Stop looking and book this hotel now!

We absolutely loved our stay here, it is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The airline had lost our bags en route and we showed up tired and frustrated from that experience but the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind that we soon snapped out of it. Marilyn in particular was especially helpful in helping us navigate the airline’s lost baggage system and even took it over for us, calling each day and speaking with them (our Italian is terrible). All the staff were just the best and whatever they could do to help, they would. We felt completely at home here and can’t wait for our return visit. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and it’s nice to be a little out of town so you can enjoy the serenity of the countryside. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Interesting building, we had lovely patio although the room was on the small size, very smart modern bathroom. Always nice and quiet by the pool, which was very large for the size of hotel !

The hotel has loads of character due to the age of the property and it being equivalent to a listed building. The rooms were fine and had everything you need in them, they are slightly small and the air conditioning is not the best but it worked and it didn’t matter as we spent most of our time exploring and relaxing by the pool. A car is a must when staying here to make the most of the area as well as the nearest restaurants and shops being a fair walk down a country road. The staff where all lovely and very helpful on recommending where to go and making reservations for us! The grounds are well kept and have lovely tables dotted around where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. Due to the minimal rooms it allowed us to have a personal experience and meant there was always room around the pool and breakfast was never too busy. Had a lovely holiday here and would go back :)

The hotel is located slightly outside the old town limits, yet very close.
Its sits on a huge beautifully landscaped gardens.
We stayed here for 2 nights in June of 2019. Mostly interacted with Marilyn who went above and beyond our expectations. She recommended several places for us to eat and made reservations for us.
This is a small family owned old chateau and it is ran very smoothly.
Highly recommend it.

lovely hotel in a very quiet setting, room was clean and spacious and bathroom standard was excellent. breakfast was served on the terrace which was very nice and the pool area was very relaxing - overall would stay here again although it is a bit out of town

Great hotel with pool

Hotel is set in a very beautiful location and only 5 mins in taxi from Ostuni. Stafff wee really helpful and rooms were clean with modern bathroom.

Lunch menus was limited as got fed up with eating omelette every day.

Great hotel and would recommend to anyone.

Lovely welcoming and all receptionists very helpful. Rooms are comfortable but a little small. Breakfasts more than adequate. Pool facility and grounds were very good. Only downside which the hotel couldn't do anything about was being bitten to death I guess due to all the surrounding trees, a perfect home for all biting and stinging insects.

Super nice staff and environment

If you’re looking for a relaxing stay this is a great choice. It’s super calm but at the same time not so far from the centre.
The staff at the reception are extremely nice and welcoming. We had a problem with the shower, it wasn’t draining, and they solved it inmidiately.
In the morning the buffet breakfast was nice and in a really charming point by the fountain.
Overall a great experience!

This hotel is a renovated Italian villa dating from 1911. Lovely décor with original windows/ shutters and high ceilings. Very Italian feel. Lovely grounds and pool area. Staff service at pool side Breakfast was continental but with a lot of choice including nice selection of cakes. Staff are lovely - a very small team and was nothing too much trouble. Only slight downside is distance from the town. About 25 minute easy walking which we found no problem at all. However taxi into town is a bit expensive if you don't want to walk. - 15 Euro each way for 2.
Would definitely recommend staying here.

Unusual place to stay

The hotel is a good distance by foot to the center of Ostuni. The breakfast was basic. The bathroom was reasonably modern but the room was dated, really contrasting. The pool area was deserted so can feel a little strange. Staff were very nice

Charming Hotel In a Beautiful Setting

We loved the Hotel Park Novecento Resort. It's charming and beautiful. (It looks exactly like the photos.) The staff was fantastic organizing taxis excursions and recommending restaurants. Our room had a terrace that overlooked the pool and beautiful property. The beds could have been a little softer, but our room was nice with a large shower. Every night after returning from our daily adventures, we sat outside and ordered Prosecco, while practicing our Italian with the wonderful staff. It was hard to go home, but we'll be back!

Lovely hotel and pool

Brilliant hotel but on outskirts so will need taxis to take you to town (10€ each way). 20€ to get to Ostuni train station.
Excellent facilities - outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun beds that get sun all day.
Great rooms, we had a superior with a brand new bathroom and rainfall shower. An outdoor terrace with chairs and table. We were two friends staying but very romantic for a couple. Great if you have a car.
The girl in reception is fabulous and the lady from astonia in the restraint is fabulous too! Lovely staff who will book taxis for you and recommend places to visit.

Nice hotel a 20 minute walk from Ostuni

This is a pleasant hotel, the staff were very friendly and it is in a beautiful countryside setting. Although the rooms were a bit small they spill out onto your own section of a lovely communal balcony. It was off peak (April) when we stayed there and the weather was temperamental but we pretty much had the hotel to ourselves. There is ample parking at the hotel and I would recommend that you hire a car to see all the lovely sites of Puglia. Ostuni is a beautiful little town and there were often plenty of very nice restaurants serving good food and wine. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from Ostuni, which is very pleasant if the weather is fair.

Gorgeous Italian mansion stay

The grounds are gorgeous with a pool and outdoor seating areas. The building itself is a 19th century Italian mansion and while our standard room was on the small side, a private terrace (across a small hallway so not attached to the room but gives that vibe of house vs hotel) overlooked the well kept grounds and is perfect for a little mid afternoon snack or glass of wine
We were about a 10 min drive from Ostuni's white city old town; so ideal for a secluded break. Service was lovely, very friendly and kind staff.

A warm welcome to southern Italy

This was an amazing renovated Italian palace- with quick access to the the historic city of Ostuni and an easy drive to Alberbello. The property is gorgeous and the staff are excellent- especially Simone and Michele.

V nice hotel

Very nice hotel, grand grounds and lovely pool, our room had a private outside area, v. nice. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfasts, gave up on the usual cheese etc and stuck to the lovely fresh gateaux that appeared, each day a different couple!

Very private feeling, people kept themselves to themselves. A a gay couple ,no issues, was v nice.

Quiet relaxing hotel close to Ostuni

Great hotel, very friendly, helpful, English speaking staff. Very quiet hotel and pool where we could relax during the day, and a short 5 minute drive into Ostuni. Nothing to do at night but close to Ostuni. If you don't want to drive into Ostuni, taxis are available at €10 each way. Not advisable to walk after dark on the busy road. Good breakfast. The free parking and quiet surroundings are great after sightseeing all day.

Relaxing and very special

We had fantastic 5 nights in the hotel. The staff were great and the hotel really special overall.
The gardens and pool was really beautiful and the hotel had real character and history.
We would love to stay again.
Its a little bit of a walk from the town centre but not really a big problem as we like to walk and you can get taxis if needed.

Great grounds, small rooms

Our first room, #34, was one floor above the lobby. It was small as all the rooms are. The shower was phone booth small with no shower wand. It was impossible for me to wash my legs and feet. The airconditioner was inadequate for the small room. We moved to a room one floor below the lobby floor. It was much better, still small, but with a bigger shower and was not as hot.

Great for a couples holiday

We were after a holiday that was all about relaxing, good food and a bit of culture and that is exactly what we got! We went at the end of September beginning of October and I was worried about the weather but it was perfect 30 degrees most days and only one afternoon of wet weather. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly positioned for exploring Ostuni and the best that Puglia has to offer.

The hotel itself is nice enough, but the rooms are TINY! The bathroom is also very small, with possibly the smallest shower I have ever used! The bathroom is kept clean but it's quite dated and certainly could use a refurbishment (room & bathroom). Staff were nice, breakfast ok, pool was nice. The hotel seemed deserted though and we were there in the italian peak period. Very average hotel overall - the only real plus is the swimming pool.

Very nice hotel, good room, pleasant staff. Wifi is only available in the lobby and breakfast is a bit disappointing (but it is the norm in Italy even in classy hotels). Would recommend the hotel anyways.

Hotel Park Novecento

Beautiful exteriors, set in peaceful grounds, an oasis of tranquility. For the number of rooms the external facilities are very spacious, a large swimming pool, elegant restaurant setting, simple, good non fussy local cusine. Excellent service all round, the staff were very professional and friendly, they can help with all kind of local bookings and recommendations. The resort has held onto many 4 star qualities even though it was downgraded to 3 star (I suspect they will soon reclaim 4 star). The standard rooms and bathroom are unexpectedly small especially given the spacious feel of the resort but if you're travelling round the area (and Ostuni is strategic for visiting numerous points of interest), then this becomes less of a priority. Large breakfast buffet, served in beautiful large room, opening onto the hotel gardens. For August, the location was perfect, away from the busy bustle of Ostuni town. Besides the standard room dimension, there is nothing else you could fault the hotel.

The hotel staff were most helpful and polite the general manager could not be faulted, however, within my 5 night stay the restaurant was closed on two occasions, one the first evening I was offered no alternative and on the third evening there was a private party that thumped disco music until 2am.
The advertising states dining room breakfast only, I therefore checked this with the hotel who assured me at the time of booking the restaurant would be open for guests wishing to have dinner at the hotel.
The advertising also states there is a bar/lounge, also coffee shop/cafe ...there is neither..however if you wish, you can walk 2 flights of stairs from the terrace to the reception where you can get a coffee or beer, but thats not mentioned .
The staff cant be faulted, all polite and very helpful, the food itself (when you can get it) is not bad, however if you have the King prawns beware, they are not cleaned, all in all the price for a room is much higher than the sum of the hotels parts.I got a bit of a deal so the price I paid was fair,
I would use this hotel again if the price for a room were more realistic,or was offered another deal !! oh just to mention I looked at the rooms the hotel likes to call SUPERIOR these are the same as a basic room with the addition of a coffee machine (saves a long walk to reception) they are very slightly larger and you may get access to a terrace but in my opinion does not warrant the extra cost..overall its not a bad place, but if you are spending any amount of time within the hotel there is really nothing much to do ....no bar...no coffee shop...there is a lovely pool but thats about it.

assolutamente insufficiente

esperienza che non ripeterei. la pulizia e lo stato dell'immobile, oltre che della manutenzione generale della struttura, non è adeguata al prezzo pagato. la stanza aveva un cattivo odore, vi erano degli angoli sporchi di polvere e di capelli, dallo scarico del water uscivano insieme all'acqua una moltidudine di formiche, alcuni accessori erano malmessi e posticci. il bagno era piccolissimo ed aveva il vetro della finestra rotto.
l'illuminazione della stanza era scarsa e poco efficiente. prese per alimentare caricabatterie o altro mancano, per caricare il telefono bisogna staccare l'alimentazione della luce da comodino.
lo stato in generale era al di sotto della categoria e sicuramente del prezzo pagato per notte, nonostante l'alta stagione. l'annunciata disponibilità di biciclette in realtà non vi è. la colazione è a dir poco scarna e pochissimo variata, senza alcun richiamo a prodotti tipici e con pochissima scelta
i lettini della piscina erano vecchi e manifestavano usura. complessivamente il giudizio è totalmente negativo, fatto salvo il posto che è molto bello ed il personale di servizio, assolutamente gentile e disponibile.
il prezzo pagato è a dir poco esagerato per la qualità generale dell'hotel

Supervriendelijke ontvangst, restaurant en bar nog dicht maar receptie zorgt uitstekend voor drankjes met iets lekkers erbij. Comfortabele kamers, niet heel ruim maar met alles wat je nodig hebt. Gezellige ambiance.

Quel bel endroit ! Jardins, jets d'eau, fontaines, chemins de promenade, piscine extérieure (en octobre l'eau est fraîche)... un bel écrin avec le bâtiment de l'hôtel comme bijou.

Villa del 1900 immersa nel verde

Abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana di ferragosto e non ci sembrava vero di essere fuori dal caos che, di solito, regna negli hotel in questo periodo. Siamo stati accolti da Michele che con cortesia e professionalità ci ha accompagnati in camera, a cena nel meraviglioso giardino abbiamo conosciuto Luigi che ci ha serviti, o meglio coccolati, per tutta la vacanza (GRANDE LUIGI!) e, se si ha bisogno di qualsiasi cosa, alla reception c'è Simona che pensa a tutto.
Stanze pulite, cibo ottimo, cortesia e professionalità...cosa chiedere di più???
Da ritornarci sicuramente, grazie ragazzi!
