Staff are nice, room is very spacious and clean, but sometimes the ac smells musty and it becomes really really bad, I have to turn it off. On the other night, I smell smokes from other rooms...I think the ventilation has to be improved.

Room was good, but I smelled cigarettes in my room (2306), not sure if it was the air system. Staffs are very friendly. The manager at the cafeteria on the third floor is wonderful. I regret I didn’t get her name. She remembered our room number and the hot drinks we like during the 3 days we stay. She is a treasure to the hotel.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. We keep trying new hotels in Shenzhen but just end up back at Hilton Double Tree at Nanshan. Clean and spacious rooms, great for family, attentive service.
