persistent, constantly approaching us to sell treatments. When we did book a spa session, it came at a very high price, and the experience did not meet five-star expectations.

On a positive note, the pool and restaurant facilities were excellent, and the food was truly delicious.

Das Hotel bietet eine Menge für groß und klein. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und haben jeden Tag genossen. das großartige Essen und eine breite Getränkeauswahl haben uns täglich begeistert. Unsere zweijährige Tochter hat den Puppiesclub und die zahlreichen Spielplätze voll ausgenutzt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Außenpool - Top! Hervorheben möchte ich auch den großartigen Service. Wir wurden von Yalcin sehr warmherzig in Empfang genommen. Man konnte ihn 24/7 via Whatsapp erreichen. Bei jeder Frage stand er mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle.
Wir werden wieder kommen!

This is an excellent property, We stayed as a family with our 7 year old for 4 nights. The facilities are perfect for this resort to have an nice rejuvenation. The all inclusive food package was very good. There is a 24x7 restaurant which came in handy as we reached the hotel only by 11pm and the main restroom was closed so we could eat here. We stayed at the Superior room it was a class apart. They toilets had bidets. Only few drawbacks i found were that even though they say the rooms are air conditioned it actually isn’t. When i enquired why the room wasn’t cooling they said , Quote “ I(receptionist)spoke with the technical service department and because of the weather conditions and many claims about the cold weather they decided to turn off the cooling system.“ it was difficult to sleep at 26-27degree celcius inside the room. Finally after 2 days of argument they provided me a fan. I couldn’t leave the windows open also because from 9pm to 1am every night there is very very loud disco/karoake. Another drawback I found is the bathrooms have no doors which is a privacy issue when you have kids. Also the toilet and ensuits have only a glass door(frosted glass) but everything is visible from outside, we found that very difficult. Apart from this everything was top notch. I would highly recommend

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the wonderful Selectum Luxury Resort Belek and what a great experience it was from the minute we stepped into the resort till the minute we departed.

We would like to say the biggest thanks to Samet & Handan (guest relations) for the superb hospitality we were provided throughout our stay! Samet & Handan were always friendly, attentive and went over and above to ensure we had an unforgettable stay - it was truly a pleasure getting to know you both and look forward to crossing paths in the near future.

The hotel itself, facilities and entertainment was 11/10 and couldn’t fault it at all. Rooms were lovely and spacious and resort is spotless throughout.

Location is great and only a 35 minute transfer from the Antalya airport.

We would highly recommend the resort to friends and families. Samet thank you once again to you in particular and the Selectum team for an unforgettable holiday.

This resort offers premium amenities, high-quality dining options, and excellent customer service. Ms. Gecem from the guest services department and the front office manager, Mr. Ozgur, were extremely attentive and helpful. Kudos to both!

Beautiful but not good service with room

3 nights, two King rooms, $750 each with balcony/porch with jacuzzi and partial view of sea. We lost power two times.

One room had a bad smell in the room on 1st and last day (air conditioner, smell like toilet leak somewhere).

They never gave me the WhatsApp contact for personal relations, until night before we left. I contacted them 3x with no response.

Compared to last year's stay, the aquapark was closed, the family restaurant was closed. No alert or informatio' was provided in advance, only when we reached the hotel we discovered that these 2 great options are not available. Having that information would have impacted our decision to book.

We have arrived with our young baby and the room was right in front the SArena, very loud music was up until 2AM, not reasonable at any way. We couldn't get a decent sleep all through this week. Besides, the rest was fine BUT it's hard to enjoy when you're tired. So unfortunately I won't recommend this resort.

Generally a positive experience. The family room given to us was a little disappointing, you would think it's common sense to offer a male themed room to a family with boys. I appreciate they did suggest an alternative but that was no better.I didn't even think I would needto request this. The check in was cold and could have been friendlier, hardly much of a welcome. Although we appreciated the early check in, thank you. We spent the first few hours in the room getting the room in order. Telephone and TV wasn't working.

When we arrived it looked really stunning from the entrance then we entered no one speaks good English staff and mangers were VERY RUDE, unfriendly and not helpful.

The rooms were dark and smelled really musty to the point my 4 year old said she didn’t want to stay and wanted to go home. They showed us two different level rooms and both were not 5* standard.

They sat us at a table to fill out forms which had food and dirt on it. The service was so bad I was actually in tears thinking I’ve spent so much money and ruined my family’s holiday. It got to a point we’re my husband said let’s just leave so we left at 11pm to go to another hotel.

In my opinion not a 5*!!! more like a 4* if you like Morden, fresh classy places DO NOT STAY HERE save your money.

The kids club is in a small little indoor room, not enough space for them to enjoy themselves.

We ended up staying at the Rixos which in my opinion was so much better, Clearner, better customer service, the kids club was amazing me and my husband could actually enjoy dinner the beach and pool whilst they also got to enjoy themselves.

rooms and staff are great, but that's where the positives end. food was below par (something i'm not used to in turkey) plus there is not enough space to sit all the guests at the main restaurant, you're always looking/fighting for an available table... the main bar has no background music of any kind so you're listening to everyones conversations all the time (and mostly in Russian as well), the fitness/pool area closes at 19:00 so forget about your late evening workouts.

the three first days were accellent . I enjoyed my stay in whole 100 % . the territory and the hotel were clean . the room - comfortable , the personal - very friendly . the personal assistant Ekateryna and her manager Diana just outstanding .
but after that the rain started !!! and ruined everything (apart from the perfect work of the personal) ! a water inserted from balcony door to the room and turned it to the lake ))) . in many areas in a hotel appeared drippings and puddles . The hotel is not ready for winter . not at all ! but i plane to return in summer

Memorable experience in the beautiful Belek

Amazing resort for a great vacation. The food is EVERYWHERE and available 24/7, and mouth-watering dishes and desserts. Will come again to the same resort for sure. Also; the rooms are very clean, the whatsapp service upon checkin is very convenient. Finally, the facilities, pool, arcade room, theatre, circus shows, DJ parties, it’s a full package and amazing getaway for everyone.

The resort is unique and luxurious. There is lots to do for kids, the kids club is of a very high standard. This resort caters for both families and couples. The only frustrating thing i would say, is that most staff do not speak English, therefore you will struggle to communicate. Having said this, the staff will go and find another member if staff who can speak English so that they can translate communication just takes a bit longer. The head chef at Puppy's restaurant 'Etam' was amazing, he listened to our requests and delivered to a high standard. Also to mention Elif and her team, who were excellent at rectifying any issues to make your stay amazing. Overall this is an excellent resort and you will NOT be disappointed !

On arrival we was greeted with Champaign and chocolates. Julia from guest relations made us feel very welcome and checked us in whilst we enjoyed our drink in the lobby. When in the lobby my son realized he had left his phone in the Taxi. I made Julia aware of this and they contacted the taxi company and within an hour the phone was returned. Thank you so much Julia and Grand transfers for your honesty. Iphone X’s are not cheap!
The interior of the hotel is amazing. Myself and my two sons shared a luxury room with sea views. When booking the room I was unable to book a triple but this was not a problem. The room was very large with probably the biggest double bed I’ve ever slept in and a large single put up bed, both of which had memory foam matrasses and was extremely comfortable.
There was a number of restaurants and bars within the hotel complex. All of which was excellent. I would recommend booking up the a’lacarte restaurants as early as possible as we missed out on the steak house restaurant. Service inside the restaurants and around the pool was excellent. At the end of most nights we ended up playing cards in the lobby or on the terrace. Big thanks to Our friendly bar man/ Waiter “Hasan Uslu” made sure our drinks and snacks was kept topped up.
The entertainment both in the day and evening was good. When checking in to the hotel they set up a Whats App group chat and forward over all the information you need regarding activities times and up and coming shows. The en

Loved it!

We were here for 3 nights and could have easily stayed for 5. Super property in an equally good location. My kid had a great time too with so many pools and play areas. The food was good and the choice of drinks was fantastic. The property rates as super luxury and it does justice to its name and photos. We loved the overall experience.

We stay in the family area which have main restaurant offering 3 meals in the day we very disappointed to know that the quality not the same as the main restaurant in the main hotel area and going to the main restaurant from the family territory it's not easy with to kids the hotel offering bagy service to the main hotel building but not comfortable it's not coming in time.
The room very good and the beds very comfortable also the pools are very clean and the food in the main restaurant is good .
The cleaning service also good.
Enjoy your stay I recommend the main building not the family territory.

It was amazing . Especially out house keeper Fatma Sesli Ayak went way beyond our expectations. I never been to same resort twice within a week because of the attention of housekeeper before . In this case her excellent care and attention to detail brought me back to this hotel so fast . Also Mr Hakan was so helpful along with the rest of the stuff . They have very good DJ and broadway quality shows .

The overall experience was good.

I will start by negatives first:

-The staff don't speak English, some of them understand a little.
-There was no activity at the hotel and was so boring especially at night, I guess because still the season didn't start, but the hotel beside us, the activity was on fire, beach as well as musics and parties at night.
-The AC system is central, so if one room asked that AC is cold, all other rooms should follows, we suffered a lot from this point, it was so hot and we couldn't sleep at night, the hotel solve the problem partially and change our room to garden view so we can opened the balcony and take a natural cold air.
-The restaurant is ok but not the best.
-My iPhone wireless headphones (Eearpods) was disappeared from the room and I am sure 1000% that I left it there, I don't want to say it was stolen but take care of your personal belongings.
-The Watersport activity was super expensive as well as concierge services (e.g. renting car).

Positives:

-The staff are very very cooperative, smiley and wish to help.
-The hotel is clean and new, rooms are big.
-The price per night including all inclusive was great.
-Clean beach side and swimming pools.
-Good desserts everywhere.
-Fast check in and check out.

If you asked me will you repeat the stay again ? I will answer yes.

Wie waren das dritte mal hintereinander da. Leider mussten wir Gestellen, dass das Hotel abgebaut hat.
Die Familienunterkünfte bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung.
Zu allem Überfluss waren meine vor die Tür gestellten Schuhe (im Schuhschrank) plötzlich weg. Es war auch keiner bemüht sich drum zu kümmern.

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber grundsätzlich entspricht die Anlage einem gehobenen Standard. Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch gravierende Mängel im Bereich Sicherheit und Notfallmanagement überschattet.

Am ersten Tag ereignete sich ein schwerer Unfall im Wasserpark: Ein Kind und sein Vater stürzten aus über 10 Metern von einer Rutsche. Es war kein Arzt vor Ort, und der Rettungswagen traf erst nach über 20 Minuten ein. Für ein Hotel dieser Größe ist das absolut inakzeptabel.

Am dritten Tag erkrankten mein Sohn und ich an einer Lebensmittelvergiftung. Trotz Meldung an der Rezeption kam lediglich am Abend eine Krankenschwester, die meinen Puls kontrollierte, aber keine Hilfe leistete. Eine Stunde später erlitt ich einen Kreislaufkollaps und musste per Rettungswagen in eine Privatklinik gebracht werden – fast 40 Minuten entfernt. Für zwei Tage Aufenthalt wurden uns fast 2.000 € berechnet. Auffällig: Das Krankenhaus wollte nicht bestätigen, dass es sich um eine Lebensmittelvergiftung handelt, was den Eindruck einer Kooperation mit dem Hotel verstärkt.

Vom Hotel gab es weder Unterstützung noch eine Entschuldigung. Auf meine Bitte um Hilfe oder zumindest eine Bestätigung für die Versicherung wurde ich abgewiesen und sogar darauf hingewiesen, ich könne „gern einen Anwalt einschalten“.

Für ein Luxushotel ist fehlende medizinische Notfallversorgung ein gravierender Mangel. Das ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko und für mich ein absolutes No-Go.

Fazit: nie wieder!
