The check-in and check-out process was quite complicated. It wasn’t possible to get a single bill for the two rooms we had booked — we had to pay each parking ticket separately, then each room, and even the breakfasts individually. Strangely enough, the dinner could be charged to one room without any issue.

Aside from that, the hotel is very centrally located within walking distance to Messe Stuttgart. The staff were friendly, but the menu was limited, with several items sold out, and the breakfast offering was also rather restricted. Overall, we expected more for EUR 230 per room per night.

Not for the business traveler.

Ana at the front desk was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The room, however, was nothing more than a box with a bed, TV, and a bathroom. No desk, no desk chair, no closet, no fridge, no microwave, and no kettle. Horrible to try to do emails in the room. This is not a hotel for the business traveler.

Very nice hotel indeed. Great atmosphere in the bar/lobby area. Calm but vibrant and well presented. 5 min taxi ride from the airport (€15). Polite and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and nicely styled. Some tea and coffee making options in the room would have been very welcome and more plug sockets for charging.

Unique, Awesome, and FUN hotel with great staff.

It's a quirky and unique hotel that is really fun. With a great staff like Nick and Yana, it is really nice to just hang out in the lobby and chill or work. Has a lot of interesting stuff and games in the lobby (like a HUGE Jenga game, mini ping-pong table, foosball, a videogame, mini-billiards, etc.). People walk around the lobby taking pictures of all the cool stuff. Just check out some pics on their site.
The rooms are cozy and comfy, but the lobby is the big feature here. Decent gym, lots of tables in lobby to relax and enjoy a drink. numerous tables for eating, socializing etc. Even small rooms for business work meetings and such. Oh, and wi-fi is fast and reliable everywhere on the property, even outside.

Last minute booking done via the Expedia app in a motorway service hotel station after long drive. It couldn’t have worked out any better.
Great staff & funky atmosphere in the hotel bar helped us to relax before much needed sleep ahead of continuing the drive in the morning

Hotel was the cleanest and most comfortable I’ve stayed in over my two week trip. Beds are great. Only down side would be it’s not near the actual city center and very industrial, but there are some great places to eat close by this area!

Quirkey hotel but nice and I would stay again

The Moxy Stuttgart is a minimalist style hotel with what I’d label a hipster presentation. The lobby is a fully open area where reception and the bar are one and the same as a counter island.

The rooms are the minimalist aspect where there are no closets, drawers or chairs. For clothes, there is a peg on the wall with 3 coat hangers. There was a foot stool which may have been tasked to be a chair. The room was quite comfortable with good air conditioning available. Multi-language TV was available.

Breakfast was an extra 12 Euro and was the standard fruit and cereal section accompanied by meat and cheese platters. A variety of breads were available with a very good, and varied, selection of jams and butters. Good coffee was provided as were juices by machines- perhaps 6 to 7 types of coffee were available.

Even though minimalist, I would definitely stay again.

From the check-in to the check-out the Staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Collectively they created a fun friendly atmosphere that made us feel relaxed for the duration of our stay.
Would definately book to stay here again when in Stuttgart.

Retro style hotel

This hotel has a lot of character with a very retro / hipster feeling! The room was lovely, affordable, and very close to the airport. Staff was also very friendly. The TV also allowed me to connect my phone via wifi and play netflix. They had board games and a foosball table in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with an awesome vibe!

I wish all of my hotel experiences could be like this. The rooms were comfortable and show was great. Everything is super clean and easy to get around. The best part of this hotel is the overall vibe. Very cool, modern and positive. There were daily affirmations written all over the place and I had a smile on my face the whole time.

Came to Stuttgart to experience the Xmas markets, although the hotel isn’t close to the city centre, it is close to a train station with cheap and accessible links into the city. Fantastic hotel for the price, unlikely to find anything with a similar price for the quality closer to the city.

All good Staff Excellent, only issue for me was the limited food menu and lack of Chair and Desk in room to work at although I was told this was to encourage people to use the open desks in the reception area. However not ideal if you are awake in the middle of the night, other than that good value for money.

OK for an airport hotel, but not worth the price

Comfortable beds, but the heating was broken in my room, never managing to get to a comfortable temperature (and that's after I found that the heating circuit breaker had gone and reset it).
The breakfast is OK, but nothing fancy. It is not a cooked breakfast.
Upon arriving I was greeted with \"hotel is full, no room for you\" despite having booked and pre-paid a 5-nights stay on a booking site. At midnight and after a long trip, this was a very poor welcome indeed!

Didn't live up to expectations. No fridge, no security safe which means you have to carry all important and private documents, passport, etc.have to be carried with you everywhere. Also no tea/coffee facilities, TV only German channels.
In view of above I would never come back to this hotel again unless changes are made. Also no telephone available in room to get hold of reception for an emergency. I regret spending my time in this hotel.

Rooms were disappointing

The hotel invested all of their money into the lobby. It was a pretty cool/different hotel lobby than I've ever walked into. However, the rooms were disappointing and lacked warmth and comfort. The beds and pillows were the worst. I would of been more comfortable on a blow up bed, and I actually ended up using my sweatshirt as a pillow because the pillow they provided keep my neck and head at a 90 degree angle. Also, apparently the heat and AC was broken per the front desk. So the room was incredibly hot even if the heat/ac unit was completely off. We opened the window but the noise from the highway was too loud. Long story short, I'm glad we only spent one night at The Moxy.
On a positive note, the front desk was super nice and bilingual. You get a welcome drink when you arrive, and the lobby/bar is fun.

Relativ lauter Brummton im Zimmer ( trotz Zimmerwechsel - musste Ohrstöpsel kaufen, sonst hätte ich nicht schlafen können. Im Zimmer kein Mülleimer, kein Kleiderschrank und keine Minibar.
Frühstück grottenschlecht. Fertig-Rührei. Auswahl sehr übersichtlich. Die Tische im Frühstücksraum wurden nach Benutzung nicht gereinigt, so dass ich mich bei den Krümeln vom Vorgänger bedienen konnte. Also besser kein Frühstück buchen und zum Bäcker gehen. Positiv: Das Bett war gemütlich. Fazit: Buche ich nicht nochmal.

Für eine private Reise haben wir uns dieses Hotel ausgesucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Herzlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, ein Welcome Drink wurde angeboten, das Frühstück lecker und der Rest war auch super. Kaffee oder Tee gibt's die ganze Zeit über kostenlos. Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Hotel reagiert nicht auf E-Mails und Anfragen

Schlechtes Hotel, unfreundliche Personal. Es wurde eine Kaution von meiner Karte ohne meines Wissens abgebucht. Die Rechnung ist erst beim Checkout erstellt, so dass es erst später auffielt. Auf die E-Mail Anfragen und Nachrichten über Buchungsportal reagiert Personal gar nicht. Bei der Nachfrage vor Ort ein arrogantes Verhalten.

Bel hôtel situé à deux pas de l’aéroport. Bon accueil et très bel espace bar/petit déjeuner.

Toutefois, à l’arrivée (après minuit), aucun moyen d’ouvrir notre chambre. Il semble que ça arrive souvent (les serrures se « déchargeraient » rapidement.

Le personnel est adorable mais contraint de nous déplacer dans une petite chambre au rez de chaussée, bruyante donnant sur le parking et la sortie de secours.

Aucune excuse ni compensation, c’est dommage 🙂

スタッフの対応はフレンドリーで親切で満足です。部屋は1人だと充分広いし綺麗です。アメニティーグッズはハンドフォッシャーと備え付けのシャンプーとコンディショナーだけです。ゴミ箱がバスルームに１つだけで部屋にはありません。近くにスーパーとSUBWAYがあるだけで飲食店はないです。

sauberes Hotel mit trendiger Einrichtung. Gute Anbindung per Bus an Palladium Stuttgart. Ca.5 Minuten ist die Bushaltestelle entfernt. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück für 11 Euro pro Person hätte etwas mehr Auswahl haben können. Wir waren erst um viertel nach 9 beim Frühstück aber selbst dann sollte der Käse und Schinken noch nicht am Rand getrocknet aussehen. Das tat er jedoch. Leider etwas schade und einziger Kritikpunkt.
