There were 2 points that were annoying; however, the rest was excellent. I liked the cleanliness, the space of the room, the good and well connected location of the hotel and the friendly atmosphere.

Now the 2 points the hotel management could improve. Both are of technical nature.

Throughout my stay of over 2 weeks I had problems with the water for the shower and sink. The water was or got extremely hot and I had to call the hotel reception frequently to help me to adjust the temperature to \"normal\". I got told it was a malfunction of the water heating system. The solution was something they did on their side and I had to let run the water for 5 to 10 minutes. Even though this inconvenience was known of (I was told by hotel management) it didn't get fixed within 2 weeks.

The next point is the air conditioning. Once the weather got warmer I wasn't able to cool down my room sufficiently.

Nevertheless, I would stay at this hotel again because the rest was perfect compared to what I had expected. If they only would fix their technical insufficiencies it actually would be a great place to stay.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet basic expectations. The night staff was rude and extremely impatient. The toilet had a very unpleasant smell, and basic toiletries like shampoo and soap were not provided. Would not recommend.

Breakfast was fine but exactly the same every day-something most hotels should aim to change by providing the odd addition to the standard fare from time to time.
Front desk was helpful. Housekeeping was dreadful: room not cleaned properly and items in bathroom not replaced on three consecutive days. Surely the cleaner can see that paper goods, etc. need replenishing? The hotel is in the back of beyond, with an hourly bus service most of the time which took about an hour to an hour and a half to get into town. The hotel states that it has good public transport links-that is a joke. The alternative is to take the hotel shuttle to the airport (8 Euros) each time you want to head into town from there. The hotel is fine in terms of amenities but needs a makeover: corridors are dirty/scuffed. Were it not for the front-desk staff's helpfulness, I would say that the hotel was a real disappointment.

Avoid this hotel

Standard airport hotel where it would not be nice to spend more than one night before a flight, hotel is worn and over priced.
Biggest issue is that room was like a sauna and was almost 27 degrees. When mentioned to reception they advised they know the AC doesn’t work well and open the window, which led to mosquitos and not a lot of cooling.
Poor from hotel management to continue to charge high rates and not investing in refreshing the hotel/repairing faulty AC.

As a international Flight attendant of 26 years I have extensive experience with Hotels. I only can say CUDOS to the NH staff and the hotel. They offered amenities that sometimes a Hilton or Marriott would not offer. The room was very clean, modern, quiet and that for a extremely reasonable price. I definitely would stay there again.

Property is great, location is good. However, day after checked out they took money from my bank account worth £873.19 and I am not aware of this. I have contacted the property as I am back in my country already. I paid the property booking via Expedia in full. So, I was so shocked with this charges and I don't know what this for. I hope they will sort this matter quickly, and I need my money back.

The hotel is ok, but way less that what I expected. It look like a teen hotel, the ac was not running and the breakfast was ok. At least the staff was nice and compensate us with water and free parking for the ac. The parking is great because it is next to the hotel but it should be free.

Nice hotel, comfortable, and just a 15 min. shuttle ride to the airport. A little hard to find - thank goodness for gps. Room 304 has an odd plumbing issue. If someone is using the shower, only hot water is available at the sink! Otherwise the sink water operates normally.

Everything was actually good, reception very friendly, however in a twin bedroom for the bathroom to be separated from the bedroom only by a milky glass screen which allowed to see moving shapes was disconcerting, as sharing a twin room does not mean the individuals are necessarily intimate.

The breakfast was the worst of my stay. Flies and fruit flies all over the cheese area the cold cuts area the bread and coffee machine. In order to keep the flies away they have small fans running in those areas but could not keep the flies away. When I spoke to the resturant receptionist she told me she will speak with the manager.

Checking and staff quite good and smooth. Bathroom had one dirty towel on floor from last guest. Considering covid era, this was really careless. Reception informed us the room would be cleaned daily during stay and it was not!
Breakfast at 15 Euros was ok but nothing special. The room itself was very clean and air system was good.

Could ve a great hotel. But it isn't...

We stayed at this hotel to get some rest on a long road trip. We were tired when we arrived and had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the sole receptionist to serve all the customers ahead of us. There was another person \"in the backboffice\" that could have helped but she was not interested in doing so in seems... We went through the check-in process and were disappointed by thw fact that the 24-hour room service advertised on the Hotels.com app was no more... No option for food at the hotel.
We finally got our room key and it was well over 30°C in the room so we set the thermostat to 20°C but nothing happened. Rang reception and was told \"Sorry, the aircon is broken, nothing we can do\". So we had to open the window and hope not to be eaten alive by mosquitos. And then we tried to watch some TV but it wasn't working. The remote control probably needed fresh batteries...
Breakfast was OK though!

Nice hotel, lovely friendly front desk clerks and would have given it five stars but for two issues. Main one was that the water temperate in the shower was not consistent. It would cycle from hot to cold and back again, all in a few seconds time. Very uncomfortable. Second was that the hallway was filthy with accumulated bits and pieces. It didn’t look like it had been vacuumed for quite a while. Absolutely loved the “Elevator Show”. It was startling at first and then entertaining. Never seen that before. Clever idea.

I loved everything about this hotel! Conveniently located at 10 to 15 minutes from the airport, shuttle service to and from the airport. Beautiful, modern, clean, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and also at the restaurant. You can choose to include breakfast, and the breakfast buffet is very complete and good. They also give you 10% discount vouchers if you choose to eat at the restaurant. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. I totally recommend this hotel! Would love to stay there again!

The hotel itself was of a soight retro decor. Although the rooms had items that seemed complimentary but you still had to pay for it all. There is no gift shop to buy little things for family at home. But the worst thing was after an EXPEDIA Representative set me up with a paid breakfast with a higher price for the room. I ended up paying for the breakfasts on the side. WONT EVER BOOK WITH EXPEDIA AGAIN.

Terrible experience wont use this hotel again

When I arrived the management of the hotel had decided to close off the largest section of the car park due it being muddy. When I enquired as to where I could park I was not given any alternative and eventually told that \"It was not the hotel's responsibility to provide for parking my car\". I travel heavily within europe on business and mostly in Germany. I have never encountered such a bad attitude to customer service in my life. I will never stay at this hotel again and it has made me question whether to even use the NH group of hotels again. This is after all a 4 star hotel and I expect much better than this.

Also the first night I found one of the coffee creamer sachets was already open. I made a coffee the next morning with the two white sugar sachets, these were not replaced. The next day I used the two brown sugar sachets, these were not replaced either. I mean seriously this is how such a hotel treats its guests? Do they even know the meaning of the word \"guest\"?

The area is a bit \"industrial, with limited eating/bars within walking distance.

well my room was changed from second floor to 3rd floor .dirty corridor,bad smell ,frigo bar was empty and I have to pay 25 euros for the gym and sauna since from Monday to Wednesday,i became someone susceptible to stole bathrobe (reception explanation..) staffs not really polite and unprofessional .we have to move to another hotel with better services and clean
