I found a hair on the bed and the bath room is moldy and some places like toilets are dusty. On top of that, the wall is very thin, so you can even hear the pee sounds and flushing water from the next room. The mattress was hard like air bed mattress. All of these made me hard to believe that all other parts were cleaned up properly. Well, if I have to lay over in Busan next time, I won’t stay with this hotel ever again.

The sewer smell that seemed to be coming out from the bathroom was bothersome. It lingers that it was kinda difficult to fall asleep. The bed wasn't comfortable and the ac seemed to be faulty. The other issues wasn't too bad and can get away with it but the smell was just awful. Can't go back to this hotel. The only best thing about this hotel is the shuttle service and can drive us to the airport within 10 min.

I've stayed here a number of times when catching a flight the next day. They have airport shuttles that start at 5 am and run until noon. Nice rooms, with an enormous bathtub in the bathroom. Very comfortable.

Good hotel near the airport

Service is excellent and front desk speaks English as well. Room is very big and clean except there was one hair on the pillow. Corridors are quite dark. Large bathroom had jacuzzi as well.

They have free shuttle to Airport and there is monorail station nearby. Hotel is located in industrial and cargo business area. During the weekend it is very quiet. There are number of new coffee shops and convinience stores near by.

I really enjoyed staying there! No complaints at all! Right next to subway! The only thing is there is nothing to do after 1200 am! Even the nearest 24 CU is 1 mile! But everything else is wonderful! No complaints! 5 star for sure!

Huge room with good sound proofing windows. Very spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. Free shuttle to airport at every 15mins interval from 5am onwards. However, need to arrange upon checking in. Simple breakfast starting from 5am onwards too, serving toast, cereal, juice, coffee and tea. Nothing to fuss as we were there for a night as we need to catch a 8am flight home.

I've stayed here 3 or 4 times in the.past, the night before catching a flight out of Gimhae. This time, when I arrived early in the afternoon to check in, the receptionist said I had not paid to check in at the normal time - I had to wait until 9 pm. I would have to pay an additional 20K won (about $20) to check in now. I was travelling for work, so I paid - I'll be reimbursed anyway. I checked my reservation - it said check in was 3pm to midnight, but buried in the room details there was a note about not checking in before 9 pm. This never happened before, and the amount I paid online was about the same as the previous times. I have liked staying here, but next time I'll look at other options and read all the fine print. Buyer beware!

Perfect for early-morning flights

Great hotel less than ten minutes from the airport via shuttle. Easy access via Busan Metro as the hotel is a five-minute walk from the stop before the airport.

The area is somewhat light industrial so dining options are limited. Passing the front desk, walk straight ahead out the doors, turn right, and walk two blocks to a T-intersection. You will pass a Korean restaurant. Turn right at that corner and walk one block to the larger intersection beneath the Metro line. On the corner straight across the street is Ediya Coffee, a 1,000-store Korean chain. Continuing straight on the right you will find a 7-11 and then Tous les Jours, a Korean pastry and bakery chain. Kiddie corner across the street is a CU, equivalent to the 7-11.

From the moment we entered the hotel room we could hear what other people were doing in other rooms. The walls are so thin. We could hear people having sex in other areas of the hotel not just around us. The ventilation system in the hotel is so bad our room was full of cigarette smoke the whole time we were there and we don't even smoke. I do not recommend this hotel for weary foreign Travelers.

Due a my room being somehow overbooked (I think by Expedia or a similar companies), I was upgraded free of charge to a suite type room. It was the fanciest/nicest hotel room I ever stayed in. It had a large jacuzzi tub and a massage chair. I really enjoyed relaxing before an long international flight the next day. I highly recommend the suite for couples or singles that like a bit of luxury. It's a great hotel and the front desk staff is lovely.

What a fun surprise

Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. I was expecting this to be more of a budget inn, but really the facilities are five star plus. Such a large room with two showers, two sinks and a huge double bath. Many additionalnextras such as two computers included, wide range of free skin care and hair care products, hair dryer and even curling iron. Bed was cozy, room was very warm, and loved too that there is free laundry and dryer with washing powder included. Location is weird in industrial area, but hotelmis right next to train station and free regular shuttle to airport made it a very convenient stay too. Oh - and free bottle of wine too! Very happy to come back here again when traveling.

Great hotel for Airport access and early flights.

There's not much to sum up about this place. It's great only if you really need to be close to the airport. The rooms are nice, clean and large. The staff is pleasant. The airport shuttle is a big plus, especially for an early flight. But if you're trying to actually see Busan, no reason to stay over here. We paid extra for this place just because of airport access for an early flight. If you're on a budget and don't need to catch a flight, stay elsewhere.

Hotel was conveniently located next to the light rail station. They also have a free shuttle service for the airport, you just have to sign up so the driver knows how many people he's expecting. The halls were a little too dim, but there were water stations right outside the elevators. The restaurant (Airport Bistro) however, isn't a real restaurant. Luckily there were some restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores across the street. I stayed in the superior double room. The room and bathroom were spacious. It came with a large TV, 2 computers that had games pre-installed, and a massage chair. The bathroom had a separate jacuzzi tub and shower, and bidet. I think the front desk person said the wine was free, but there was a bit of language barrier for anything other than receiving the room key and signing up for shuttle service, so I didn't chance it. Overall other than the restaurant, the entire experience was great.

Very good location. The hotel looks like a club from the outside and along the corridors with neon lights galore. The reception is warm and welcoming. The rooms are perhaps the most well equipped I've ever seen. It's even got 2 fully functional pc's! 2!!
Apart from the all in one remote controller controlling the lights, tv and the air conditioner. The hotel provides a lot of drinks too complementary including a bottle of wine! The toiletries are well equipped. Includes hair gel and spray too. To add to that along with a hair dryer it also includes a hair straightener! You get it now. The room is very well equipped.
The beds are really comfortable too. The only flight issue is the extra firm and high pillows. But nothing too uncomfortable. The rooms are also very well noise insulated. Bathrooms are massive with a full bath and a separate shower.

It was a really great hotel.

The staff could not have been more helpful. The room came with 3 free bottles of water, 2 cans of juice and a small bottle of wine. Free 24 hour coffee in the lobby and good Wi-Fi. The shuttle was very prompt and the hotel is only 10 min away. It does not have room service or full time restaurant. It's not in a shopping or tourist area. I was there for a Sunday night and there was only one take out place. But the hotel room was perfect.
