Check in was easy and staff were helpful. Overall, a good stay. My only criticism is that the air conditioning unit was quite loud otherwise cannot fault the rest.

Counter staff and room service staff as usual is always at their tip top service level which make our stay feel great and comfortable.
The only area that they may want to look into it, is the mineral water at room.
Upon boiling the mineral water ,the kette seem to stain with white substance after 2-3 times at it base.
The other one is \"slippers\", believe it standarilize size across thus may not fittable for those bigger size feet.
Nevertheless thanks to all the staffs for making the stay a pleasant one.

My 2nd visit and stay there after 1st good experience.
Didn't know my room was upgraded during my 1st stay.
Thus my 2nd stay I need to upgrade n pay the difference from package deal which flight and hotel package deal.
Only disappointment was there's no more free movies to watch from the room TV.
Internet much slower as compared to 1st stay.
As was the washing machine and dryer,suggest they do some housekeeping maintenance to it. At times the washing machine was quite dirty after several usage.
Overall it a good stay throughout

The hotel is beautiful, but almost nobody speaks even basic English, which I found strange as it's a 4-star hotel. The pool area was a bit gloomy. There was no music, no nice vibe and you had to wear a swimming hat to enter the pool. Just the atmosphere of the pool area was a bit cold.

The hotel itself was at a nice location, the staff was semi-helpful, definitely not smiley.

The room I booked smelled like cigarettes so the staff was kind enough to upgrade me to a better room that didn't smell. I enjoyed my visit in China.

我們一行六人，早上已到酒店本來想先放下行李再出去玩，但酒店已經可以提早給我們入住，酒店員工服務態度很好，還協助我們用手機叫車外出，早上還有免費咖啡可以在書吧休閒享用，酒店鄰近地鐵站非常方便，旁邊還有7–11，酒店性價比非常高

Convenient, gd location

The hotel s located at convenient area, only few mins by walk fr metro Taoyuan stn. If coming fr Shenzhen Bay custom, can take bus 90 to metro Window of the world stn and taje the green line to Taoyuan, only 4 stops. There r quite some resturants nearby. Hotel s under renovation. Room s spacious w kitchen. Only one thing not being happy is hotel didnt reply my message.

Good location, good sized room but need much impro

I was a little disappointed as the hotel was a little dated. There were also a knack of staff who could speak English which was an issue. The location was good with lots of restaurants nearby and a convenience store right outside the hotel. The metro is only a few mins walk and there were few shopping malls that were only a few stops away. For the price this hotel was a decent stay for our business trip. I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something mid price in a good location.

Nice new hotel

A nice new hotel in shenzhen Nanshan. It is so close to the metro station. Hotel staff are nice and holelpful. They arrange a quiet room for me. Room is spacious and cozy. There is a microwave oven. There's a small patio that I can hang my clothes in the sun. Nice! BTW, the swimming pool is quite new and well maintained.

Close to Shenzhen University

This hotel is the nicest one within walking distance of Shenzhen University. It is relatively new and the facilities are nice. There is a city park very close for walking or running. I stay here every 1 or 2 months and always feel welcome.

a wonderful family stay

It was my 2nd stay in the hotel. The staff knows it's my daughter's Bday and they prepared a bday cake for her. Also, when we celebrated in the hotel room, I asked for a lot of things: plats, bowls, red win glasses, and for several times. They never complained but sent those stuff to me asap.

Nice Hotel, Close to Transport

The room was lovely and was cleaned immaculately every day. We don't speak Chinese, so there was a bit of a language barrier with most of the staff, however Danny and William (who could speak English) were extremely helpful.

The hotel is really close to the metro, nice food and a couple of relaxed bars.

The pool is huge and has amazing views of the city.

Would definitely recommend!

Convenient to Shenzhen University

I chose the hotel because it is near a research lab I run in Gao Min Cun nearby. I like the kitchenette because I don't enjoy eating out by myself. The lobby layout is just plain weird but you get used to it. Also the taxi drivers mostly can't find the entrance without help.

Good Hotel offering value for money. Roomy Hotel accommodation of international standard with staff very helpful, however it would help is more of staff could understand different languages (English). Missing internally, a bar and choice of restaurants (one only open).

Like most hotels in China, need English TV channels.

A hotel employee really wanted to carry my luggage up to my room, so I relented and let him. The hotel room came with a shaving kit and toothbrush, among a few other items in the shower room. I appreciated that they had a USB cord with a few types of USB connectors attached, plugged into the wall. I was able to charge my cell phone easily.
There was construction going on early in the morning nearby (unrelated to the hotel), which sometimes woke me early.
The hotel room had tea and instant coffee packets.

A top 4 star hotel

Very clean in general (especially the bathrooms!) compared to the rest of the hotel stays we experienced on our trip to China. We stayed in a superior double room the first night, and on the subsequent nights, stayed in a gigantic three bed/two bath family suite with the rest of the traveling crew. Our only complaint is that when we looked under the bed the first night, there was a layer of dust and heaps of trash which seemed they haven't swept for weeks/months. Also, we felt slightly misinformed that the pool was under construction and wouldn't be open until the summer. Other than that, the breakfast was next-level amazing, the hotel staff were very nice and accommodating, and the small gym they had was decent.

Terrible staff and service.

Room are generally in new and great condition. However, management does not really use their brain. They shut down the air conditioning in public areas, including the gym, at 7 pm. Asking them to turn on the AC apparently requires the owner's approval. Such a ridiculous and simple issue should have been fixed from the beginning but apparently no one realized it's a problem. Staff was terribly unwilling to be helpful. Typical Chinese hotel management... Severe lack of power to staff.

若論位置，酒店在桃園地铁站A出口，向前行到路口，轉左便是，只要约数分钟步程。十分方便。可能處於商業区，附近没什可看的，只有数少小食店。由於是假期没有开。

我訂三人房，到了飯店說要多收我兩百元人民幣每晚，我懶得跟他吵，就同意給飯店多收每晚兩百元的加床費用，但是竟然加床的床是很搖晃的很便宜的行軍床，讓國二身高175公分的孩子整晚都睡不好，翻身就搖晃的厲害，隔天去換其他的房間，竟然也沒得換，讓我們這次真的快崩潰了，因為孩子去練棋，需要睡眠充足！

全般的には良かったと思います。若干設備が古いかなという感じです。でも清潔に保たれていました。あえて難点を言うと、
・タオル類が古く硬いものが多かった
・WiFiの電波が悪く出力も細い
でした。特に良い点は
・朝食が美味しい
・スタッフの対応が丁寧
な所です。
ソフトウェアパークに行くのにはちょっと不便でしたがコストパフォーマンスは良いのではないでしょうか。

我住的房間设有衣櫃, 不要因為留位厨灶而取消衣櫃, 衣櫃比厨灶更加緊要(尤其對出差人土),出差人士本身繁忙根本沒心神煮食,附近已很多食店, 根本设需要自己煮. 出差人士反而要穿得端莊整齊見客, 房內设衣櫃之餘連一個掛衫衣架都冇, 想掛直件衣服也不行

地下鉄近くでよいホテル

深圳大学の南西に位置し、ホテルの裏は地下鉄があり、南山の有名企業がならぶビジネスエリアにもアクセスが良好。チェックイン時にアップグレードしてくれたが、英語ができる人がフロントに1人だけでそこだけが難点。アパートメントタイプで室内には電子レンジや簡単なシンクあり。洗濯機は室内にはなく、別フロアか。朝食はoptionであったが、近隣ホテルの朝食が100元をゆうに超えるのに、ここは80元で比較的お手頃、品数も予想より多くおいしく良かった。周辺に店などはあまりなく、コンビニと裏のビルに入るレストラン群があるのみ。NHKが1日目が映る2日目には映らないという意味不明であった。総合的には、この地区ではコストパフォーマンスも悪くはないのと、やはり地下鉄が近いのが良い。朝食付きプランがもう少しリーズナブル価格設定であれば文句はない。
