This is a great place to stay with excellent service provided by the staff. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was consistently well-stocked, and the staff were accommodating to our needs. We dined at the hotel restaurant a few times; however, the dinner offerings were somewhat disappointing compared to the other amenities. Offering a wider variety of dinner options, particularly vegetarian choices, would improve the overall experience.

This is the most amazing location! We reviewed the photo album showing the condition of the property when the family first started their renovations. The finished product is incredible.

This was a beautiful site, with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. The only things I would recommend changing are the mattresses, which were firm but futons and didn't provide great support. Investing in good thick mattresses would make a huge difference. And I would also add a nice scent to the linens as everything smelled very strongly of vinegar, which we understand is used to disinfect ecologically. But a bit of lavender or lemon essence would dramatically improve the scent.

Our stay in this gorgeous Masseria was the best. Our room was in our own stone small building and the interior is beautiful and clean. But the best part is by far the friendliness and great service of the staff and of the family who owns the Masseria. The food is also amazing! We will definitely plan to go again!

Great location for exploring Puglia about an hour from Alborobello, Lecce, 40 mins from locorotondo and monopoli. Has a lovely restaurant but your 15 mins drive from Ostuni which is well worth visiting too. The staff are very helpful. The room we had was great the pool is lovely. All in all a great place to start a visit to the area. Would stay again.

It is a bit of a drive into Ostuni, but for us this was a positive. A rural location with an amazing setting. Beautifully restored with simple stone rooms and a swimming area that is stunning. It is a family run business where nothing is too much to ask. The restaurant offers fresh local produce and a different menu daily with a couple of choices for each course. They ask you to preorder breakfast but are accommodating if you want to add extras. The whole complex us well maintained and you feel a part if it’s history.

We spent 3 nights at Masseria Ayroldi. The farm itself was in a nice setting, however for €180 per night it was definitely overpriced.
The room was tiny, we could barely open our luggage case. There was also no complimentary water in room.
Breakfast quality was poor, there was limited choice and they offered defrosted frozen pastries. You will have to pay an additional €4 for an egg. Very disappointed as we would expect some more local produce to be served.
The onsite restaurant is also overpriced with ok food. An aperol spritz was €8, while the restaurant in tourist areas in the region only charge €5.

It has potential but it’s definitely not a top masseria yet. Owners are very kind, but staff in general is not well trained and service is patchy. Just a few examples: loose toilet seat and partially blocked sink remained unattended for a week; drinks and food service was inconsistent; laundry advertised as available but staff didn’t know how to arrange or what the price is (eventually quoted 125 eur for a set of laundry which we got done in town for 20 eur); requested deposit for pool towels which feels completely unnecessary (25 eur); some of the experiences advertised on the website are not available.

Beautiful & very tasteful renovation into a series of rooms & appartments of a former farm. Our room was full of character & well appointed & had a little covered terrace area. Stunning pool & grounds. Rather starkly lit communal restaurant which was perfect for breakfast but lacked charm or character in the evening albeit the fixed menu was derived from produce on the estate & perfectly tasty. We arrived by train to Ostuni & didn't have access to a car which was a mistake on our part. Each taxi trip to Ostuni or other nearby villages to restaurants was E20 & in some cases E60 (for a 6km journey). Ideally therefore you need a car to make the most of this lovely, tranquil place ...

Ein fantastisches Hotel, das von einer sehr lieben Familie geführt wird. Ich habe mich noch nie so wohl gefühlt an einem Ort und werde gerne wieder kommen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung und nahegelegenen Städtchen. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr malerisch und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Es wird grossen Wert auf individuellen Service und Sauberkeit gelegt. Ich kann dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen jedem weiterempfehlen!

Danke für die schönen Tage die wir verbringen konnten. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, die Zimmer super eingerichtet mit der Geschichte und bis ins Detail überdacht. Die Anlage war eine ehemalige Masseria (Farm) die mit ihrer Geschichte in ein wunderbares Hotel umgewandelt worden ist.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer da, danke Ihnen und Guiseppe für Ihre freundliche Art.
Der Pool war eine echte Oase zum abschalten und eine coole abkühlung. Morgenessen alles superfrisch und fein.
