Front Desk Staff were Amazing but the hotel was as definitely lower quality than the price tag. We rented the jacuzzi room for Valentine’s Day for $225 and the tub was whole reason we were there. The room was not just dated, it was pretty grubby and dingy. The indoor pool was a nice surprise. But lack of basic amenities like ice, vending, sufficient towels in the room ( there were only 2 towels in the room despite the jacuzzi tub and No towels poolside) was a bit shocking.

Long hairs in the shower upon arrival, mattress cover coffee stained, bed sheets with multiple sharpied “K” along all edges of the sheets to identify them as King size, chunks of popcorn ceiling peeled and missing, an ottoman with a suspicious “water stain” across the entire top surface. Again, we came for the jacuzzi and it checked that box, but if it wasn’t such a long ride home I wouldn’t have spent the night.

The condition of the property was wholly unsatisfactory. The room was left visibly soiled, and the bed was not made to an acceptable standard, indicating a clear disregard for basic housekeeping protocols. Furthermore, both the coffee machine and the bathtub were noticeably dirty, calling into question the overall hygiene practices in place. Beyond these issues, the property itself shows significant signs of deterioration, reflecting prolonged neglect. A comprehensive renovation, along with an immediate overhaul of cleaning and maintenance procedures, is not only warranted but urgently required.

You can smell the odor from the carpets. The walls were dirty, the chair in the room was broken, the hallway smelled of Marijuana, the furniture looked to be about 50 years old and cheap. The bed was made but when i went to get in it everything was dirty. The front desk guy was nice though.

Overall okay if you are looking for a budget hotel. Stayed there for a night while on a road trip. Staff is very friendly and nice. Few areas where there can be improvement.
1. Cleanliness- The bedsheets and pillows had stains all over them. The sofas also look they were dusted long ago. There’s lot of scope for improvement in this regard.
2. Breakfast options- No protein or fruits option present in the menu. Simple fruits like bananas or apples and any option of eggs if added to the menu will be good.

The roome was under renovations and should not have been given to clientel until complete. The heat did not work and there were no blankets on the beds.
Also the tv only provided a limited amount of channels and would not turn on with the remote control.

I cannot say I liked anything special. Cleanness were average, staff were good and polite, building was old, breakfast was different, not in a good way.
Beds, which I think are the most important part of a room, were very uncomfortable, and old.
The Sofa that I slept on was old, broken and unusable.
It does not worth paying less for a room, but cannot sleep through night.

The complimentary breakfast was a major disappointment, consisting solely of bagels, bread, and cereal. There were no options such as cheese, croissants, eggs, or any variety that would typically be expected.
The facility itself is in need of significant repair and updating. Areas near the pool require attention, the walls and ceilings throughout show patchwork that diminishes the overall appearance, and the bathroom caulking should be redone. Additionally, several ceiling tiles need replacement as they are marked with unsightly leak stains, which negatively impacts the impression of cleanliness and upkeep.
In summary, while the staff were pleasant, the property requires substantial improvements in both amenities and maintenance to provide guests with a satisfactory stay.

Hot water for tea was at best luke warm, bagels and bread and I choice of jam and no name peanut butter from a jar I had to had to ask for a bottle of water which I received . Decor very outdated and what has been upgraded is of very poor quality. Free breakfast is basically grab a bagel out of the bag. Coffee was weak. There was only one yogurt in the fridge. We had to ask the gentleman for more and he handed it out to the other people waiting, while he had them tucked under his underarm. The no-name cream cheese for the bagels was tasteless. This seems to be a family-owned business and I wish them well because the property has so much potential, but even the new shower curtain in the bathroom isn't waterproof. If more attention was given to upgrading each room to the 21st century and the pool area to be more inviting, this could be a wonderful place. The king-sized bed was very comfortable but we had to pull out the 90's bedspread from the closet, since the paper thin upgraded replacement was not exactly warm and cosy.

We got so lucky finding this little gem, there’s a great pool right in the middle of the Inn that the kids just loved! The deep end was 7/8’! It’s a family run business and you could tell the staff cared very much about their establishment and guests. There was a variety of items out for a continental breakfast which saved us from having to spend more on food. They were doing some upgrading here and there on painting and edging which we didn’t mind, the price was great for what we got; 2 queen beds (very comfortable), pull out couch (clean), mini fridge and kitchenette with dishes all for way under market value. Sweet deal! We really enjoyed the place and would definitely go back. Highly recommend!

The motel was in very poor condition and not clean.
The room was poorly lit and there wasn't even a box of tissues in the room.
The toilet seat was loose and I almost fell when sitting due to it sliding to the side.
The tub floor was dirty and the shower curtain wasn't even long enought to fully close when showering.
On the plus side there was good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
The breakfast was sub par with only white bread for toast, and the coffee was terrible.
I let my feelings be know at the desk upon leaving.
The owner was cordial and extended a half price stay in the future.
We won't be staying again even at half price.
It was way over priced at $180.00 per night and would even be over priced at half price.
I would have preferred a full refund!

The staff were great. The included breakfast was very limited, no butter, only margarine. Jam in jars not individual pkg. No decaf coffee, no pastry or muffins. And very noisy from a TV blasting on a news channel. A small kitchen area in our room but no dishes or cutlery. no ice machine or ice buckets but we did get about 10 ice cubes in a bag that quickly melted in the heat. I think it's perhaps new owners and it should improve.
But again, the 1 staff member we saw was very friendly,

I booked for 2 nights had confirmation Clerk insisted it was for only one night but a second nigh was available same cost. No one was at the desk when we got there at 2.50 pm after we checked in the key food would not open the door we went out and someone took our parking spot in front of our door and refused to move No information about computer log in and no imformation abou a very old tv the rooms ver also very old we had stayed there years ago and it looked like the rooms had not been updated in 20 years no one at the desk when we checked out as well not very professional On the bright side the beds were comfortable

Very Poor. Ordered a room with one bed and got a room that was 2 beds once, but now only one bed and a lot of excess furniture they could not find any other place for. there was NO phone in the room. Was supposed to have WIFI but was told code # was on top of phone in room which was not there. The light beside the bed did not work as the bulb was burned out, and the quality of the picture on the televison was very poor. The hair dryer was broken from the wall.

I looked at reviews before booking this place. There is NO way that this place gets 10/10!!! Something fishy about review process. It’s an aging facility with a hint of mould in the air. The water pressure was good as was water temperature. I didn’t try breakfast because I wanted to go next door to Trapper’s Inn restaurant. The most I’d give it is a 7/ 10.
