Amazing Stay at Hotel Fortuna

We had an Amazing weeklong stay at Hotel Fortuna. Room was very comfortable, Breakfast was plentiful and delicious; and the Staff was helpful and very supportive. The Desk Host Receptionist was Wonderful ~O'orhah?! She helped us with Everything, logistics, taxis, food delivery etc... We Loved It, and will be back for our next family trip in February 2026.

Hôtel situé en bordure de l’autoroute et très facile d’accès.

Bon rapport qualité/prix.
Très propre.
Nous avons pris la chambre avec sofa-lit qui était parfaite pour une un couple avec enfants.

Le déjeuner (buffet) était excellent. Beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts.

Nous avons aussi soupé sur la terrasse. Bonne cuisine allemande. Par contre, la carte est limitée.

All one needs.

All the hotel one needs during their travels. Breakfast has something for everyone. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was adequate. For parking on-site and an included breakfast, the price was very reasonable. I would stay here again if in the area.

Es ist ein gutes Hotel, direkt an der Landstrasse. Klimaanlage ist drin und es war sauber. Sicherlich kein high end aber wir konnten alle 3 bequem und sicher schlafen. Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig, in die ecken sollte man nicht genauer schauen. Von 4 Sternen erwartet man deutlich mehr. Der Spa Bereich war extrem unaufgeräumt und dreckig überall lagen benutzte Handtücher und Frische waren nicht aufzufinden. Bademäntel waren auch ständig nicht auf Lager, schade. Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück auch gut. Dafür noch einen Stern mehr.

Zimmer wie beschrieben. Frühstück vielfältiger als gedacht. War im Oktober dort und bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man die Straße so gut wie gar nicht und es war angenehm warm. An unserem letzten Abend haben leider permanent irgendwelche anderen Gäste laut das rumpoltern angefangen. Da ich es aber nicht genau lokalisieren konnte und es der letzte Abend vor der Abreise war, haben wir uns diesbezüglich nicht beschwert. Wenn man die Beschreibung genau liest und sich die Bilder anschaut, weiß man eigentlich vorher was man bekommt. Daher volle Punktzahl.

Frühstücksbüffet war okay, aber ab und zu waren die Gurken und Tomaten dabei, die vermutlich nicht frisch waren.
Außerdem war die Dusche kaputt.

Dass das Hotel direkt an der B28 liegt und deswegen schon mal nicht ruhig sein kann, weiss man wenn man sich die Hotelbeschreibung anschauen... Dass dort aber wohl regelmäßig am Wochenende Veranstaltungen mit lauter Musik bis tief in die Nacht stattfinden erfährt man erst vor Ort. Da helfen dann auch keine Ohrstöpsel die man statt einem Stück Schokolade auf seinem Kopfkissen vorfindet. Wir waren 2 Stockwerke unter der Veranstaltungsetage und es war unmöglich. Unter der Woche vielleicht eine Option, am Wochenende ein No-Go. Ich muss mir halt überlegen ob ich ein Hotel oder eine Disko betreiben will

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr alt und teilweise defekt. Das Bad sollte gründlicher geputzt werden. Mit einer Schwarz Licht Lampe wird dies sichtbar. Fernsehen ist vom Bett aus nicht möglich und auf dem Stuhl sitzend gibt es Wirbelsäulen Schäden. Nicht empfehlenswert

Das Hotel war im großen und ganzen gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten bequem. Der Sauna und Fitnessbereich ist ausreichend ausgestattet um sich dort entspannen zu können. Die Preise im Restaurant sind gehoben, das Essen aber gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist, dass auch Glutenfreie sachen Angeboten werden und es Milchalternativen gibt. Alles in allem würde ich dort auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Das Personal war eher gelangweilt, auf die Frage, was man in der Umgebung machen kann, gab es nur spärliche Auskünfte. Wir faden dann selbst einen sehr schönen Spazierweg. Das angegliederte Restaurant ist grundsätzlich am Wochenende geschlossen, selbst eine Tasse Kaffee wurde nicht angeboten. Auf die Frage, wo man in der Umgebung essen gehen könnte, kam die Antwort da müssen sie in die Innenstadt fahren. Wir selbst haben dann ein wunderbar zu Fuß erreichbares Lokal gefunden.
Über den Wellness -Bereich gab es keine ausreichenden Auskünfte, die Öffnungszeiten ab 17:00 Uhr (Sauna) sind unzureichend. Für Wochenendaufenthalte ungeeignet.

Habe leider ein Standart Zimmer zur Straße gebucht. War mit gekippten Fenster in der Nacht sehr laut - Kraftfahrstrasse!!!!
Würde das nächste Mal ein Zimmer zum Innenhof buchen.

Wir werden alle älter - auch Hotels

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber das Haus braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Die Teppichböden sind out und unhygiensich, die Türen mit Schlüssel veraltet und dem Haus sieht man die Abnutzung an. Dennoch: Gute Parkplatzsituation, Bar und Restaurant und gut ausgestatteter Spa und Gym Bereich!
