OMG...for a hotel close to the airport and with such a plain name...I was BLOWN away. The food was some of the best I had in Italy, and that says a lot! The room was clean, comfortable, and with lots of amenities. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They do need an airport shuttle.....

Good dinner despite pressure of simultaneous wedding activity which led to one member of staff running about like a mad thing.
Wide choice at breakfast, but hot items weren’t. Staff friendly and efficient. Lack of a bar disappointing. Very handy for airport, but 15 euros for less than 5 minute taxi journey a tad excessive!

Always so welcoming. Clean comfortable rooms for a great price and minutes from the airport. Not much in the area but great for a quick overnight stay when you have an early morning or late night flight. Also the dinner at the restaurant was outstanding and much better then you would expect at an airport hotel.

Jet Hotel is wonderful. My only suggestion would be to offer a shuttle service to and from the airport—it’s just a three-minute taxi ride, but the fare was €15, which felt a bit steep. Aside from that, the location is fantastic: very walkable to the nearby town, the hotel was super safe, and spotless. The staff were nice and incredibly helpful. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, easy, and convenient place close to the airport.

We were given a room with a broken window handle, making it impossible to lock. This clearly affects both the sense of personal security and the overall quality of the stay. Notably, there was a sticker on the window, suggesting that this issue was already known.

In addition, the noise from outside — including announcements and takeoffs — was unbearable. Inside the room, the noise was further intensified by loud, squeaky bathroom door hinges and a very noisy bathroom fan. The overall experience in the room was one of constant and disturbing noise from all directions.

Given that the hotel did not appear to be fully booked, I truly don’t understand why we were placed in a room with such evident and disruptive issues.

Room on top floor at end of very low-ceiling corridor, was for two but only had one bedside light, one bath towel and one hand towel. Whole room very dark and the only charging point was in the bathroom unless you unplugged the light. Otherwise clean and tidy and pretty quiet.

Had very nice outdoor covered parking. Nothing that defines a 4-star hotel is accurate with Jet. Thinking it was a pretty good price for a 4-star hotel instead was a very expensive 2.5 star hotel. Most disappointing stay of my 15 nights in Italy.

Rooms are small but very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent, especially for an airport hotel. For those not wishing good food, there is the biggest Burger King I’ve ever seen just down the road.

My only grumble - Accessible room really wasn’t accessible as there was a step up into the bathroom. I was afraid I’d trip on it but fortunately I always remembered to step up. However, this would be impossible for a wheelchair user.

If you need to stay close to the airport at Turin, this is the best place. It’s a brief taxi ride that costs about $15. All other hotels are farther from the airport. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms are basic - no frills - but affordable, clean and have what you need. There is a restaurant but I didn’t try it. There is a bar but it closes at 10 pm. The staff is happy to arrange a taxi for you to the airport (which opens at 4 am). I arrived late and had to take another flight out at 6 am and it was perfect for my needs. There is a lift and it seemed everything was handicap accessible.

Halls are dim and unlit. Front desk staff was rude and provided no information. Unable to get a taxi to provide service from hotel to Turin. Asked about hotel bar which was listed as an amenity; front desk directed to restaurant, which was currently closed, working staff there directed to front desk. There is no bar. Room service also unavailable even though listed as an amenity. Called taxi for early morning flight; was chastised by shuttle driver for not arranging them even though that service was never relayed to me by the front desk. Taxi from hotel to airport (around 1/2 mile?) was 30 euros. Nothing provided in room other than a single water bottle in mini fridge; no other food places around. Restaurant was mediocre and you have to flag someone down for any service. Only upside is close location to airport; would search for another close hotel in the future instead of repeating this visit.

On arrival, allocated room was in attic with beams in corridor impacting headspace. Room had no WiFi, roof window with no outside view, power tripped out when phone plugged into power and there was an old blood blot on the sheets. After some negotiation we were relocated to a room for individuals with limited mobility. Finally airport transfer, 2KM away was €50 each way… we chose to walk across the fields and along the side (no pavement) of the fast main road.

Jet Hotel is handy because it is close to the airport and is reasonably priced. They do not have an airport shuttle so you need to factor in an extra 30 Euros for the two short cab rides. The restaurant has an upscale type of menu that may not suit your needs after a day of travel. There is no bar and seemingly no room service. The staff were nice, but overwhelmed in the restaurant.

I thought the overall property building was unique an interesting. The hotel room is the smallest room (tiny!) that I have ever stayed in at a hotel. I enjoyed that there was a dining option attached to the hotel. However, I did not appreciate the restaurant manager explaining to me that Italians consider dining an \"experience\", which I already knew.

Black mold in the shower! We arrived after long travel day dropped our bags in the room and went straight to restaurant Had a fabulous meal and some wine. Got back to the room and getting ready for bed. Went to jump in the shower and noticed the black mold on the shower ceiling!!!! Would have requested a different room if not so late and so tired. Noticed the musty smell of the hallway next morning as well. Reported mold at checkout and they indicated they would have given us a different room had we requested. Just be sure to check bathroom prior to committing to room. I think it may be a bigger problem than just that one room. Meal at restaurant was fabulous. Highly recommend. Very close to airport!

We were able to secure the hotel shuttle the next day for 10 Euros
