Nice hotel, a little old, however refurbished and rooms fully up to date. Hotel is in very nice area and you get 5 hours in the swimming pool with your room. Good breakfast - allthough scrambled eggs are standing from opening to closing - 4 hours. Restaurant could improve - food was ok, but ordered an Entrecote and got a flat ribeye - changed sides from french fries to patato salad, which according to the waiter was ok - but then - later with the bill a charge of 2 Eur for changing. I think this action explains the service level, we are at.

The staff was friendly during check in. A slight language barrier with finding things to do in town with us speaking English. We went to the mineral spa next door for a minimal fee. We brought our two children with us 12 and 9 and we were clearly the youngest at the mineral pool/spa. We would go back.

The hotel is in a very good location. The room was good. The bathroom was very small but functional. Only low point was that the room was cold..very cold. We ordered a coffee at night but the coffee machine was not working. The breakfast was excellent.

Spent the night here. Overall very good. While their restaurant is very good, i wouldn't suggest it. I was charged 15 euros for a plate exactly the same as the kids kassespatzle plate and that one was only 5 euros, they tasted and looked exactly the same.

Stayed here recently when all hotels in nearby Reutlingen (where I was needed each day) were full. Had a lovely stay here, easily accessed by public transport too. There is a lovely alpine feel of healthiness to the area. The hotel was clean, comfortable, the breakfast, restaurant and the prices were very very good, they have discounted tickets to the nearby Alb Therman of which I visited on the last evening. However all in all I was delighted with the hotel, staff very helpful and friendly, rooms clean, quiet & comfortable.

Zimmer soweit Ok,.. leider wurde kurz nach acht Uhr die Bäume und Hecken direkt am Hotel verschnitten was mich aus dem Schlaf gerissen hat. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut, aber für die veranschlagten Preise viel zu wenig auf dem Teller. Personal im Hotel und Restaurant waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Vi havde kun en nat på hotellet. Det er et ældre hotel, som set udefra trænger til en opdatering. De er begyndt på denne opdatering på værelserne, og vi var heldig at få værelser der var renoveret - de var dog endnu ikke kommet til badeværelserne.

Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe leider ein renovierungsbedürftiges Zimmer mit einem Minibad bekommen. Mein Kopfkissen war gefühlt eine Hülle mit Schaumstoffflocken. Der VIP-access bestand aus einem Essensgutschein von 15€, den man nicht spontan einlösen kann. Nur mit Tischreservierung. Ich durfte aber eine Suppe mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Andere Essensmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung nicht. Das Preis- Leistungsangebot stimmte für mich nicht.

Hotel etwas schwer zu erreichen, da keine Ausschilderung wegen Baustelle auf Strasse. Hotel ist aus den 80ern, aber die Zimmer sind Top und Modern eingerichtet. Das Genäude ist ein ehemaliges Appartmenthaus, so das dort auch andere Institutionen vorhanden sind, z.B. VHS. So wurde man von den VHS-Besuchern schon um 7.30 Uhr geweckt, da sie sich vor der Tür laut unterhalten und gelacht haben, obwohl Zimmer auf den ruhigen Park gerichtet war.

Der Preis von 191 € Ü/F Nacht, auch wenn es Sylvester war, ist total überteuert! Der besondere Clou war, dass man an Sylvester nicht im Restaurant essen und nicht an die Bar konnte, da alles wegen Sylvester reserviert war! Ausser man hat das Schnäppchenangebot für 185,-0 € pro Person für den Sylvesterabend gebucht!!!!! Alternative: 3 km Fussmarsch oder Taxi in die Stadt!!
Da das Hotel nicht mal einen eigenen Pool oder Fitnessraum hat, sondern nur die Nähe zur Therme, finde ich den Zimmerpreis total überzogen, zumal das gleiche Zimmer ab 07.01. für mehrere Tage nur den Preis von 95 € N inkl. HP kostet! Sorry da fühlen wir uns komplett vera....! Wir haben das so gebucht OK! Aber das soll nicht nur uns eine Lehre sein!!

Das war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, und wir kommen gern wieder! Freundliches Personal, ruhige Lage mitten im Park, wenige Gehminuten bis zur Therme, gepflegtes Zimmer mit sehr guter Matratze. Auch bei längerem nachdenken fällt mir nichts ein, was ich ernsthaft kritisieren könnte.

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, aber leider war unser Zimmer noch nicht so renoviert wie abgebildet. Das Frühstück ist mit 16€ extra zu bezahlen, was mehr erwarten lässt, als man bekommt. Leider sind auch die Hotelparkplätze rar, so dass man auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen gegen Tagesgebühr parken muss.

Ok, but feels a little old.
We should only stay one night on our way home. We came around 6 pm. and got the room from a very sweet receptionist. The room was clean and spacious, but there was an “old smell” that wasn’t very nice. The bathroom was quite small, but clean. The hairdryer didn’t work very well. We couldn’t connect to the wi-if at all. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was good and fresh.

Check-In kurz und knapp. Service beim Abendessen im Restaurant extrem überfordert und unorganisiert. Lange Wartezeiten, missverstandene Bestellung. Qualität des Essens jedoch sehr gut. Zimmer war sauber, hell und geräumig. Dusche sehr klein und Boden extrem rutschig. Unser 4-jähriges Kind ist beim Duschen ausgerutscht und gegen die Fliesen geknallt. Sehr ruhige und angenehme Lage. Frühstück war nichts besonderes. Kein Buffet wegen Corona. Wir mussten jedes Mal alles vorne an der Theke holen und das für vier Personen. Personal hinter der Theke war sehr freundlich aber sichtlich überfordert mit dem Bedienen. Zu viele Gäste und Aufgaben gleichzeitig.

Passning through visiting the waterfall
The waterfall is close and a very nice daytrip. The Hotel we visited during May and we where definately the youngest couple staying there by far (we are 35 years old). We didn’t use the facilities that much except the resturang but it was well taken care.

Gute Lage, gleich gegenüber der Therme. Renovierungsstau: Das Hotel benötigt einen neuen Anstrich und die Möbel in den Zimmern sind veraltet. Zusätzlich, alte Fenster und Balkontüren die den Austritt nur über eine sehr hohe Schwelle ermöglichen.
