This experience was an absolute disaster. Upon check-in, staff attempted to change the reservation. Then, we were assigned to a smoking room (not ideal for someone with asthma), dirty, in poor condition, no microwave, exposed light switches, and non-working outlets. Staff attempted to enter the room while we were out. They claim to be pet-friendly but harassed us about our dogs. The heater in our room did not work. We requested a different room since the temps were below freezing. The new room wasn't much better. Also dirty, holes in the wall, and not similar to our reservation request. Our first stay was excellent here, but after this stay, we won't be returning. Every part of our stay failed to meet what we reserved.

The room needed repairs. Light switch near the door did not work. It did not turn on any light. You have to walk through darkness to the bathroom to get a light on or use a flash light. The extra security latch had been broken off.
The motel is difficult to find. No name on the building and no lighted Motel 6 light working.

Was in town for a weekend cycling event. After an almost 4 hour drive had a small hiccup at check-in by having to wait for someone, but once I got checked in, no problems.

Room was clean and quiet, no signs of insects, bed was comfy, and had everything I needed like TV, microwave, and mini fridge. Only gripe may be the temperature of the hot water and the wifi both being weak.

Motel is located close enough to shopping and restaurants, which was super convenient including a Walmart HEB dollar general and a restaurant that anchors the parking lot.

Customer service from the start was friendly helpful and on point—one of the front desk agents even assisted with getting fresh towels when I mentioned I had returned early from my event while they were cleaning.

Overall, I enjoyed my visit to town and stay at this Motel 6, and I’d definitely choose it again when I’m in the area.

Room didn’t look like the photos on the Expedia. Pool hour were inconvenient for our stay. Check in and check out hours were shorter than a 24 hour day, check in after 4 pm and check out by 11am. Water pressure was wake, water temperature was lacking and shower head had the water going all over the place.

I needed a bedside outlet for my CPAP.
Not present.
I am handicapped by feeble knees, with no elevator, I had to climb stairs to a 2nd floor room to get non-smoking.
Towel rack by tub is loose.
On a positive, I received exemplary service from staff.

Check in was fine. The room was scary. Every layer of the bedding had holes in it from cuts or cigarette burns. Blood stains and literally looked like someone took a bite out of the padding. The tv remote didnt work so the channel was stuck and volume was blaring. Needed the tv on because I could hear the couple next to us all night. Only 1 outlet to use that worked and it was in the bathroom. And definitely wouldn’t even think about using the shower. The tub is chipping with paint and looked like they patched a huge hole infront of the toilet and they put 1 layer of paint over haha.

At first glance, you’re probably thinking this is a bad place to stay and you would be wrong. It’s actually very nice for the price especially. The rooms are large and spacious. They are very clean. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner was cold. Overall a great place to stay.

No place is perfect and without flaws. The flaws here? The building is solid concrete so cell signals are pretty bad. And the WiFi also was on the struggle bus and somewhat spotty. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. I’d stay again.

My wife and I frequent this motel for our local \"weekend getaways\". This is a decent budget motel. Several of the rooms have been remodeled. Smoking and non smoking options available. (Non smoking rooms smell better). Comfy beds to lay your head for a night or two. Ice machine is often down but thats ok. Snacks are availabe to purchase at the front desk. The attendents are friendly. Jamie is always a pleasure to do business with. We miss Veronica.

Roach infested room.

Absolutely terrible, got settled into our room just to later find roaches crawling around. Decided to stay at my sisters house instead and request a refunds. Front desk lady gave me additude for asking for refund and initially told me that she could only refund me for the days I hadn't been in the room. After speaking in management the next day I received a full refund.

Terrible Customer Service, Don't Expect to Sleep

Front desk receptionist was very rude and had a horrible attitude from the moment we walked in. No quiet hours were enforced, there was loud music and yelling ALL night long, neither my husband nor I got any sleep. We checked out the next morning (a day early) because we were so put off by this place. The room was just fine. Understocked (no facial tissues) but no big complaints for the room itself.

My father & brother stayed there Oct. 2. 2023, departed hotel and rec’d a call about missing towels & bathmat. My brother told the clerk he would be there in 5 minutes. Upon arrival the clerk indicated staff revisited the room, finding the missing items. No doubt towels can and do go missing, but this scenario is highly suspect as Bad business practice.

This is the bare minimum for a room. There was cheesy soap and no shampoo. The remote for TV did not work and the front desk person was of no help. Never got it to work. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. I did not realize hotels still offered smoking rooms so when I reserved it I did not pay attention to that selection. I got a stinky room. Had to go to Walmart and get Frebreeze to even stay in it. I will NEVER stay in another Motel 6

My stay was great a employee I think her name was Veronica did everything she could to get me and my boyfriend checked in early since we had drove in much earlier than we thought we would, she was able to get us in a hour early and we are very grateful to her. Only downside is that the tv reception was poor but that could be due to the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks, 2nd time staying and never a issue.

You get what you pay for

Hotel is in need of a deep cleaning. The light switch for the main area had no cover and was installed on the METAL door frame. No tissue in dispenser, lots of drad bugs in light cover, and nats running around in the sink area. Only one place to hang wet towles, good thing I was alone this trip. Exaust fan in shower area not working, upon further examination there was mold inside the fan/light combo fixture. Shower had very little space for shower items, and the extra roll of toilet paper was stored directly under the towel bar, yes I hung my WET towel over a fresh roll of toilet paper. I moved it to a shelf in the sink area. I should have known better, trying to get off cheap for a one night stay. You really do get what you pay for.

Made reservation on Expedia thinking I would save some money but I was charged 20 more dollars at hotel when I arrived. Lady was trying to make me pay “cash only” at 1am because we had a third person in a double queen bed room. She tried threatening us she was ex cop and blah blah blah. When I refused to give her “cash only” at 1am she found a way to charge me on my card after she kept telling me she couldn’t take card had to be cash. Beware!
