they let me park right in front, incredibly convenient. Super nice front desk clerk, spoke English well. I didn't stay in other hotels in Reunion, so have nothing with which to compare other than mostly Bonvoy properties in the US (and a few in Europe). It wasn't as nice as most Bonvoy properties, but maybe for the island it was veyr good. I'd stay again if needed. The breakfast looked decent, but I didn't have time to partake.

Great small modern hotel. Nice pool, comfortable and spacious room with balcony, pleasant (if limited breakfast) and great staff. I was not feeling well while there and the staff went out of their way to help me. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is that it is located in a dingy (but safe) neighborhood that is 3km from the centre-Ville.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There was incredibly loud building work taking place directly outside our room which began before 8am. It was just an awful experience. If you only ever take one review seriously then make it this one and avoid this hotel at all costs.

The hotel is close to business centre of Ste Clotilde and has a convenient underground car park. The staff is welcoming and the breakfast better than I remembered it. Rooms are spacious and very clean. There are some construction works next door (as of August 2018) but didn't bother me as I stayed only overnight. you

We had a pleasant stay at the Tulip Inn Saint Denis, Reunion island.
Rooms are clean and have comfortable beds with food linen. Air-conditioning works great, bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin with all toiletries and towels supplied.
Swimming pool is on site.
The hotel arranged for a pick up at the airport at 1h30 in the morning which was very helpful.
Check in was quick, English is spoken.
At present there is construction on the site next door, so a little noisy in the day.

Modern lobby with seating/toilets/left luggage/complimentary water/Free WiFi.No alcohol served in hotel.Modern standard room with excellent bathroom(rainforest shower).with tv/desk/aircon/luggage rack.Buffet breakfast is good with hot scrambled eggs.Lunch/Dinner is disastrous using outside restaurants to deliver poor quality/overpriced food. Meals times are highly restrictive with limited menu choices.Friendly/helpful staff.Keycard didn’t work in lift2),Room (2). & door handle fell off.There is free parking/a small pool/koi fish pond.Airport transfers are good.

Good value airport near the hotel

On our first stay here, we arrived with a hire car. We approached on a side street from the north and were lucky to notice the car park entry. I'm not sure how we'd have got in if we'd missed it as there is a busway down the middle of the main road. If you approach on the main road from the south east, there's a small car park at the front for while you check in.

The hotel is very pleasant and very good value for money with everything you'd expect in a modern mid range hotel.

We had two problems: 1) the hotel is next to a construction site and work started at about 6.45 am. 2) we thought the breakfast and dinner were expensive and the latter had a limited range of food. There are very few cafes or restaurants within walking distance and one of the nearest had a very strange menu.

Great transit stop, excellent staff

We booked this hotel for a 1-night stay before a very early start for the airport. From the moment we arrived, the staff wanted to be as helpful as possible. With three tired kids (one of whom was ill), this made all the difference in the world. They helped organise food to order in from outside and even had the idea of making up a take-away breakfast bag for us since we were leaving too early for the hotel breakfast. Fantastic staff, can't recommend them highly enough. The swimming pool was a real boon, too.

Great Business Hotel close to the airport. Only caveat was that there was nothing around the area, so dinner required a little drive. The hotel has its own parking garage. Lady at the front desk did not speak a word of English, which is in 2016 simply unacceptable when working a front desk.

The swimming pool was unavailable, was told maintenance work is being carried out. Didn't see any maintenance activity being carried out to the pool.

A hotel where guest have to adapt preset air conditioning, thankfully the temperature at night was bearable.

TV channels were scrambled, just needed to be reset.

Wi-fi stopped working halfway though our stay, promised it would be available in 15 minutes and blamed it on a power-cut in the city centre!

Coffee cups were tiny and the powdered milk they provided made the coffee undrinkable. Had to buy milk from local shop.

This is a great hotel for a short stay near the Airport.
It is clean and comfortable, and the staff go out of their way to be helpful (without being intrusive). I will gladly stay their again. The only reason I do not give the hotel top marks is that the neighborhood doesn't have anything to offer. So if you want to take a little walk to find someplace to eat, you won't find much. But for a short stop it doesn't matter. And for a longer stop (I had 36 hrs) the staff arranged a cheap rental car...which solved my neighborhood problem.

Impressive for the price

I booked with this hotel just to spend a night before a very early flight out of Saint Denis the next morning, so a low price was my one and only objective when searching for hotels. However I was very surprised how neat and tidy this hotel is despite the relatively low price. Very good service too - also in English which should not be taken for granted in La Reunion. 15 Euros for a pre-ordered taxi to the airport which is pretty good for the area.

Je suis handicapée et comme la chambre attribuée n'était pas adaptée à mon handicap par erreur, nous avons été surclassés dans une autre avec une douche accessible.
Le seul bémol, c'est que la place de parking, qui m'avait été réservée à ma demande par la direction lors de la réservation, avait été prise par un touriste indélicat et que nous avons du nous garer un peu loin dans la rue à l'extérieur. Félicitations pour la propreté et le confort.

Seul point positif : la proximité de l’aéroport. Pour le reste, l’expérience a été plus que décevante.
•Localisation : Mauvais choix pour un séjour touristique. Le quartier semble sinistré, peu accueillant et sans réel attrait.
•Restauration : Aucun service après 22h, ce qui est très contraignant, surtout après un vol tardif.
•Propreté : L’hygiène laisse à désirer, avec une impression générale de négligence dans les chambres et les espaces communs.
•Accueil : Personnel peu accueillant à la réception, un vrai manque de professionnalisme.
•Parking : Insuffisant pour la capacité de l’hôtel, et après une certaine heure, il devient quasiment impossible de trouver une place.

Si vous cherchez un endroit agréable pour séjourner, passez votre chemin. Cet hôtel est peut-être pratique pour une nuit de transit, mais certainement pas pour profiter de l’île.

En general todo bien, pero el primer día no nos limpiaron la habitación. Al reclamarlo, nos dijeron que la limpieza se hacía \"bajo petición\". Hicimos la petición y el resto de los días hicieron la habitación sin problema. Deberían informar de esta peculiaridad, ya que en la web del hotel hablan de \"limpieza diaria\" sin especificar que haya que solicitarlo. Por lo demás, todo bien, aunque el desayuno excesivamente caro.

Hôtel avec bonnes prestations. Nous y avons passé notre dernière nuit pour prendre un vol le lendemain matin. Accès rapide et pratique à l’aéroport en voiture.
Pour rejoindre le centre de Saint Denis à 4km il y a des lignes de bus qui vont à Hôtel de Ville .
La piscine est un plus appréciable que nous n’avons pas testé toutefois .

Très déçue de ce tulip inn
Pas grand chose allait,
Le parking de l’hôtel est trop petit nous devions garer la voiture dans la rue(quartier pas top)
La sdb petite avec une douche qui inonde le tapis de bain
Les gels douche ne sont pas remplacés par des nouveaux malgré 2 jours de demande successives
L’insonorisation catastrophique, le matin vous êtes réveillés par des claquements de porte constamment et la nuit ce sont des aboiements de chien en continue
Le fer à repasser qui fuit impossible de repasser vos vêtements correctement

Seuls, le service de femme de chambre et la vue du balcon on était bien

Les chambres donnent au dessus de la piscine et le bâtiment fait caisse de résonance
Lors de notre sejour il y avait des gens qui chantaient à tue tête avec de la musique au max et le soir il y a eu une messe improvisé tout cela quasi sur notre balcon

La chambre était bien et spacieuse.
L'accueil est à revoir, le gars était pressé alors qu'il n'y avait que nous à l'accueil.
La piscine bien agréable et chaude.
On reviendra.
