If you're looking for a beautiful hotel with a friendly and helpful staff while visiting Siem Reap and Angkor Wat - this is it! My husband and I had the pleasure to enjoy 4 nights at this lovely hotel in April. This really was a five-star experience; the hotel arranged our private pickup from the airport, greeted us with refreshing drinks upon arrival, and arranged our tours with very knowledgeable and friendly/funny guides. Additionally, they had tuk-tuks outside the hotel ready to take you wherever you need to go around the city, which was extremely helpful in the heat of the day.

Our room was beautiful with a nice balcony and bathroom (fyi, the bed was a bit firm, but I like a firm mattress for my back lol). Each day the we were offered a lovely breakfast, afternoon tea, and a nice cocktail hour by the relaxing pool.

A big thank you to Thavy and the rest of the team at Mane Boutique! We had a wonderful holiday and hope to see you again!

My wife & I stayed at Mane Boutique Hotel & Spa and had one of our best experiences ever. Thavy, Noun and the staff were top notch. We loved our themed room, we ate multiple meals and the food and drinks were fabulous and enjoyed Tea time along with the Hotel spa. They also helped us coordinate a driver and guide to see Angkor Wat over two days including sunrise and sunset. The location was perfectly situated in the city and close to everything plus they had a service pick us up and took us to the airport. The hotel design and set-up was green, meticulous and fun. If you're planning to go to Siem Reap, this is where I would recommend you spend your stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The most important reason was the staff. From the moment we checked in the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The courtesy extended to us was remarkable. All questions and requests were addressed by Safiel personally. From arranging tuk tuk rides to making reservations at local restaurants and even a take away breakfast for our sunrise tour, he is attentive and very efficient. I would recommend this boutique hotel highly.

A great choice.

Beautiful hotel with great service. The themed room was incredible; the hotel decor was well thought-out. The complimentary orange hotel tuk-tuks were a very sweet touch. Reception staff made us feel safe and comfortable, although they were not very knowledgeable about city activities and restaurants- they kept pushing for us to eat at their restaurant and to go see a particular ticketed show. They could use a proper, unbiased concierge. Still, this hotel is fabulous- highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at Mane. The staff and service was excellent with great communication and coordination. They provided complimentary pick up and drop off at the airport as well as tuk tuk to the old market area which is also walkable. We booked a private tuk tuk through the hotel which was better than booking online tour to take us to Angkor Wat for the day with planned itinerary; we were going to watch the sunrise so they packed a breakfast to take along with with us. The restaurant at the hotel also served excellent Cambodian food.
The pool was small but nice especially during 38 degree heat. The room was traditionally decorated which was charming, clean and comfortable, washroom could use upgrade though. The only thing I would recommend adding to the room are sheer curtains in addition to just the blackout curtains so that we can let some light in while still having privacy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel!

Mane Boutique is an amazing gem just a few minutes ride from central Siem Reap.

We were blown away by the kindness and caring of the staff. We stayed 4 nights as part of our honeymoon around asia and we were very sad to leave.

When we arrived we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite which has an amazing rooftop bath. The staff prepared a very sweet arrangement of flowers for our arrival to give us the full honeymoon experience.

The team were always available on WhatsApp if we needed assistance and went out of their way to help.

This was the best place we stayed at during our three-week honeymoon in Southeast Asia - and maybe one of the best hotels either of us has ever stayed at. The entire staff, from managers to housekeeping, was remarkably friendly, and it was clear that information about plans and preferences were passed on between shifts. Beyond the nice rooms, the saltwater pool, and the great breakfast, there were plenty of extra touches, ranging from the impressive way our room had been prepared for our honeymoon stay, to the free Tuk Tuks and airport transfers. We also enjoyed the massages, as well as the daily afternoon tea with local delicacies. We'd absolutely stay at Mane if we go back to Siem Reap, and we recommend you to do the same. The amenities and the staff were both on the level of a much more expensive five-star place.

This hotel I will forever keep in my memories!
Since the moment you arrive the friendly staff greets you with a sincere smile, and the most helpful attitude. Once you get to the room you are amazed by how beautifully decorated and clean it is, you really feel special when you enter a room with the lights on, light music playing, and the perfect temperature.
Once again the super friendly staff is always ready to ask what do you need as soon as you step out of the room. They offered me a free trip in tuk tuk daily and they arranged it for me, breakfast and dinner are a MUST. I recommend eating everyday at the hotel, quality is excellent and flavor is truly cambodian, they have a variety of dishes and in one case they even prepared a dish they did not have on the menu for me! I really cannot express my gratitude to the staff of this hotel. They make you feel amazing, I really fell in love with this hotel and can’t recommend it Enough!

I would highly recommend this property. It was beautifully decorated, well-appointed with helpful, friendly staff who helped me arrange for tours and made the trip stress free and relaxing. Highly recommend for visitors who would like equal parts tourism and relaxation. The pool and spa were lovely. The room was tasteful, albeit a bit small. Have traveled quite a bit, and there haven’t been many hotels I’ve stayed where I’ve felt really sad to leave, but it was truly heartbreaking to say goodbye to Mane Boutique Hotel & Spa.

Even before my flight, the hotel staff were in constant communication with me to arrange airport pickup and other activities throughout my trip such as the temple visits.

Upon arrival and up till the point that we left, we received excellent service from the staff, from the receptionists, to the waitresses and masseuses. Really appreciated the complimentary airport transfer and foot massage, and enjoyed having a variety of traditional Khmer breakfast dishes every morning and Khmer snacks for afternoon tea.

The room was very romantic and unique, with an open shower and one of the best beds I’ve slept in. While walking distance to Pub Street, the hotel still offered complimentary one way transfers to any destination in the city which saved us a lot of time trying to find tuk tuks.

Have nothing but praise for Mane, and I highly recommend staying here if you want to experience the best of Cambodian hospitality. Special shout out to Phea, Yuth, Ren, Rayla, Noun, Choea and all the staff which made this trip so memorable. If I ever visit Siem Reap again, this would be my first choice

1. Attentive and accommodating staff (arranged for a late check out for me without me even mentioning it). Prompt email reply from the staff even before I arrived in Siem Reap.
2. Fabulous and wide selection of cook-to-order breakfast (Western & Asian selections).
3. Quality activities that the staff had arranged for me, especially the highly knowledgeable private guide (name was Prathna Son) that the Mane staff recommended for my Angkor Wat tour.
4. Complimentary one-way tuk tuk service to town (eg Pub Street; not back to the hotel), and complimentary pick up to and from the airport.

Despite of a huge amount of perks that we had ( free rides to the city, afternoon tea, late checkout to accommodate our schedule, etc., ) the hotel staff did their best to make our stay exceptionally memorable by making a birthday fruitcake for me and decorating the room with lotus flowers and petals!
Spa services were impeccable! Staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Food and drinks in the restaurant - fantastic. And the overall experience was totally beyond expectations!

Wonderful boutique hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. There are 2 buildings and I would definitely recommend the building not above the restaurant if you are a light sleeper as there can be a bit of noise from chickens and dogs in the AM. Very close to the center of town and the free airport transfer and tuk tuk to town were really convenient

Mane Boutique & Hotel is a lovely historic property nestled into a quite street a short Tuk Tuk ride away from the hustle and bustle of Pub Street and the downtown Siem Reap area. Our “royal suite” was beautifully furnished and spacious beyond belief. Every need or desire was promptly met and staff is pleasant and friendly. We stayed in this hotel on our first holiday to Cambodia and it was a great place.

Location-wise, it was perfectly situated 15mins walk away from the main town centre across the river. This is good for people who prefer to be just outside the main centres but within reach so as to avoid the busy hustle and bustle.

Customer service was great. They arranged laundry for us which came back the same day at a very reasonable low price. The team were always on hand to offer tips and advice and with the hotel there are free tuktuk transfers to town and the airport.

We stayed in the 1992 room which was filled with character, ample space and very cosy. The room was clean with nice little touches such as coffee/tea facilties.

The outdoor pool was nice in the hot sun however the nearby sunbed area could have done with some tidying up of leaves. This might just be because we were there in the off season. The spa was in a small quarter but nice, perhaps they could update the interior and atmosphere a little.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and it was the perfect base for our first time in Siem Reap.

A lot of care and attention has been put into guest experience here. From pick-up at the airport to welcome drinks at check-in, gorgeous room and free tuk tuk shuttle service to the center of town, there was a definite emphasis on making sure we were getting the most out of our stay. Everyone was very helpful with any questions and made us feel like VIPs. Our only qualm was the bathroom/toilet which was behind a glass wall and door from the bed that didn't give as much privacy as we would've liked. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing gem! The customers who reviewed this hotel were spot-on! From our arrival in Siem Reap until our departure, the staff of this hotel were simply amazing and extremely accommodating. The hotel arranged our pick-up at the airport and we were met by an amazing gentleman. When we arrived at the hotel we were welcome by the amazing employee Riri with drinks. She showed us the property, which has an amazing pool. The reception area and grounds have splendid vegetation and flowers, and amazing decoration. This hotel complex is very peaceful, serene, and ideal for relaxation. The spa services are excellent. Very spacious rooms with very nice bathroom. Nice breakfast menu at the restaurant and tea is offered every day at 4PM. Staff will accommodate any transportation arrangements. We booked our transport services to visit Angkor Wat with them. This is how we met one of the most amazing individual ever, Savon. Savon was our driver for one full day and he accommodated all our wishes. We learned so many things from Cambodia with him. Management of the hotel should be proud and extremely lucky to have such an exemplary employee, who makes the hotel and your country proud. We had an issue with a Tuk-Tuk driver from one event and the hotel staff got the issue resolved. The Hotel is located in a very quiet area about a couple Km from the markets and restaurants in Siem Reap, and they supply complimentary transport to the town centre. Cons: The beds are too firm!

This was one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was fantastic. They went out of their way to really take care of each and every guest. The hotel was located near \"downtown\" and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. This is a boutique hotel so you won't get all the amenities of a large resort but the hospitality of the staff will make up for the lack of fitness equipment. The daily breakfast was great and the foot massages were incredible.

What a wonderful and amazing find! This hotel is simply beautiful with the charm and authenticity of a local and bespoke boutique hotel that you don’t get from the big chains but with all the comfort and luxury that would like from a 5 star hotel. The rooms are well equipped, clean and very well presented. The staff could not be more accommodating and friendly and epitomise the phrase ‘nothing is too much trouble’. There is so much included within the price that makes this a wonderful and memorable stay. With little touches like welcome drinks and afternoon tea to free tuk tuks into town and a foot massage!! STOP LOOKING AT ANY OTHER HOTEL....STAY HERE. I have never written a hotel review but felt compelled to write one based on our stay last week. I am still smiling...because it is contagious...EVERYONE who works there smiles...and I am convinced the word NO is not in their vocabulary. Overall I would characterized our stay at Mane as excellent. We felt very welcomed from the moment we checked in. The welcome drink was spectacular and they immediately went to work on helping us planning our visit. The room was very clean and overall quite comfortable. The pool was divine after a long day of visiting the temples. They have their own Tuk-Tuk which makes travel downtown quite convenient. We have been traveling in Southeast Asia for about a month and the people and accommodations at the Mane were hands down the best we experienced during our visit. If your planning a visit to Siem Reap I would highly recommend booking your stay with Mane Boutique Hotel and Spa.

Beautiful and affordable boutique hotel

We booked this hotel at the last minute due to changed plans and were able to secure 3 nights in there family suite ( 2 adjoining rooms). The price for all 3 nights was very similar to one night in a 5* hotel in Manila. They collected us from the airport and we were greeted at reception with a lovely non-alcoholic cocktail. The reception staff remembered all our names and the service provided was very personal to our needs.

Unlimited bottled water, nice coffee, fruit on arrival all provided in our room. TV had built in internet, numerous channels, 3D movies, and YouTube.

At breakfast we had lots of choice. Predominantly Asian style food but the staff were happy to tailor any foods to meet our needs. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and was yummy. All included in the room rate

Afternoon tea and biscuits was laid on every afternoon with local music played.

Some of the windows don’t completely close but the staff spray mosquito spray every night in the bedroom.

A complimentary spa treatment was also included in the room rate which was a real treat.

Overall we loved our short stay and would definitely chose the Mane Boutique Hotel again if we get the chance to come back to wonderful Cambodia.

Quirky yet extremely welcoming. I spend nearly 180 nights a year in Hilton’s and this was a refreshing change. It’s an independent hotel and it shows but it’s well presented

Free foot massage in the room rate too

The rooms are locked down against mozzies and the air con works well. The staff were all fantastic. Only one night but the breakfast of Bacon Sausage and three eggs would have given a truckers cafe on the M1 a run for its money Staff were excellent really friendly no lift to the first floor but ground floor rooms available too

If you’re looking for a gin palace then it’s not for you but a great base for exploring.... afternoon tour with a driver to the temple was 50USD. Clean and very comfortable

After traveling in a couple of Asian countries, I learned you only booked for one or two nights initially, and we did so then ended up staying five nights. That says a lot. The hotel shuttle service was great, and arrival was very warm and welcoming with the kind and friendly staff. I will likely show the staff on my new Cambodia YouTube channel.
the level of communication was excellent, and in fact some of the best English-speaking Asians I have met. The public relations front desk staff is so genuinely friendly and aim to please. I spoke at length with them-we are real friends...
The lobby area is like a smaller Museum and the large amount of wood throughout the furniture is beautiful. We had been upgraded to a very nice room,an excellent bed and the rooms are numbered in theme with historical events... the room when is large with so many and amenities that you never find in regular hotels. The double baths shower with rainfall or large handheld shower was excellent. As we left we were invited to return coming to visit and feed the koi fish , since enow living in Siem Reap

I spent 3 nights at Mane Boutique and can honestly say I have never experienced such incredible kindness and service from all the staff. I was traveling alone, and they ensured that I had not only all the amenities and comforts that I needed but provided me with local knowledge and ideas for things to see and do during my stay. The hotel is beautiful and my spacious room overlooked a tropical garden. I ordered room service which was very high quality, and would sit on my balcony and eat dinner with a super view of the gardens. I highly recommend this boutique and intimate hotel and would like to also thank Anita in particular for all her kindnesses during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and took care of our every need. The food was superb and they helped take care of our young daughter. Transport to and from the airport was included in our package, and they helped organise all other visits in and around Siem Reap.

It was ideal for a quiet stay, yet was only 3-5 mins ride away from the main town.

We can’t wait to go back!

The property is about 1 km from Siem Reap Pub Street and Night Market but the hotel offered free one way transportation to there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I enjoy the afternoon tea, the breakfast, and the decor of the hotel.

What I loved most about Mane Boutique was there attention to every detail and personal touch. Our concierge Jack was the most attentive concierge who brought a personal touch to everything we did. Furthermore, the entire staff was extremely helpful and flexible when we lost a day due to flight cancellations and allowed us a late checkout. Cambodia was the last place in our southeast asia tour and it could not have ended on a sweeter note. Thank you Mane Boutique!

We spent three nights here, were greatly impressed by staff’s hospitality and service provided.
The hotel is near the town area, so it's convenient to have a fine dinner in the pub street. The environment inside the hotel is cozy and quiet, room is well decorated and spacious.
We were provided free foot massage and whole body massage during the stay, which was quite relaxing after whole day tiring trip.
Restaurant is also very good, recommend the welcome drink!

This hotel is located on a quieter street - a few minutes away from Pub Street and Night Market. Staff and food are excellent. Room is quaint but the aircon was leaking on the floor the next morning but the staff was quick to have it repaired. Highly recommend!

FYI: Free tuktuk (one way) ride to Pub Street and the Night Market. Free (to and from) ride to the airport. Breakfast-to-go prepared for the guests who want to visit the temples early.

Small, personal boutique hotel. A young staff who went out of their way to be helpful, learning names, booking tours, tuk-tuks etc. Excellent English spoken. Very keen to help. Smallish pool but very welcome after a day sightseeing. Lovely antique feel to hotel - room names are years meaningful to Cambodian history. Very nicely appointed rooms. Breakfast was reasonable - not a big buffet affair but select menu including local and western options. Pancakes were a hit! Our children were well looked after - no kids activities but we were offered babysitting services which we didn't take up. They were happy in the pool and feeding the fish. Spa was on the basic side but massages were good. Mind out for the flies (generally, not just in the hotel) and take bug spray. We were bitten a lot, especially around the pool area. Location was OK - just a 5-10 min tuk-tuk ride from the Old Market & Pub Street, tuk-tuk complimentary one way. All in all, a lovely little hotel. Recommended.

From our arrival to the day we left we had an amazing service from everyone in the hotel. All staffs were friendly and helpful. We had complementary pick up and drop off from/to the airport and also an amazing 30 min foot massage. The tea time is also very good. Breakfast was probably the best we had so far traveling in Asia. The dinner menu is also very good and same price as the restaurants at Pub street.

One world: PHENOMENAL!

With no exaggeration, this is probably the best hotel we've ever stayed! The property is gorgeous, cozy and in a nice quiet location (not too close to the centre to be too crazy, not too far from it so you can get there easily).
The service was fantastic! They do everything possible to make your stay a memorable one. We were really impressed with how kind and attentive the staff were towards us, especially Noon and Anita :)
This is what hospitality is all about!

The only minor setback was that the pool was not available for some of the days in our stay. But they did all they could to compensate for that, arranging for us to be taken to their sister hotel with a very nice pool.

I stayed here in November 2018, and while I'm writing months later at this point, I can't stop thinking about my stay here. Mane Boutique was, hands down, the most special and extraordinary place I've ever stayed. I've traveled to more than a dozen countries over the past several years and the hospitality, unique touches, incredible service, kind staff, gorgeous venue, and magnificent food are simply unparalleled. My husband and I stayed here for two nights (we were celebrating our birthdays) and they even got us a cake and surprised us by singing happy birthday! Truly touched our hearts.

The pool terrace is a lovely oasis and we still talk bout how special it was having afternoon tea time by the pool. Complimentary tuk tuks are available to head into town, and the reception staff are happy to facilitate booking private tours and activities - whether a sunrise tour to Angkor Wat or an onsite cooking class. We took them up on the sunrise tour and they connected us with a WONDERFUL guide and even supplied us with a takeaway breakfast at 4:30am!

I wish we had more time here, I would have loved to do a cooking class and book a service in the spa. The restaurant is incredible (which cannot be said of many hotel restaurants) - best fish amok I've ever had - and amazing congee for breakfast!

Thank you to the remarkable staff for making this the ultimate experience in Siem Reap!

Had a wonderful stay at Mane. Staff was eager to help and always attentive.

The shower was a bid odd (no door) and hard to get the right temperature, but that’s such a small thing in the grand scheme of things.
