This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. The hotel staff seem totally disinterested, provided no information about wifi, parking, breakfast or amenities. I tried to park in the garage and pressed button to access and nobody ever answered. Found out after that we were supposed to park at the school next door. Rooms were large, but bed was soft and uncomfortable with a single thin pillow and small duvet. And the cleaning lady just barged into my room at 7 AM without even a knock! This may have been a nice hotel when it opened 30 years ago, but has not been updated since. The staff seemed more interested in taking a lot of smoke breaks or lookjng after their pet dogs than actually helping customers. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had and I travel regularly for work. I normally don’t mind budget or value prices hotels but don’t pretend to be 4 star when you are not. This seems like a hotel that needs new management as there was not a single positive thing to say and I normally try to be balanced and find one good thing to say about a place. Avoid at all costs.

Contacted the hotel in advance informing them that I would arrive at around midnight and that I needed a car parking. The hotel's response was a bit disappointing - they did told me the latest check-in was at exactly midnight and that they could not guarantee me a parking.
After driving 5 hours, I was able to come shortly before midnight, luckily. But I was worried throughout this time that I could be late and that I would not find parking.

We stayed here for one night to visit Metzingen outletcity. The hotel is a ten minutes drive from the outlet, however it was hard to reach due to construction work on the street (not their fault for sure). Breakfast was nice and the free parking is a good option, but take care that the places are limited.

Vi kom ved 20,30 tiden vi måtte køre igen for at få noget at spise da køkkenet ikke var åbent. Da vi kom tilbage og ville se TV manglede fjernbetj. Som afløseren i receptionen ikke kunne gøre noget ved. Hotellet er af ældre dato hvilket bruser og bad samt vandhane ved håndvask bar præg af. Det var ikke muligt at finde en ekstra pude og tæppe. Die Hälfte des Personals ist unfreundlich und überfordert. Zimmer, bzw. das Bad war dreckig und würde auch nach Beschwerde innerhalb von 3 Tagen nicht gereinigt. Am Freitag war das Restaurant wegen Personalmangel kurzfristig geschlossen worden, ohne das die Hotelgäste davon was erfuhren. Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier, check in gegen 22 Uhr verlief reibungslos und Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer war für drei Personen sehr geräumig und die Dusche ein Traum. Beim Frühstück wurden wir leider enttäuscht, es gab keine Auswahl an Geflügel Aufschnitt aber das schlimmste waren die Brötchen, ich weiß nicht genau ob aufgebacken oder von gestern auf jeden Fall nicht frisch. Das war sehr Schade. Es gab eingeschweißtes Brot, das haben wir dann gegessen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr positiv. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen absolut perfekt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Cappucino war ein Traum. Das Zimmer ist schön, das Bad jedoch etwas veraltet. Die Tische im Frühstücksraum waren nicht sauber und auch teilweise reparatierungsbedürftig. Der Garten ist ungepflegt.
