I loved my stay at Boutiquehotel La Casa. The hotel itself is beautiful — styled in a warm Spanish-inspired design that feels elegant and welcoming. The spa was one of the highlights of my trip: the sauna and pool were absolutely amazing and created such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, and the breakfast each morning was really delicious. The Christmas decorations were stunning as well — truly magical and thoughtfully done. I would definitely stay here again.

A couple of small things could be improved. I had forgotten conditioner while traveling, and the hotel didn’t have any basic amenities available for guests who might need something. I also misplaced my iPhone charger during the trip, and they didn’t have chargers or small essentials on hand the way many hotels do. Those little conveniences would have made the stay even more comfortable.

On my last night, a very noisy couple moved into the room next door, and I could hear their conversation and banging pretty clearly — the walls are on the thinner side. Not the hotel’s fault, but something to be aware of.

Overall, though, it’s a beautiful hotel with a wonderful spa, lovely staff, fantastic holiday atmosphere, and a great breakfast. I enjoyed my stay very much!

Friendly dtaff, parking onsite (not free), somewhat walkable to the old part of the city otherwise taxi is sufficient. Hotel was clean and safe, but no air conditioning. Room was nice, spaceous enough, clean, and quiet.

This property is a true gem! It is by far the cleanest and tidiest hotel we have ever visited. The room was large and quiet and very clean. The location was good - it was a small (and safe!) walk from the city center which was perfect for an after dinner stroll back. We look forward to staying there again.

Really classy, above average. Great customer service and attention. We had our every need taken care of. We were able to get free street parking after 8:00 p.m. Sat and all day Sunday, but they do have a garage on site for a small fee. Spa was wonderful. You have to schedule a time due to Corona, but then you have the spa to yourself. Great views from the top floor. Easy walk to the old town area and everything we wanted to see. Loved our stay.

Good choice for Tübingen

Unique, comfortable and immaculate hotel with easy access to the town centre.
The bus stop right outside takes you to the max plank institute and universities via the town centre and rail station using bus number 3.
It has a nice fitness area.
The bedroom is comfortable and has a Spanish theme, although some of the bathroom features such as the quirky shower head are not so practical .
Wifi is fast and reliable.
Meals in the restaurant are high quality with prices to match.
I can recommend and will use again.

Actually, I travel a lot for business and pleasure, but I don't write reviews. I am making an exception to make sure I acknowledge the most amazing group of people that work in the hotel. From the moment I arrived at the hotel until the day I left I absolutely had the most outstanding service, I think better than Ritz and Four Seasons. Specially, Angela and Madeline were superb, off course the hotel was fantastic also. Thank you all for making our stay very pleasant.

I had a very positive stay at this hotel, the hotel has good parking, the receptionists are kind, friendly and very welcoming.
The hotel has spa area which was nice to use.
Rooms are comfortable i liked it a lot only downside was not much room to open my luggage.
Bathroom have everything you will need.
I would definitely return in the future when i am in town.

Not sure I would say this is a 5 star hotel. No iron or ironing board in the hotel. The only way to get something pressed it to send it out. Then it is a 4 Euro charge. When I checked out and asked she said the hotel says that is part of a service from a 5 star hotel. Well I disagree. I think it is a great option but we wanted to press something before going out and something for the morning. And then to be charged is not ok. But the staff was remarkable! Easy to walk to city center. Quiet and safe area.

Lovely hotel, distant from downtown

A lovely hotel, very chic and updated. Staff were superb, all English speaking. Breakfasts were expensive but featured a lavish buffet, so well worth it. Hotel is not air conditioned, odd for a five star place. And it's in a nice neighborhood that's quite far from downtown, a bit of a food desert, with only one restaurant close by. We had to take the bus everywhere, and it ran only twice an hour. So though I liked the place, I wouldn't stay there again.

Great staff and service. The hotel was also in immaculate condition - very clean. Unfortunately I was there for one of the few hot days that Tubingen experiences from time to time and without air conditioning or fans the room was very hot and uncomfortable.

Loved the decor

Room smallish but had everything except air con. However windows did open. Very stylish hotel a 15min walk to the town. Only real problem for me was the Wi Fi which was very hit and miss as cable connect no use for tablets or phones. Seems to be a known problem with the staff so suggest that they get this fixed as this could stop me and business people using hotel again.

The gentlemen who played the piano was very, very good after a long day of driving from Basel, Switzerland it was nice to be able to relax and enjoy the evening. The front desk was very helpful in telling us where to go in Old City of Tubingen.

Top notch luxurious apartment style rooms

We stayed one night with a family of five (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 baby) in a spacious, modern, well outfitted apartment style room. A minibar of soft drinks and beer was included, along with herbal tea and a little fresh fruit. Service was friendly and responsive. Mattresses were the only thing we found lacking: a little cheaper than expected, given how nice everything else was. The breakfast was €18/person so we skipped it and had coffee and pastries at the bakery just across the street. The old town was a lovely 15-20 minute walk away across the Neckar River. If you're not keen to eat Swabian specialties (I'm not a fan) I highly recommend dinner at the Italian Zum Alten Fritz on Gartenstrasse: delicious!

Surrounding area rather run down, walk to town, not the nicest of walks via the underpass. However the Hotel made the walk worth it's while. Very beautiful decor, very personal service from all members of staff, who all address you by name. rooms small but adequate for what you need, with included mini bar, and fruit in room. Menu in resturant and room service small selection but very good food, buffet breakfast very good. If you need anything that you don't see ask the staff are more than happy to help you if they can. yes I will recommend this hotel and I will stay there again if I'm in the area.

A little bit too far away from must-see sights

The hotel is wonderful, comfortable and clean. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room we stayed had all the amenities you expect in a 4 star hotel, was very quiet and had a little balcony. The breakfast buffet is a little pricey with Euro 17 per person. It would be nice if they also offered an European breakfast for less money.

The hotel was remarkable for its friendly and very helpful staff. The room was lovely and well appointed. The restaurant was exceptional, the food was perfect and the waiter was attentive and professional. The spa was delightful. Our only disappointment was the lack of air conditioning, which was problematic. Our room faced the street and west. We could not leave the window open because of street noise. Thankfully, the lovely staff brought us a fan. We would recommend this hotel.

A little pricey

There are only 2 \"big\" hotels to choose from in Tubingen...this one and the Hotel Krone. I have stayed in both and must say I prefer the Krone. It is in the middle of downtown and is slightly less expensive than La Casa.
La Casa sells itself on it's spa, which I found sub-par. The spa facilities themselves are beautiful, but I was extremely disappointed in the fresh water pools that were FREEZING cold! I would have loved to have had a warm pool to relax in! The breakfast in the AM was delicious, but overpriced. Drinks at the bar were extremely expensive as well. I would expect these kind of prices in a big city like Berlin, but not in a quaint little hamlet like Tubingen! La Casa is a lovely hotel, but I will be staying at the Krone next time I am in Tubingen.
