Great place if you wanna enjoy Joaquina Beach on a sunny day. It’s quiet and literally a few steps from the best beach in Florianopolis. It’s also easy to get an Uber back to Lagoa da Conceição where there’s more options of dining, entertainment and nightlife.

The hotel room was dirty,small, the window was broken witch wasn’t safe at all. I refuse to sleep in those beds. I ask for another room the receptionist was rude also didn’t speak Portuguese he is from Argentina shouldn’t work at front desk. I finally ended up paying more for another room. the breakfast was horrible, everything was ready too expire, dirty dishes, employees was super rude. I did not recommend for anyone.

The location is great and so are the employees. Very friendly and pleasant staff however the hotel rooms are in need of a make over or urgent upgrade. Also the breakfast can be better such as adding more selection to it.Can’t still understand how come eggs, bacon or sausages were never a choice during the breakfast. I love the location but would not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel comfort is terrible for the charged rate. The mattress is horrible.
The A/C system is outdated and covers only the bedroom. The remaining area (with two extra-beds) do not have any A/C.
The Wi-Fi does not work inside the bedroom.
The breakfast is good, but the food is exposed to the flies and other insects.

O cardápio do café era péssimo tinha 3 tipos de pão e 3 tipos de bolo e coberturas pra passar em pão e bolo ,nao tinha pão queijo ou queijo ou biscoito ou torta ou qlq quitute ,o quarto não tinha secador ,porta shampoo a cama de casal na verdade são duas de solteiro é dividida ao meio eu e meu marido na tentativa de dormir juntos ficamos com dor nas costas ,piscina interditada, check out as 11 da manhã todo hotel é 12:00 a internet do quarto é a rádio não funciona não conseguimos ver tv ou mexer no celular por wi-fi pq literalmente não tem internet no quarto roupa de cama não é trocada! Péssimo e principalmente por 330,00 a diária numa baixa temporada eu teria escolhido hotéis bem melhores a esse valor !

O hotel possui estacionamento gratuito e está quase em frente a praia da Joaquina, o que é um baita ponto positivo. O quarto que fiquei no geral era bom, tinha smart tv, cama boa e travesseiros razoáveis. A piscina é modesta, mas quebra um galho. O café da manhã é razoável. O problema mesmo é a equipe do café da manhã que começa a retirar os alimentos antes mesmo das 10h, faz cara feia se você chegar pra comer perto das 10h, e começa a “bater tudo” dentro da cozinha. Pior do que essa equipe é a funcionária que mesmo sem avisar que diferentemente da imensa maioria dos hotéis que o check out é até meio-dia, esse hotel é até 11h. E pior, começa a interfonar sem parar no quarto e a reclamar de forma ríspida sobre vocês não ter saído do quarto até 11h. Tudo bem que regras devem ser seguidas, mas também devem ser avisadas de forma clara, principalmente quando são diferentes do padrão de outros hotéis.

Quarto muito antigo. Muito barulhento. Travesseiro ruim. Café da manhã bem simples. Chuveiro péssimo, jogava olha pra todo lado, menos em nós. Não tinha secador no quarto. Podia pedir na recepção, usar e entregar imediatamente após o uso. E mesmo assim o secador estava horrível. Então deixou muito a desejar por ser uma estadia de alto custo.

O ambiente é bom, atendimento agradável, acomodações adequadas, e além de tudo está ao lado da praia. Só não dou 5 estrelas porque o banheiro do quarto precisa de uma manutenção melhor, tampa da privada quebrada e uma pequena goteira bem em cima, indicando um possível vazamento no encanamento acima do forro. Mas, no geral, é um bom hotel, valeu a pena.

Cama+ chuveiro + roupas de cama limpas = bom.

Pontos negativos: hotel com aspecto de móveis velhos, tv do quarto não é smart, barulho de porta velha batendo, barulhos extras de casa velha.

Café da manhã: achei que o queijo e presunto estavam meio que jogados no prato sem uma boa apresentação, me senti na merenda da escola com um prato de refeitório branco, para colocar os itens, só tinha 2 opções de bolo sendo uma cuca e um bolo de laranja básico e estava bem gostoso, café estava bom. Sem muita opção de variedades no café da manhã.

Valor da diária estava com preço bom também.

Atendimento: recepção, camareiras, trabalhadores do café da manhã muito simpáticos.

Só achei o quarto muito básico, tipo só tinha 1 copo, mesmo se precisar de algum prato, ou qualquer utensílios na cozinha, não era disponível, então deixou a desejar.
Precisei de um saca rolha pra Vinho e não tinha.
O controle da Tv estava quebrado, tive que solicitar outro. E achei que faltou um lixeiro no quarto.
Café muito Básico, não gostei.

Equipe da recepção nota 10. No café da manhã tem um Sr que repõe as coisas extremamente mal educado. O conforto muito, muito abaixo do esperado. Conforme foto anexa o chuveiro era um cano, box não fechava o que molhava o banheiro inteiro. Porta do banheiro não fechava direito. Móvel da sala cheio de pó de cupim. Roupa de cama como cheiro de mofo. Pelo valor cobrado foi uma grande decepção.

Se melhorar não estraga

O chuveiro é ruim. A porta do box não protege o banheiro contra a água que sai do chuveiro. A água nem sempre esquenta o suficiente para o conforto de um bom banho neste frio que estamos passando.

Minha estadia no hotel.

Minha estadia foi muito boa, poderia ser excelente se não fosse a falta de wi-fi com internet nos quartos, pois só tinha na recepcão, e eu como muitos hóspedes gostamos de ver celular e até mesmo trabalhar por ele nos quartos e não ficar todo instante descendo até a recepção para pegar a internet. Experiência ruim

Quarto com parede suja, cortina suja, cama dura, café da manhã simples demais, só pão, bolo, ovos, não tinha um salgadinho, nem uma salsicha com molho , achei muito fraco o café.

O estacionamento com o chão todo sujo de óleo, escorregando.
Ar condicionado de janela ainda e barulhento .

Hotel razoável, tem estacionamento grátis, wifi muito ruim no quarto que nos hospedamos no ultimo andar, café da manhã poderia ser melhor, cama muito mole mas deu para dormir, recebemos o quarto limpo, realmente tinha vista para o mar, os funcionários na maioria atendimento ok, nada de excepcional, se você procura hospedagem próximo a praia com preço razoável essa pode ser sua opção de hospedagem.

O quarto não fizeram limpeza só passava pano de chão quando entrei no quarto estava sujo de Areia, o café da manhã não tinha café e leite para tomar. Localização muito longe do centro não tem lugar para comprar as coisas. Gastei muito de Uber.

Hotel muito velho . Precisa da manutenção. Torneira vazou durante toda a estadia e Qd perguntei se podia fazer alguma coisa me responderam que estava assim há dias . Ou seja um desperdício absurdo de água . Quarto muito feio, precisa de reforma. Colchão sem proteção, lençol saia do colchão potente não era de elástico. Péssima qualidade. Wi-Fi péssimo . Não tinha sinal de Netflix, nada . Do local .

Recepcionistas simpaticos.

No quarto notei algumas questoes principalmente de limpeza, precisa melhorar a limpeza, o ventilador do teto estava cheio de pó, nem ligamos para nao espalhar no ar. Atras da cama cheio de sujeira e pó. Ar condicionado que faz muito barulho. O banheiro com teto com buracos, o chuveiro achei terrivel pois nao sai agua no meio, somente nas laterais.

Café da manhã fraco, sem muitas opções.

Por ultimo, diz que a piscina é ate as 22h mas quando fomos as 20h nao tinha ninguém lá e estava tudo escuro, nao encontramos local com iluminação.
Precisa ser um local mais aconchegante pois quando voltamos da praia podemos ficar la mas com a escuridão nao deu.

Em resumo, gostamos apenas da localização. Mas o hotel precisa melhorar muito.
