Room was clean. Cleaner was nice and accommodating.
Having washing machine and drier was a game changer for our family.

Loved the delivery robots. So much effective and quick!
Loved the mall and the amount of choices of popular restaurants at the mall next door!

Great property for any stay over a few days. Splurge a little for a 2 bedroom premier, and for the same price as a hotel room you get a 1,400 sq ft very contemporary apartment with 2 full baths, a very well equipped full size kitchen with a washer and dryer. My unit on a high floor had no common walls with any other unit for total privacy!
The staff, particularly housekeepers and front door staff were wonderful. There’s direct access from Ascott directly into a very large vibrant upscale mall with endless eating options. The Shenzhen Metro is literally 2 minutes from the front door, use exit E to access the property. One station down from Ascott is a mammoth Walmart with lots of prepared food, and across the street from the Ascott entrance and around the corner is a great, and modestly priced duck restaurant.
So, overall, this is a great property in a very convenient location.

A great hotel next to the Raffles City Mall and also the metro that provides easy access to tourist places in Shenzhen.

There is also a delicious halal restaurant located 5 mins away from the hotel that is not shown in google map.

We truly enjoyed the comfortable stay.

its for a group of 4 and the 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and the location of the hotel cannot get any better. highly recommend for an overnight stay at this hotel. the mattress was sooo comfortable all of us had such good rest..

The room is so small and very old unlike what the photos show on Expedia website (HUGE DIFFERENCE). The bed is so small, like a single bed but not queen size bed. Noisy environment, always traffic jam around the hotel. Very disappointing.

Staycation with Friends

Myself, my partner and 2 friends spent the night here as a staycation to treat ourselves, hang out and unwind.

We had a great a time in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. The unit it well clean and equipped with most things you could need. The kitchen is especially well equipped with various glasses, utensils etc.

The only in-room improvements I can think of are:

1. a dustpan and broom would have been great for sweeping up some crumbs after our movie with snacks.

2. an international travel adapter. We were quite surprised that they didn't have one even upon request. (The 7/11 across the road thankfully stocked them)

These are only minor things and ultimately did not take anything away from the quality of our stay.

The breakfast on offer is tasty. It's Chinese style - great noodles to order - with few western options. We are in China though, so I don't know what else you would expect.

I give the toiletries a solid 10/10, especially the hand cream and lip balm. Be aware that there is one bathtub between the 2 bathrooms. Again, no big deal, just worth noting.

Any members of staff we spoke to were friendly, polite and helpful. Couldn't fault their service.

I think the price is about right for 4 people sharing and the location was perfect for us on our staycation. A short taxi ride to Sea World for food/drinks, large mall down below complete with food options and wide variety of cuisine within delivery range too.

Great location and beautiful rooms!

The Ascott is a great option while in Shenzhen. Its a service apartment, so it has a kitchen and washer/dryer unit, which makes longer stays much more comfortable. Its a modern hotel that is in good condition and anything that isn't to your satisfaction the front desk will help you with. They speak English as well, which is a huge plus on my trips.

Better than expected

Very friendly for business travel. Huge room with fair price, and its right next to a shopping center where you could find lots of food. I like their laundry machine and kitchen where i could cook by myself. It is a very pleasure stay and will choose again fot my next busniess trip.

Bad front desk service. Feels like they never been training properly. Don’t know how I book for 3 night 2 person. Their system show up only 2 night 1 person. Which means I got to pay for another person breakfasts. They only provide one room key which is not cool at all. Beside, I already payed by Expedia, but during checked in, they ask me to pay for the room? Lucky I speak Chinese, so I did not pay Reich for my room. Good luck for foreigner who did not speak local language. Room cleaning, they forget to refill all the bath room supply, also forget to clean the cups we had been used. They simply just clean the bed and change towels.

Note this is an apartment type arrangement with a large room also containing a kitchen. There is no restaurant or room service but a maid service cleans and refreshes each day. Mall attached to building so food and coffee available close but it’s not clear from accomodation description it’s not a traditional hotel. Breakfast is predominantly Asian but a good selection. Wi-fi is free but is not the best as it dropped several times and could also be slow

After a problematic arrival (hotel door closed at 4am!!). The stay went better. Hotel with minimum service but directly linked to a mall. Pleasant room. Nice neighborhood, metro 2 steps away.
