My stay was a 4-night, 5-day visit, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. Prior to arrival, I was in communication with someone from the hotel who asked if I needed anything additional. I requested extra towels since there were four of us. However, upon arrival, no extra towels were provided, despite being told they had already been sent. That evening, I noticed the shower heads were visibly dirty and dull. Additionally, the handheld hose meant to help bathe my child was broken, which made things very inconvenient. Since we had already unpacked and were exhausted, we chose not to request a room change. The next morning, housekeeping knocked very loudly and persistently. I explained that everyone was still asleep and asked if she could return later, but she refused, stating she had too much work and could only clean immediately. I then asked if she could at least provide extra towels and take the dirty ones. She said she didn’t have any at the moment but would return with some. She never came back. I even ended up sweeping the room myself after briefly borrowing her broom. The following day, we left early and returned around 11:40 PM to find the room had not been cleaned at all—trash was still there, and again, no extra towels had been provided until I requested them once more. This was our second time staying at this hotel, which made the experience even more disappointing. The mini fridge did not work—we bought ice cream, and it melted instead of staying frozen.

Staff was very friendly. First impression was good, but after looking a little harder you recognize areas for improvement. Rooms are a little worn. Holes in some of the bedding. Only 2 thin towels in bathroom. I’d stay here again, just with more realistic expectations.

Nice lobby and clean facility. Coffee and chilled water available. Bathrooms on each floor.
The common area had a wet smell to it. Not a moldy water smell but just an odd wet smell.
The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The shower head had multiple ways for the washer to come out, traditional, handheld, waterfall, and spray at various levels. It was cool.
The downsides. The shower had no place to hold a bar of soap, wash cloth, or bottle of shampoo. It also didn't have a fan which may be the reason for the water smell. On check out, the clerk or their area smelled of weed. The only time it was an issue.
I'd stay there again.

The room was clean, the kitchenette had dinning wear and pots and pans to use.
The ac never got cold and smelled terrible. The bathroom cabinet door fell off into the floor before we even got into our room so we walked into that and we tried to keep it propped it up. We paid for a room with 2 queen beds and a couch and the transferred us to just 2 queens with no downcharge of what we paid extra for the couch.
You get 2 towels so we had to request more.
You get 1 key and it hardly worked. We went down to request another room and nobody was at the front desk. I pushed the call button and waited 15 minutes and nobody ever came. Breakfast is not included and there is no pool.

The place is great, it’s new so beds and pillos are comfortable, there isn’t carpet in the rooms which is a great idea so bad odors or bacteria doesn’t stay in BUT sadly housekeeping at this place COMPLETELY SUCKS! We stayed for 5 days and on the 3rd day we had to bring a trash bag out in the hallway because housekeeping NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO ASK IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING, then on the fourth day she came in and took some trash, gave us clean towels when we didn’t needed then because i brought my own from home and since they were new she took them and by the time we arrived back to our room it was late at night and since they were white it was impossible to find them, anyway she NEVER cleaned the toilet, nor the shower, it has soap stains in glass walls and showerheads which makes it disgusting. It really needs WAY BETTER IMPROVEMENT ASAP, also floors are swept but NOT CLEAN so there’s that. I REALLY HOPE THEY MAKE CHANGES ASAP BECAUSE WE’RE COMING BACK NEXT YR, AND WOULD LOVE TO STAY THERE BUT HOUSEKEEPING MUST IMPROVE BIG TIME OTHER THAN THAT ALL GOOD!

Lound Music coming from lobby, drunk and loud people in hallways and room, large amount of infrastructure people staying at the same hotel the night we were there, they were drunk, yelling, fighting, we got no sleep, no manager on duty next morning to address concerns. Handicap accessible room was close to horrible noise from lobby. Basically most miserable stay we've ever had. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Después de reportar 3 veces nos cambiaron de habitación y resulta que estaba sucia, tuvimos que pedir nuevas sábanas y hacer nosotros las camas, en todo esto nos llegó la media noche, así que no fue una de descanso.
Polvo en todas las instalaciones.
Ordenamos algo de comer en el restaurante y las chicas por atender el bar, no pusieron atención a nuestra orden.
En general no fue buena estadía.

We stayed here for a wedding and the rooms could have used a better cleaning. The floors in the bathroom were dirty and had thick black spots of something. All four pillow cases and the blanket had stains on them. The staff at the bar were very nice. It seems like such a gorgeous place…just very disappointed in the cleanliness.

4 things I want to mention about this very nice hotel.
1. Check in is alway slow. Issued key to room that key fob doesn't work. Had to return to front desk and ultimately switch rooms.
2. Wanted a light dinner so went to order from in house Dickies restaurant. Combo meal advertised for $13 rang up at $18. When asked, Ms stated they've not updated the menu boards. (6 chicken wings, small fries, soda).
3. When leaving, wanted Ice for thermos as I work from auto doing home inspections.... Ice machine on floor 2 doesn't work, and there is no public ice machine available on floor 1.
4. Last complaint - no complimentary breakfast here.

I promise I'm not a big complainer. I travel for work through this area frequently and have stayed here many times. The rooms are great and clean and reasonably priced, but the other inconveniences mentioned above take away from the stay.

Guess I'm just tired and grumpy...

When arriving at the hotel around 5pm the room was not ready, they sent us to the room with the card to open the door after check in but it was a big mess inside of the room. We went back to the front desk to clarify that situation and the manager apologize and sent us back to another room that was not ready yet, then at the third attempt she sent an employee with us to verify the status of the room and finally at the fourth attempt we found a room ready , clean with the bed done but with no towels. In my opinion they do not have enough employees working at the facility. In general customer service is very poor, the manager at the front desk apologize several times but is it not enough. At check out I asked for a receipt and the lady in charge told us “I am new in this job the manager is not here and I do not know how to do it” . I will email the receipt to you but we are still waiting. Horrible experience.

The hotel overview is pretty. The service not so much. There was only one person at the front desk no one at the bar and the front desk lady said she did t know how to make drinks we could have only get beer or shots she stated. One person in the restaurant area, no pool, and no face towels in bathroom only 2 bath towels went to ask the front desk she supposedly wrote down how many I needed she said they were drying but she never got back to me about any. The room was very nice though and the shower was awesome.! Just need a lil tweaks here and there. It has plenty of parking which was a plus. I only stayed one night and I didn’t stay the full time I checked out at 5am Monday. The 2rd floor outdoor sitting area was awesome.

Stayed in after Hurricane Beryl because our home had no electricity. One of the last hotels in the area open and excepted pets.
The staff was very unprepared for an influx of guests. Took 30 minutes to check in even though I had a reservation.
The room was more spacious than I thought, on the 4th floor overlooking the parking lot and a BBQ restaurant.
The floor was dirty as was the microwave. The mini fridge still had someone else’s chicken salad in it.
The lobby was a little depressing. Hard chairs, not much decor and a sad looking, closed bar.
I know it was packed with families looking to escape the heat of their homes after a hurricane but the children running up and down the halls and playing in the elevators wasn’t pleasant.
I liked that they had pay as you go washers and dryers. Came in very handy if you had quarters ($2 for wash and $2 to dry).
All in all I would say it was a good stay for the emergency need we had. I would also suggest they fire or at least retrain the cleaning crew as they aren’t doing such a great job.

Check in was a tad slow and I was a bit disappointed that the employee said my room number out loud in a lobby with others present—as a female that travels alone—it is a safety measure to NOT announce a guests room number.
The room was very spacious—but the AC was set on a high temp and it was extremely hot and took a while for the large room to cool down. The shower, bath items, and pillows were amazing! Room was very clean!

We stayed here for our family vacation and wont go back! This property could be so much better! there is a water park across the street they promote tickets to the water park but don't have any for sale at the hotel front desk. When we arrived - there was a large spill on the floor by check-in. It was noted with a yellow sign to avoid that area. However on day 3 when we left the yellow sign was still there. Staff did not seem to care that is was still there after 3 days. There is a bar, with no staff, there is a eating area with menus, with no staff, If you wanted breakfast there is a cost. But good luck finding staff! When we arrived on our floor right off the elevator the smell of weed was very strong - this was during our entire stay! We also never saw housekeeping on our floor to ask for bathroom items. One morning there was a loose large dog running the hallways - kind of scary and really surprised! Think twice before staying here. I normally dont give reviews but this one was a must.

I like that the king suite w/sofa bed room was spacious and came with two flat screen tv, of decent size. I enjoyed the panel shower options the most. Not really much sight seeing options, but overall I enjoyed my stay for a nice little getaway. Very comforting and convenient for me. Will book again!

Don’t waste your money or time with this place

First off if I could give this place no stars If I could. Booked the room online paid in advance check in is 3pm got there after 7pm and room wasn’t ready and was told had to wait 2 hrs and pay a 50.00 reserve for room. So we went to eat and came back 2hrs later and was told room was ready but when we walked I the room it was never cleaned from last guests (check out 11:00am) so only 3 employees working 1 cleaning lady and the lady at the desk and she’s Mgr. and works front desk Bar and Dickey’s BBQ. So after waiting 3 hours we got in our room and was only left with 1 towel and 2 wash clothes for 3 people. The cleaning lady said she would bring us some towels but never got them. It’s 8:51 asked again still waiting on towels. This place is ridiculous…and I paid 184.00 in total for a 1 night stay and not worth it.

Check in took forever. Something was wrong with their system and I had to swipe my card about 15 times which made me uneasy, even though I showed the receptionist it had come out of my acct already. Other than that the room was very nice and clean. Area was quiet. Some of the shower functions did not work. But I would overall recommend and stay here again.
