This place is really nice and has great view of area. Everyone was nice and helpful, even though most of them didn't speak English. (My mandarin is horrible). The only complaint I have is even if I put the do not disturb sign. The cleaner still comes in if you are not there. Not sure if every hotel in ShenZhen does that, but make sure you lock everything up and put everything that you don't want them to touch on the side.

It was a convenient location for my business needed to be done. My overall rating for the hotel is 4.5 out of 5. The buffet breakfast is Western style but mixture with Chinese, better than minimal Continental breakfast. The only drawback was somewhat language barrier. It seems like there is few English speaker in the staff, so if she or he is not available, it takes time to communicate. It is not an international hotel, but for local people... Oh, certain floor has no access to wifi, so they moved me up to the 12th floor.

This hotel in Shenzhen is pretty far from the main part of downtown, but still in the city. It is a 30 min cab to LoHu station. Staff was nice and helpful. Restaurant next door had good steaks and Sushi from the menu, but a street vendor quality buffet. All areas of the hotel and restaurant were dirty and smell of being washed with dirty old mops. Room was terrible with stains on everything and a very hard bed. This is a post KTV party and flop house.
I would only put those I don't like in this hotel and visit them for dinner!

早前在評語已留意到酒店經常收不到HOTEL的訂單，但是亦會給予客人房間，是次出發前已有準備，帶備訂單記錄及文件，結果到了酒店...他們亦指沒有收到訂單，所以不能給予房間，給前台有關訂單記錄及文件，他們居然說不能作證，而且酒店沒有與HOTEL合作！！！！叫我自己致電HOTEL處理........結果在酒店大堂撥了三十分鐘電話!!!才找到HOTEL的聯絡!!!!!最後一論唇舌...才給我們房間.....而且事後亦沒有檢討或道歉....假裝沒事發生....如果當晚我找不到HOTEL...那我就要自費再找酒店......這間酒店我絕對不會再入住!!!!!!

처음 입실했을 때 쇼파 쪽에서 약간 냄새가 나 좋지는 않았는데 그 외 시설은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 주변에 그리 시끄러운 곳도 없고 가까운 곳체 편의점도 있어 불편하진 않구요. 대중교통은 버스타려면 방에서 3,4분 정도 걸어 나가면 되고 전철은 버스로 3정거장 가면 탈 수 있습니다.

전체적 가격대비 보통수준이였습니다. 화챵베이 쪽에 출장을 왓지만 소개로 이곳에 숙박하엿는데 주변에 아무것도 없고 지하철까지 걸어서 20분거리에 주변에 아무것도 없습니다. 아침조식을 먹엇는데 빵바로옆에 바퀴벌레가 지나가고잇엇고 그외에는 따로불편한것이없엇습니다 . 방안에 금고가 잇는게 만족스러웟고 항구에서 가까운것빼면 좋은점을 찾기가 힘듭니다 .

it's rated 4.3 but the room was dirty. I was assigned in a smoking room with smirch all over the carpet though I clearly request non-smoking room. And the only solution was they can open the window to release the odor. After I told them I'd have to cancel the stay if I have to stay in that room, they finally told me there's only one non-smoking room left which was a double-bed. It was disappointing that they can't keep the reservation and the staff was not helpful to solve the problem.
